Plenty of room for a large group! Great hosts! Beds were super comfy. I liked how ducked away it was in a safe neighborhood.

This was a very nice place! Located in a cute, safe neighborhood. Only about a 5 minute drive from Meijer, target, restaurants, etc. The house was as pictured. The beds were a little firm for me but other girls in the house liked them. Tam answered quickly and was helpful with their responses. Would love to come back in the summer to make use of the outdoor area/pool!

Great communication, good place for two families with small children. Lots of space!

The Schoolhouse was perfect for our visit to Lowell. It was in close proximity to downtown and the area is beautiful. The accommodations were clean, welcoming, and met our every need. I would stay here again & highly recommend to others.

My fiance stayed for his bachelorette party with a group of about 12 guys. They had such a great time that they barely left. There was plenty to do with the golf simulator, hot tub, arcade games, pool table and shuffle board. The guys raved about the beds and how comfortable they were. Jonah was very responsive and even offered early check in and late check out. There were no issues. Would stay again in the summer to check out the pool and lake!

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Everything is very updated, the living space on the main floor is an open concept, which was great with a large group. Chelsie was a wonderful host, very responsive with returning my messages prior to booking, and she checked in with me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and asking if we had any questions about anything during our visit. Every little detail was perfect, having shampoo & conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a blue tooth speaker in the shower, cards and games for us to use, these are just a few of the examples. We felt so at home here. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Grand Rapids not far from downtown, and you are looking for a place that feels like home- this is the one! So many restaurants, bars, and things to do near by. We hope to visit again in the summer months so we can make use of the beautiful outdoor patio area and of course the pool. Everyone in our group loved it here!

We had a long weekend at the house with my daughters, sister, and 92 year old mother. My brother lives in the area and came to visit with us. The house was great, living room was very comfortable and cozy, we enjoyed watching several football games. The kitchen had everything we needed and the table was nice and big so we could all sit around it and eat together comfortably. Having a master bedroom and an addition bedroom on the main level was great for us with with knee issues. The bathroom was nice and big and very clean.. My daughters were very comfortable upstairs in those bedrooms and having a full bathroom up there was super convenient. The house was nice and clean. We had quite a bit of snow and we had a shovel and bucket of salt near the front door so we could get in and out. I would return to this home, especially in the summer to enjoy the pool in the back yard!

The staff was very accommodating when we had a couple of our employees come down to the area to work for a few weeks They were very helpful. It's helping us navigate through a last minute contract, and we're very easy to work with. The swim spa was a huge hit as well as the pool table. We will definitely be booking money of our trips in the area there when available.

Beautiful home and purpose built for entertaining. Susan, our host, was welcoming and accommodating and extremely flexible and understanding of our unique needs at the time. The location is excellent, overlooking the lake with a restaurant bar across the street and a breakfast spot next door. If you are thinking about the place, just go ahead and book it, well worth it.

Great little place with all of the amenities I needed. Kitchenette had all I wanted for my short stay. Used the coffee maker and micro and stored my food in the fridge Bath area clean and tidy and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Lots of towels and shower and bath were what I expected The sofa and table were a plus and helpful Would certainly stay with Lara again

This home had plenty of space for our group with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. It felt like home away from home.

Paul was very communicative leading up to our visit. The space was very large. We had a wonderful experience. Everything was clean, was stocked with linens/towels. Highly recommend.

My family enjoyed our time at Eastown Luxe. There were many thoughtful amenities that helped us settle in right away and feel at home. The boys loved staying up in the loft area with their own beds and Tv and couch! The location was close to everything we wanted. I enjoyed my morning time by the fire.

We had a wonderful stay and the skate was the cherry on top for my children!! The home was beautiful and gives such a lovely farm house vibe. beds were comfortable and Nicole and Ken were so accommodating. we felt right at home and would definitely return if we were back in the area. great hosts and great stay!

Nice spacious house. Even a finished basement. Plenty of room for four of us. Host was very responsive. We would stay there again.

It was perfect to hangout with friends due to the open floor plan and was clean and comfortable to stay.

Exactly as described. My dogs and I had a great experience, they really enjoyed the lit up walking trail. The queen bed was super comfy and it was great waking to a view of the woods (I live in a city)... thanks John!

We stayed at Mike and Ashleigh’s property during a family visit, and it was a great “landing spot” for a couple of days. We had plenty of space, the neighborhood is quiet even though it’s facing a main road…and Mike and Ashleigh were quick to respond to questions. The little “welcome” messages were simple, but MUCH appreciated and the house legitimately has one of the softest area rugs we’ve ever felt! Definitely a great option if you want to be close to GR without staying downtown!

It's hard to imagine a better peaceful getaway! A unique, lovely home with gorgeous views from a beautiful interior. Cosy and relaxing. The host Adam was incredibly responsive and gave a lot of great tips about the area. The location is close enough to a variety of places that swinging out to grab something was a breeze, while still being far enough away to be quiet and serene. One of the best places I've stayed!
