This was a cute lake house that had plenty of separate beds for our teens to have enough space. It is definitely an older house, but matched the description and worked well for our needs! Highly suggest playing Telestrations!

Ty’s place was exactly what we were looking for on our quick trip to GR. He was an extremely accommodating host as we needed some flexibility with our 1 year old. It’s such a fun spot with tons of character and so close to all the amazing amenities of East Grand Rapids. Absolutely would stay again!

We feel so fortunate to have found this beautiful home, spacious enough for our kids, their spouses and our grandchildren! The kitchen is so well stocked with not only everything you’ll need for cooking, but also with spices and condiments! We will not hesitate to book this home again! Ben was so responsive to my questions and his communication was great! No complaints about this beautiful rental!

Wonderful little cottage experience. Extremely quiet neighborhood, adorable place. Just perfect for a quiet getaway!

My family and I stayed at this Airbnb for GVSU’s graduation weekend and it was perfect! It housed 7 adults and we didn’t feel over crowded at all. Everything was extremely clean and the house/decor was beautiful! Very close to downtown GR and they provided lots of great recommendations. Josh the host was also extremely accommodating and responsive!

I booked the cottage on Little Blue Lake for a peaceful getaway for my wife's 40th birthday for 4 nights, and the cottage and amenities did not disappoint! The home was cozy and well furnished, warm in spite of sub-zero temps (Michigan in January!), and overall charming. The hot tub was also an asset, allowing us to warm up after outdoor activities. The cottage is well located and as private as can be given it's a lake house, while still being within 5-10 minutes of groceries and 20-45 minutes from breweries, activities, and restaurants in Rockford and Grand Rapids. In all, we had a wonderful time and will consider visiting again!

What a wonderful lakeside stay!! Clean home free of clutter, very well-equipped for our family, and in close proximity to all the fun in Grand Rapids without the bustle of the city. We would gladly return!

Stayed here with my wedding party for our wedding. the house was amazing and was plenty spacious. The deck was out favorite place at night, the stars are so bright here! lezlie was absolutely amazing, always in contact with me and so friendly.
