Jane could not have been kinder or more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The property was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need. The shower was a real treat, easy to regulate the temperature and safe to use. The surroundings are delightful, peaceful and quiet, but easy to find. When the evenings were chilly, the log burner was just so cosy and snug. I could not recommend this property highly enough. Enjoy!

Perfect house, had everything we needed for a family of 4 over Christmas, even a Christmas tree, crackers and chocolate! Host was responsive and very friendly, house was clean and had ample space. It was toddler proof and felt comfortable and safe. Hosts appreciated and listened to feedback. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Katrina's place. She was very responsive from booking and flexible with our check in when we were running a little late. The house was pristine and we really appreciated the little touches. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Stayed for a couple of nights for work and pleasure. Footpath to walk the dogs was a few minutes away and town centre was ideally placed.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

Beautiful accommodation in lovely grounds with everything you need to host a group celebration. The decor is fabulous!

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

A lovely, relaxing stay at Brian and Francesca's beautiful place. My dog absolutely loved roaming the gardens! Lots of thoughtful touches, including fresh bread, milk and butter, as well as some snacks and wine - plus a bone and towel for the dog! The whole space is filled with light and stays nice and warm in the evenings. The hot tub, of course, is a big highlight! :) Believe it or not, as non-drivers, we managed to get Ubers to and from Hastings, as well as food delivered via Deliveroo! And Brian was also incredibly kind to drive us to Battle station.

the hosts were super friendly with local Information. location was perfect, near everything. hottub was well maintained and felt private because of the gazebo. pretty in the evening with the outdoor lights. very clean apartment. would visit again and happily recommend this apartment 👌

Glenn and Anita's place was a perfect weekend getaway from London. The airbnb was right in the centre of town and very convenient to local pubs, shopping, cafes etc. The living room was perfect for our night in next to the fire on the large chesterfield sofas. Glenn and Anita's were very responsive and clear in there communications. Would highly recommend!

Great apartment in a beautiful building. Our second visit so its like a home from home, very comfortable and well designed, with everything you need. A great spot from which to visit The Pantiles.

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

Large private space in a stunningly tranquil location - being down a road warning "unsuitable for motors" says it all. With a wonderful breakfast hamper, complete with personal touches, and a well stocked wood pile to keep the burner going, it's difficult to think what more you could want

Sheerness is a special place. We had things to do and people to see in the area and this apartment suited us very well. However, it is such a beautifully restored, decorated and furnished apartment that it would be worth staying a couple of nights just to experience it. The exterior and especially the interior are completely charming, and Antony was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent host. There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby and Sheppey is well worth exploring. We had a great stay

This cosy flat was a great place to stay for our New Year get away in Whitstable. So close to the beach and the town and harbour. The flat had everything we needed and was so comfortable and warm. Being above the fantastic Windy Corner Stores Cafe was a bonus. Delicious breakfasts and coffees. Though we didn’t meet our hosts communication was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

What a gem! Beautiful ground floor flat within 5 minutes walk of the beach. Owners' attention to detail was faultless and decor was gorgeous. We had a very relaxing stay and the treats left for us were very much appreciated. Excellent communication with owners who were super friendly and helpful.

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

We loved our stay at Little Rock. The location is stunning, with so much open space and beautiful views. It truly is a special place. The house itself is huge, and well kitted out, with everything a family could need. Stuart is a wonderful host, and was always helpful and responsive. We loved it so much, we are already planning our next visit! Thank you

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

a beautiful house in a beautiful location. we had a lovely time & ate already planning another visit.Every amenity was supplied for a relaxing time.Thank you very much our 2 small dogs had the best time ever & the back garden was totally secure.

We had a lovely stay at Appledown. The bungalow was clean and well-equipped. It should be very convenient for anyone with mobility difficulties. The views are magnificent - mainly open countryside and trees - and it's also only 20 minutes across the fields from the beach at Kingsdown via public footpaths. Comms were all good and check in very easy.

Jeani’s place was perfect for our friend’s bridal weekend, the house is gorgeous and the rooms are so comfortable. The kitchen also has absolutely everything you need. We went for a lovely walk on the beach and took a short taxi to Rye for brunch then to Tillingham Winery. Highly recommend for a girls’ weekend!
