Great place, access to costal path for cycling and walking between Folkestone, Hythe, and beyond onto the military canal. Great views over the sea including a seal!!

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

Thank you Ian & Marcia for allowing us to share your lovely home for the past 2 weeks. We had a fantastic enjoyable and relaxing break. We were wary about sharing your home with a child in case we imposed in any way. You made us feel more than welcome at all times and went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t want for anything. The property location is the best possible for the beach and the welcome you’ll receive from Ian & Marcia will ensure you have the best time possible. Mandy’s Airbnb was fantastic! The place was spotless and the jacuzzi in there was a really nice addition. Mandy also placed some snacks in the Airbnb which was a nice touch. The location was perfect - only a 10 minute walk into town where all the sites and oyster bars were. If you’re looking for a reliable, cozy spot to recharge in Whitstable, this is it. I’d highly recommend!

Wow what a property and wow what a host! Each room was immaculate and dressed to impress. All the guests loved their rooms and the amenities. Some of us went to enjoy the lake we had access to for some paddle boarding while the others had spa treatments from two beauticians who came to the house. The spa area was amazing and felt like such a special place to relax and catch up with friends. I would totally recommend this location as it’s a 5 minute drive from Canterbury city centre and some local pubs. We would totally book this property again and even look at booking their other property as it looks just as amazing as this one. Allistair was a great host and replied to queries very quickly and answered questions about the history of the property. All of us were looking up various items of curiosity or furniture to recreate some of the magic in our own homes! Thank you for making my 40th birthday celebration with my friends one that we won’t forget in a long time!

Ce logement est extrêmement bien situé a 1 minutes de la mer. Le logement était récent et propre. Fonctionnel et agréable. Notre hôtesse s'est avérée être très accueillante et à la fois discrète. Merci à Angie pour son accueil et son très agréable logement qui a contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.

A beautiful spacious house in a great location with fabulous views. It was perfect for our family group of 9 adults. The kitchen in particular was ideal for us as we could be cooking, talking and playing board games all together. Very well equipped and comfortable. Lovely walks right on the doorstep.Andrew and Paula were friendly hosts and communication was easy. We'd love to come back in summer!

Great stay at the mini barn - Very clean and had no issues throughout the stay - Felt right at home. Great local tips and communication from Romy. The hot water was easily reset under the sink & Romy was super helpful with locating the button - Only had to press this once during the week. Definitely would recommend for a short break away with sunrise/set views.

I enjoyed my stay at Mary's cottage. The view is exceptional and the cottage was just what I needed. It was tranquil, yet so close to Tonbridge shops and restaurants.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is beautiful, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Hot tub was a real treat! Big thank you to an excellent host, who responded immediately when I had a question about the heating. Perfect!
