Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

The barn was beautifully situated and very peaceful. We loved the family dogs and cats coming to visit us. The barn is right on the Cuckoo trail and so we enjoyed walking along enjoying the spring sunshine . A really lovely pub in Old Heathfield called The Star Inn is definitely worth a visit, it's warm, cosy and very friendly. The food was delicious so well worth the short walk from the barn. A couple of nights in this beautiful setting was just perfect.

molly dishwasher is in an absolutely stunning location the pictures don't do justice to how stunning this place is your surrounded by the most beautiful views in the most peaceful location, me and my family had the most amazing 2 nights staying here and the little personal touches added on top just make it that much more special, moppy is an amazing host and let the boys help feed the animals on the last night which they absolutely loved, there is another hut on site but you cant see them so you have amazing privacy. I can see why lots of people who stay here are on there 7th visit as its a place you'll want to re visit after staying. we will defiantly be back soon, thank you for an amazing stay.

Perfect stay - we used as overnight stop before getting le shuttle. Able to provide a travel cot and bedding for us, plus high chair and some toddler books / jigsaws - always a winner after a long journey. Self check in but we did bump into Barry who was v helpful & friendly. Lovely breakfast left for us, WiFi all good. 5 min drive to harbour with lovely food options around harbour wall. Great overnight trip - highly recommend.

Such a beautiful place with gorgeous surroundings……. Couldn’t have been more peaceful only thing to hear was the birds in the trees. Very clean, beautiful cottage……. Little touches like home made bread and jam on arrival hosts were very polite and informative full of recommendations, would definitely recommend we will most certainly be returning ☺️

Wir hatten zwei schöne Tage und Nächte mit Hund im Bothy. Stromlos aber mit Kerzen und Solarlicht war großartig. Der Service mit den Kühlakkus war super und sehr nett. Das Bett und die Decken mega gemütlich. Kleine Info an Hundebesitzer mit Jagd ambitionierten Hunden: Das Gelände ist nicht eingezäunt und es gibt Hunderte! Fasane (vor der Jagdsaison im Oktober) Wir würden es absolut weiter empfehlen!!!

We loved the place. We felt like we were at home. The house itself has got that welcoming feeling that when you’re inside you just wanna stay indoor. It was warm and cozy. We loved the scenery outside as well.

Second time staying here, it is so conveniently located for all the attractions, close to everything, beach, restaurants, bars , shops we parked the car and didn’t use it again until we drove home, we could walk everywhere. Clean tidy annex with everything you need for a short stay. The complimentary brownies were delicious too Thank you!

This place is an absolute gem and I will definitely use it again for a stay in the beautiful Kent countryside. If you have a dog, it is absolutely perfect as the grounds are huge, with ponds, trees (including a tree house) plus huge open spaces and all securely fenced in. Lovelyfriendly hosts also.

We had an amazing stay at Sonia and Steve’s beautiful barn. Set in a peaceful location, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The barn was spotless, and we were welcomed with lovely touches like fresh bread, butter, milk, and marmalade, along with coffee and tea. Sonia and Steve were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We visited with our dogs and loved that we could go on stunning walks right from the barn, no need to drive anywhere. Evenings were spent playing games while listening to the fire crackling in the wood-burning stove, which made for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We also took a trip to Smarden and stopped by the local shop, where we found everything we needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.

This stay was lovely, great for the price, very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and contactable. We would definitely recommend and return if in the area again.

We had a lovely stay here, everything was easy, we met Peter (Marta’s partner) who kept us loaded with wood. Hot tub was clean and chalet had everything we needed. The heating came on at 10.30pm which we could have done with out as was cosy enough anyway but with the British weather you never know!

What a beautiful little spot in the countryside. The cabin itself was beautiful so cosy and for a small space quite roomy too! Has everything you need even a little honesty bar with drinks and snacks. We have four dogs (big dogs) and they were very well catered for too, treats on arrival and a dog bed for them! The main event is the outside space. We really struggle with finding somewhere that allows us to have a peaceful break with our girls but this space is amazing. The communication was second to non and the hosts were lovely too. We’d love to be back in the future 🐕❤️

The Captain's Cabin is a beautiful, lovingly designed space with everything you need cleverly fitted in to the space. Fee was a great host. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Tanya is extremely welcoming and helpful. She’s very accommodating. If you have any questions she always answers them within a short time. The property is of a high standard and has everything you need and cleaned once a week professionally. The area is peaceful and views are stunning. Thank you Tanya for being the most amazing host

We had a lovely stay at Vicky’s and Elliot’s place. Very cosy and in a peaceful location, perfect for our cat too! 10/10 would recommend.

We had a fabulous couple of nights at Kay’s cabin. We felt very welcome and instantly at home and appreciated all the little extras Kay provided from dog biscuits to fresh bread and eggs. Whilst there are plenty of lovely restaurants nearby, the cabin has an impressive fully stocked kitchen. Communication with Kay was excellent, she was attentive, really friendly and helpful. The location is great, directly on the coastal path with easy walking/cycling access to Whitstable and Herne Bay. Lots to do; from lovely shops and restaurants in Whitstable to the pier, crabbing and arcades in Herne Bay. We recommend a visit to the local pub The Hampton Inn. Thanks Kay for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Jan's Shepherd Hut. It was in a stunning location, the bbq and the fire were a brilliant touch and we loved the walk to the Woolpack Inn. We had a great swim in the pool on a couple of occasions, and felt very at peace here!

A lovely few days at Hazel cottage. The cottage was clean, light, very peaceful and it had everything we needed to make it a home from home. We enjoyed a couple of evening meals in the garden, some lovely walks along the North Downs Way with some very nice lunches at pubs along the way. I felt very comfortable allowing my dog to roam around the garden, which was very secure - he met his first hedgehog there l. Claudia and her partner were very friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Janet greeted us upon arrival and we felt immediately at home. The shepherds hut is located in a very peaceful spot, close to lots of nature and animals. The shepherds hut itself was very cosy yet comfortable, with all necessary amenities for cooking. The breakfast was a lovely added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough for a relaxing getaway, we will definitly be returning.

We had a great time. The location is perfect, the home was cozy and clean, Tara was always available to answer our questions..

Had a lovely one night stay in the property. Everything was as described. Found the food delivery leaflets very helpful. Easy to find, easy to check in. Would stay again if I was in that part of the country.

lovely accommodation with everything we needed for a comfortable weekend stay. Lesley our host was very helpful when contacted . Bird song in the garden was delightful.

My partner and I stayed in the Shepards hut for two nights as a treat for my birthday. We had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed watching the goats, who we also found hilarious. The weather was glorious and was lovely to sit outside for lunch and also enjoy the hot tub in the evening. The whole area is lovely and quiet and away from anyone else staying in the neighbouring accommodation. We visited the zoo while there which was only half an hour drive away and then had dinner in the pub at the end of the road on top of the hill. We both had a really good time and we definitely visit again.
