Beautiful, peaceful location. The cottage is spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were really comfy and it is a very quiet location. My son loved the board games, DVDs and other toys provided as well as the swings and slide. it was lovely to see the donkeys in their paddock from our kitchen window and we enjoyed feeding them some carrots which Steve provided. Steve and Tina were super helpful and friendly and I'm sure we will be back again in the future. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Tickenhurst House. The house is beautiful and perfect for a family get together. Jane was a fantastic host from start to finish, making sure the house was set up exactly as we needed it. We had a lovely hamper on arrival and the house was so warm and welcoming. All three generations agreed it was a perfect house in a perfect location and we enjoyed lots of activities from Easter egg hunts in the garden to trips to South Foreland Lighthouse and a local beach. We couldn’t fault our stay and we will definitely be returning! Thank you Jane for a wonderful stay.

A beautiful cosy place! My dad and wife spend few lovely days here. The locations is perfect to wake up and go for a walk in Bexley Woods and after that a 5 min walk to the station and train to London. Perfect. Thank you so much.

Faultless. We arrived and met Steve who was extremely amiable. The accommodation definitely met up to all our expectations and the grounds were so lovely and perfect for our pooch who bless him has not been so well of late but he was so happy wondering around. We only had a 2 night stay as were visiting various friends over the 2 days so did not really get to really appreciate what a lovely place Steve and Tina obviously spent a lot of time and attention into making it a wonderful place to stay. The donkeys are adorable. All in all we would highly recommend a stay to anyone looking for peace and quite and such lovely surroundings. There are so many lovely places to visit withing a short drive so a perfect base to explore. We certainly will be back the next time we come to Kent. Thank you Steve and Tina Oh and appreciate all the little goodies you provide us. Lovely touch.

We had stayed here on our previous UK visit and it really suited the type of accommodation and the area we wanted at the end of our trip. The place wasn’t available when I first checked but Julie went out of her way to make it so and was extremely helpful even when I messed up the dates of the stay. The accommodation met all our needs , it is a quiet area and the place is well setup with everything we wanted. It is close to the many places that we enjoy visiting in the area and it was nice to take a relaxing walk to the nearby beach in the evenings. We will definitely stay here on our next trip and can’t speak highly enough of Julie and the help she was with this stay.

We stayed for 16 nights in total. Fantastic stay, will definitely use this place again when we come back to the UK.

Our stay at Danielle’s cottage was truly magical. The cottage is even more charming and inviting than it looks on the pictures - so cozy and beautifully designed. We absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t recommend it more!

Candice's home was lovely for the 5 of us as a family. It exceeded our expectations, as the photos don't do it justice! Beautiful house, that is very cozy and made us feel right at home from the start. Heating was great, beds were super comfortable, kitchen had plenty of equipment, deck chairs available for outside, large bathroom, and even boardgames available. Furthermore, she was super helpful throughout our time at the stay, providing support for any minor issues we had and allowing us to be flexible with checkout. I could not recommend this place highly enough, and would love to come here again in the future.

This house was perfect for us, there were 8 of us plus two dogs. Everybody felt comfortable from start to finish. It was nice to be welcomed by a warm house with a well thought out welcome pack. The details we received from Seastay were clear and concise, regarding location, check in and check out. It had everything we needed for a couple of days in the lovely town of Broadstairs. We were close to seafront, beaches and all the pubs and restaurants that the town had to offer. My friends were all happy with the choice we made. Peter and Alistair were on hand if needed and were always very responsive to any questions we had. You can directly outside the property if you need to, however Seastay recommended against it as it’s on a quiet, narrow road. They did let us know about this very early on, so it wasn’t a problem. Once you’ve unloaded there’s lots of available parking nearby. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend this house for a short stay. Would definitely book again.

We had a lovely stay in October to take our kids to Hornby Wonder Works, the holiday home is close to lots of things to do for little ones, very clean, has everything you need and hosts are responsive and friendly. Getting booked in for a swim at the pool and special bedding for the kids was a nice addition too!

We stayed in this lovely home for the second year running to spend our family Christmas. The home is clean, comfortable, spacious and Paul could not have been more responsive and accommodating. Would really recommend this stay. Great location close to the beach and large outdoor area also if needed. Thank you Paul.

Stone's Throw was a peaceful, cosy accomodation right near the beach. Rachel was easy to contact and provided loads of local reccomendations in the flat. A home away from home, we'd definitely return again :)

It’s a great place as a base to travel in to London Ernest is a brilliant host and very accommodating we where there for our 25th anniversary and he surprised us with a bottle of bubble and flowers down side my wife now wants a hot tub 😵‍💫🤪

The airbnb was very well priced and perfect for the easy access into Canterbury that I required. I had a small problem with the WiFi, but the response time of under a minute was very helpful. The shower pressure is a bit weak, but the layout is practical and the place was spotless thanks Ethan

Fantastic stay in the cottage, away from the world yet close to all the amenities you will need. Host is super friendly and always finds time for a chat. The accommodation is described with all the things you would need during your stay. Highly recommended
