Luis’ place met my needs. It was a nicely decorated apartment. It was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe walking outside. There were restaurants and coffee houses within walking distances. Overall, it was a good choice for me.

Hands down this is the best host! We had a very good stay at this Airbnb. It was so clean and well decorated. They had a very relaxing ambiance and atmosphere especially when we showed up at the property. The owners were very kind and accommodating. Whenever I had a question the owner was quick at responding and offering help. A great location for our needs in Baltimore. Less than 10 minutes from the Inner Harbor and clean, safe, and quiet. I will note that the process post-booking here was awkward including an additional screening (ID, a selfie of me, etc.) of me outside the Airbnb system. In addition, upon check-in, we were instructed to not mention Airbnb at all. I found that really odd. Great spot, reasonable requests, but the clandestine means of securing the booking outside Airbnb and the “rules” about it felt awkward and invasive.

Olivia's studio was perfect for our quick trip to DC. She was super responsive and made the entire process super easy. The space had everything we needed. The bathtub and the water pressure on the shower were especially great. The studio was close to plenty of places, and within walking distance of the metro. If I am being super picky, I would say that I didn't love the towels, but otherwise everything was amazing. Definitely would stay here again.

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

I lucked into David's place while attending a conference in National Harbor. The two-bedroom apartment was large, recently refurbished and more than met my needs. It was extremely convenient to the convention center. The staff at the resort were helpful and pleasant and the jacuzzi tub in the apartment --and lovely outdoor jacuzzi in the main resort-- ended up being a treat as well as a blessing for my sore back. The price is high but so are all the hotel prices in the area plus the apartment is big and there were amenities at the Club Wyndham that you don't get at other places. Would stay again if I have to return for another conference

This was very convenient for a quick visit to attend a conference on Capitol Hill. It's a nice little one bedroom and everything was clean and comfortable. The roof deck is very cool. Solid communication all the way through. There was very minor thing that I know won't be an issue for the next tenant, which was that the code didn't work for the game/social room on floor 7. Again, absolutely not an issue as I could have easily gone to the building management to get access if I wanted to use that facility. The Robinson/Venter team I'm sure have already addressed it. Code for the roof deck worked fine which is a true gem. Great quality grills and an amazing view of the Capitol and the Washington Monument. I'll be back next time I go to DC and look forward to checking out the rooftop pool, in season! A+

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

This was a great place for our large group! The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The house was everything they said it would be and more! The six eighth grade students we brought with their families were very well accommodated and the house had most of the items we needed to prepare food. The house was overall very clean and welcoming! Thanks for hosting us!

The place was quiet, clean and cozy. A great place to rest after a busy day. The only drawback was that there is no path to the rear of the building and we had to walk down a grass slope to get inside.

Barb was a great host, one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. The place was exactly as described, and she was very responsive and even checked in on us from time to time to make sure we didn't need anything. Much better option than a hotel and the neighborhood is prefect for walking to the Capitol or museums. I would recommend this listing to anyone.

I planned a staycation for me and my cousins. The house was beautiful and the pics matched the photos. Only thing I would recommend is having a little bit more things such as aluminum foil, oil, and a soap dispenser that actually works in the bathrooms. But overall, the house is nice and the stay was very comfortable as if I were staying in my own home. Would definitely book again and highly recommend.

The house was roomy and accommodated our large group. Really enjoyed the Bible verses on the walls.

The pictures absolutely do not do this place justice. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. Easy walk to the nearest Metro station. Easy walk to breakfast spot. Peaceful neighborhood. We found street parking right out front every night we were there (Friday-Sunday; during the busy Cherry Blossom season) , so don’t let this deter you. This was perfect for our stay in DC.

Perfect location to see the cherry blossoms in dc. I took the train right over to national mall and walked all day seeing the cherry blossoms. The street is very peaceful and when I was walking my dog one of the neighbors gave me advice on nice restaurants in the navy yard. There is lots of free parking on the street so next time I will rent a car. The host was the best ever! I forgot to purchase a few things from the Whole Foods. The host had fresh organic ingredients delivered for me to finish cooking dinner. I love the service. I will be back again with the children and more.
