Our family of 6 stayed here for the weekend to do your typical Seattle stuff and loved this home and neighborhood. This is a very quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood. It was really clean, and we especially loved the top floor with the hot tub, balcony overlooking the sound, and the living room which was the perfect place for family game night! This place was everything the listing claimed to be and a great place to stay!

This was a gorgeous gem of a place, tucked behind the main house, fully fenced for privacy, and with a deck and private hot tub. It's newer, beautifully designed and thoughtfully laid out. We loved the big windows, quiet climate system and clever little kitchen. Fully stocked with necessities, and a handy guidebook. Their love of Seattle shines through! Little challenging to find, especially if arriving after dark. Look down a long driveway to the wooden fence with gate at the end. Your car fits at the end of the driveway, or find street parking. The neighborhood is walkable but not especially great. This location is convenient to anywhere in North Seattle, and a short drive to I-5. Matthew was a friendly and responsive host! We felt lucky to find this beautiful place, with a hot tub, in a convenient spot!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Anchor Down Inn. The home exceeded expectations, such beautiful views and a comfy, clean and spacious home. The balloons, cake, and flowers for a birthday were such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. We were greeted with a friendly note, wine, and snacks. The hot tub was wonderful and the surprise visit of Seals our first morning was incredible. Rachel was very responsive and helpful if I had any questions, and even let us check in early the day of our arrival. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a private getaway. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood close to restaurants and grocery stores. Everything is tastefully decorated. Very well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the small hot tub. The kids room is amazing and the kids loved it and were entertained.

Ken is a good host. He was very responsive. The house was clean and tidy. The beds were nice and comfortable. We had an enjoyable weekend away

the home was very nice. a little smaller than I imagined based on the pictures, but it did not disappoint. Very nice kitchen and we loved our time out back on the patio and on the lawn watching all the eagles when the tide would go out. Michelle was an excellent host. Very attentive and reaponded almost immediately any time i had a question. was a very relaxing getaway at a very lovely place. Definitely hope to go back again maybe in the summer so we can better enjoy the wonderful patio and backyard yard there!

The host’s at Coho run were beyond outstanding. Any issue I had they resolved promptly. As a girl staying here alone, the owners made me feel incredibly safe because I knew they were just a text away. They were very communicative and willing to accommodate me. One thing these host did that I thought was above and beyond was when there was a power outage, they offered to pay for me and my dog to stay in a hotel, and when it was snowing, they offered to bring me supplies even though they lived an hour away from the home. They brought my dog treats for absolutely no reason at all, except that they are great people who I felt genuinely cared about my experience. Besides how great the owners were, the house is beautiful and charming. There is a family of otters that live in the lake who would come up and sit on the dock every morning, bald eagles, would fly past the windows, and you always woke up to a great view. Absolutely no complaints from this Airbnb.

LeAnne’s place was perfect for our short stay with 4 adult couples. There was good (and a lot of) space to collect and chat — both upstairs and downstairs. The layout of the home was convenient, and parking was no problem for the two cars that we arrived in. Everything was clean, and there was plenty of coffee (Keurig) and tea for our big group. There was a large counter and dining table for all 8 of us. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances. The bathrooms were all clean, functional, and fairly modern. The livingroom had a gas fireplace that was easy to use, and the temperature of the home was cozy warm on the cold, rainy days we were there. There was also a hot tub that we didn’t use. The location was tucked away with lots of greenery around, but still easy access to main roads. Check in and out was super easy, and LeAnne was a great communicator - responding immediately to requests and questions. We would definitely stay with LeAnne again!

We had the most wonderful stay at Ivo's home! It is a beautiful property, stocked with just about everything you could possibly want or need in a home away from home. The views of Seattle are spectacular and extra magical at night. It's in a great location, just a 15-20 min walk to the monorail at the Space Needle park that shoots you to the centre of downtown in a just a few minutes. We appreciated coming back to this quiet location after busy days exploring the city. Ivo was an extremely friendly and attentive host, who was quick to respond to our questions and needs despite being remote. We can't recommend his listing enough and wouldn't hesitate to book again if/when we find ourselves in Seattle.

Seayes was super nice to us, and made sure that we felt right at home. The place is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, simply lovely. Would definitely recommend staying with them!

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

A gem! We spent a lot of time taking in the view from the open living room/dining room/kitchen space, the lovely deck, bedroom, and hot tub. Fang was a wonderful host (responsive and accommodating). Would definitely stay again 🌈

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect start to an anniversary getaway. It was exactly what we needed to immediately relax and get into vacation mode after a busy work week. Love a small space to just focus on relaxing/recharging. Perfect space to create simple, delicious meals on an outdoor grill. We got the best sleep in the cozy upstairs nook. And…the wood stoked hot tub! The best way to spend an afternoon in the spring sunshine. Thank you for sharing your lovely space!

Our stay at Seagulls Nest was amazing. Great communication from Melinda and James. The cabin was beautiful and clean. We saw deer in the front yard every morning, the beach was beautiful, and the hiking trails were amazing. Doggie beds and food bowls were even provided for our lil dog. This was my first time staying in an air bnb and I appreciated the binder that was provided with clear expectations, important information, and local attractions. We had an amazing time and I would 10/10 stay here again. Thanks so much James and Melinda.

We've had a great time in Tari's cottage. It was very comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and the fireplace was a great bonus. We also loved walking the neighborhood and trails. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Our group had an absolutely amazing time at this Airbnb - the place had everything we would want for a nice weekend getaway. We enjoyed all the amenities - from the hot tub, kayaks, and coffee machine! Would absolutely stay again.

Our group of 15 had such a restful time! The lodge is surrounded by beauty, and stocked with so many amenities that make it feel like home. The kitchen is so full of pots and pans, spices, mugs, fridge space, etc. We had such an easy and fun time cooking huge meals for ourselves, and easily cleaning up. We even used the grill a couple of times! Our group was there to relax and craft. The big, long table was perfect for crafting together! We all fit around it so comfortably. The woodstove kept us cozy in the rain. We loved the huge record collection. We felt like we had plenty of bedroom space. We ventured down to the dock to cold plunge. We used the outdoor bathtub!! That was a highlight. As were the trails on the property. We took several long walks in the woods.
