Cozy and Convenient for Business Travelers I recently stayed at this charming one-bedroom Airbnb while on a business trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways despite its compact size. Firstly, the location is unbeatable. It's close to several business districts, making my commute to meetings straightforward and stress-free. After long days, returning to this quaint apartment felt like a little retreat. The decor is absolutely delightful; every corner felt thoughtfully curated with an eye for both style and comfort. The space, although small, is incredibly efficient. The low ceilings add to the unique, cozy ambiance, somewhat reminiscent of Parisian apartments, which I found quite endearing. Yes, you do need to navigate a few steps to get to the apartment, which might be a slight inconvenience if you're carrying heavy luggage. However, the effort is well rewarded. We were in town for a biannual event and found Mrs Holland's cute place! Arrived to brownies on the counter. :) The location was great, close to our event, and cute neighborhood. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and blankets. Couldn't find the coffee mugs, but brought our own to go cups. Loved the gas range! Mrs Holland was very communicative and helpful. We didn't spend any time in Camden as we were at our event the entire two days we stayed, but the Country and Western is great if you're looking for a hearty meal. Or just stay in and cook on that beautiful range! But you'll have to do the dishes yourself as there is no dishwasher. Not a problem for us because we were mostly there to sleep, but its worth mentioning. Check out was easy-peasy. No cleaning, stripping of the beds or towels or anything. Just pack up your things and head out! Would recommend and will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Since air bnb became a thing I’ve only stayed in Airbnbs and this one was by far THEE ABSOLUTE BEST! The deisgn was so well thought out and the interior was beautiful ! Very very very clean and perfect for us 5! Was even more impressed with Ms Phyllis’s personality and hospitality! She’s like the cool auntie! I highly highly highly recommend !

Stunning upstairs unit close to everything! If you’re looking for a weekend away and plan to spend some time visiting Paducah’s downtown shops and restaurants, look no further! This property was easy to find and very clean and comfortable. There is one staircase to get up to the unit but we had no issues with that! The beds were a little soft for our taste but we realize everyone has a different preference. We had no issues with both couples preparing for the evening as there seemed to be plenty of hot water. Literally the only thing missing was a towel or sponge to do the dishes but we ended up using the dishwasher! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Cosy room and bathroom! We had a blast! The Pond restaurant is right next the one we stayed and it was also wonderful 😋.

We booked this location some time ago. Unfortunately we live in South Georgia and were hit very hard by hurricane Helene. We were without water and power for a week. All counties around us suffered even harder. The last thing on our minds was this trip, and we missed it. This wonderful group of people reached out to us and let us rebook for a few weeks later with no problem. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful and genuinely surprised I am by their kindness and graciousness. I will be making a trip here often.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. You can’t beat the location and view. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having access to the garage, most condos we’ve stayed in keep the garage locked. Made unloading so much easier and gave us a place to sit outside without being in the sun. Mason was a great host and made us feel at home the moment we walked in. We absolutely will stay here again!!

I can’t speak highly enough of Mrs. Holland and her B&B. My experience was phenomenal and she made a very stressful experience (handling my dad’s estate) much easier. 11 out of 10. Will stay again and highly recommend!

My family comes to Kentucky Lake every summer. We stayed at the condo for a week and we had a great time. It's definitely one of the better places we have rented. The area is very peaceful and very close to the lake. We tied up our boat and jet ski at the dock with no trouble at all. The kitchen was perfect, and we were so thankful for the washer and dryer. We were on the lake a lot during the day, and we all slept very well every night. We hardly even heard the owners living above us. Thanks for a great week!

Very resplendent! Absolutely love the theater below and views of the brick laid streets in historic downtown. Bed was really comfortable and kept me resting throughout the night. Alissa is very responsive and provides everything one would need for a night or weekend stay in downtown Paducah. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in town staying with family and it’s located next door. It made the trip so special and the opportunity to catch up on some much needed sleep. Comfortable and quiet which is exactly what I was looking for that week! So was so patient even when I had fallen asleep and blocked her driveway. This was the first stay of hopefully many to come!

Nice big place loved the space and the master bedroom very cool . Bed was comfortable. Downtown area is beautiful. I would definitely stay again . Host was easy to get ahold of and attentive. We will be back for another stay . Bonus had my son’s favorite book Goodnight Moon . Loved all the other books and games provided as well. Nice touch

Beautiful, historic building with authentic charm and architecture. Everything was exactly as pictured! Place was in the heart of the downtown area directly across from the Carson Center, so everything was close and walkable. Informative binder about local restaurants and highlights. During my stay, severe weather had moved thru, and the host notified me to give me instructions on the tornado safe zone within the building. She was great and attentive! Would love to stay there again! Just as a heads up for future travelers, the windows in the upstairs hallway are original, hence rain does come in and get the carpet a tad wet in the hall. Plus, the balcony doors are drafty, so the winter months could be a bit colder by those doors.
