The house was how it looked in the pictures. Love the privacy and space it offered. Having two full bathrooms was a blessing. My wife and I slept in the king size bed which we both loved. we are actually thinking about getting one ourselves lol. The amenities the birdhouse has made my family feel right at home. I am very happy with the birdhouse, we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. It is worth every penny. Thanks again for letting my family stay at your home.

We enjoyed the open kitchen/den; we were able to have our group all together in 1 space. The house was spacious and updated. Plenty of parking and convenient to nearby restaurants. And best of all: a Lakeview from the screened in balcony.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets on the lake behind the house and feeding the ducks was fun. The host was very responsive and friendly.

Peaceful location and very nice little A frame house. Great view and exactly the get away we were hoping for. We have shared and recommended to others, would be ideal for a single family or a pair of couples looking for a rural retreat.

House was beautiful and location was great. Overall great place to stay. Few little things is the basement shower is extremely small and house had an infestation of lady bugs. With that being said, I honestly would stay here again. They have 2 other bathrooms and lady bugs are just a seasonal thing and could have been worse.

Ashley's place was a great place to stay in Grand Rivers. The weather during our stay was terrible with pouring rain and then snow. So we enjoyed a restful weekend and Ashley's place was perfect for that. The living space was very comfortable, especially the leather sofas. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was the best stocked kitchen we have encountered at any Airbnb property. The beds were comfortable, and the bath towels were thick and soft. We appreciated the fenced yard for our dog. We would definitely stay at Ashley's place again!

I can’t speak highly enough of Mrs. Holland and her B&B. My experience was phenomenal and she made a very stressful experience (handling my dad’s estate) much easier. 11 out of 10. Will stay again and highly recommend!

This condo exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and had everything we needed plus more. You can’t beat the location and view. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having access to the garage, most condos we’ve stayed in keep the garage locked. Made unloading so much easier and gave us a place to sit outside without being in the sun. Mason was a great host and made us feel at home the moment we walked in. We absolutely will stay here again!!

It was a beautiful place to spend the night! She had all the stuff for hygiene in case you forget something. Fully stocked in all the amenities. Child friendly and they had everything set for when we arrived. They have the most beautiful scenery even with terrible weather lol! Had free just in case food and beverages. My family comes to Kentucky Lake every summer. We stayed at the condo for a week and we had a great time. It's definitely one of the better places we have rented. The area is very peaceful and very close to the lake. We tied up our boat and jet ski at the dock with no trouble at all. The kitchen was perfect, and we were so thankful for the washer and dryer. We were on the lake a lot during the day, and we all slept very well every night. We hardly even heard the owners living above us. Thanks for a great week!

Our family enjoyed staying in such a beautiful apartment. Phyllis was accommodating and provided a great place for us to stay. The access to the water was great for kayaking and paddle boarding as well as floating too! We hope to be back and stay longer soon.
