Liked the location and the house was cute and cozy. Lots of amenities and recommendations for things to see. Within walking distance to downtown and close to the interstate. Harold was prompt in responding to my texts and very accomodating.

We had a great time in cave country! The drive into the National Park was easy and quick and is also right near the bike trailhead for those planning to bike to the visitors center. The house is also a five minute walk from a large park with a playground, which was great for the kids. The kitchen was just what we needed to make a hearty, pre-adventure breakfast as well as sandwiches for the road and dinner upon our return. Though we didn’t have a chance to use them, the grill and fire pit were a welcome surprise! All in all - a great trip made better with the Yellow Door!

Toms place is so spacious, clean, and convenient to Mainstrasse! It’s right around the bend from Main St. and minutes away (walking) to Madison as well. There’s a huge backyard, high ceilings, kids books and games, kitchen supplies, and two bathrooms (hard to find in an Airbnb). I will absolutely stay here again! 10/10

We had a wonderful experience! We prefer cooking, so that always leaves us with slim pickings as far as we stay. So blessed to have found this gem only 3 miles from where my daughter was playing lacrosse at the local university. I loved even more that it was cheaper than the local hotel and WWAAYYYY more comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked; from spices, to coffee, all the cooking utensils, pots/pans, and storage we needed. The loft was so fun for the kids it was like their little private play space. I loved the fact that it was simple decor and I didn’t need to toddler proof much at all!! Situated in a small neighborhood we felt safe and secure. I hope one day to stay again in the future!

Eric’s place was perfect for our short stay in Lexington. I wish we had more time in town and could have made full use of the great kitchen. It’s tastefully decorated, and even had beautiful holiday decorations. We only had 3 guests but it could have comfortably accommodated 3 couples in the well appointed guest rooms. It’s also walking distance to plenty of restaurants. If we have a reason to return to Lexington we’ll happily book again.

This was a fantastic stay! The home was exceptionally clean, and had a warm, welcoming feel. The vintage decor added so much charm, and the comfortable bed made for a great night’s sleep. Beverly was an outstanding host—responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again!

The house was really nice, great location. The only thing I had trouble with was the lock box.

We ended up checking in late and our host was very kind and let us know it would be ok. The place is as listed and very beautiful! Would definitely stay again!! Thank you:):)

Beautiful apartment! Lovely neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Kangaroo Ridge Farms downstairs has wonderful fruity energy drinks, great coffees, and adorable arts & crafts.

The communication was easy and timely. We arrived at night with no issues and were very surprised to wake up in the morning and look out the window to giant yards and beautiful fall trees! The amenities were wonderful and the snacks were delicious. The space is very cozy and well taken care of, loved it!

The perfect place for a girls weekend. Julie was very responsive and a great host. Close to everything and off street parking was a plus. We look forward to staying again.

As advertised. Nora is responsive and helpful but not pushy. The house and stay was exactly right for us! If we have more to do in the area in the future, will book again. :)

We enjoyed our stay at your Hilltop Hideaway. It suited our needs perfectly and the cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. When we are back this way we would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you Arlene for making everything easy and trouble free

The place is definitely a what you pay for kind of place. The bathroom door handle kept coming off and there was huge crack in the shower and in the bathroom tile under the rug. There was a smoked joint in one of the drawers on the tv stand and a huge stain. The kitchen was clean but the sink faucet was busted. Other than that the place was clean and cute:) sheets were clean and couch was clean:)

A very quiet, pleasant place. The location of the place was very good.

My host was very responsive. When I asked about the WiFi, he had it back up in seconds. I recommend Kylan as a host who is good to work with.

Wonderful as always! Kathy is a great host. This year we had our 10 month old with us and she loved Kathy! Kathy was so great with her and even took her outside to play while my husband and I packed up. Just wonderful and helpful

My stay here at Brenda and John’s was perfect. Both hosts were very responsive before and during my stay. Their home was very cozy and comfortable with a lot of personal touches making my stay feel like home. Their home and neighborhood is beautiful and close to a ton of shopping and food options. Would definitely stay here again.

Suzann’s place is great! She makes the most amazing breakfast- gourmet food every morning. That alone is worth the price of admission. Wi-Fi is great, comfortable bed, nice sitting area downstairs. Will come back for sure.

Kris is so warm that I immediately felt welcome and knew her home would be a happy place. Her house very peaceful. In fact I spent a rainy day reading and enjoying my own hobby (exploring puzzles) while she went around her own business. I felt comfortable enough to share a night out for dinner with her - I will remember it fondly.

Highly recommend! Just an hour from the Ark, and got to tour their farm, pet their horse, amazing breakfast, and beautiful scenery. Look no further.

Leslie and Tiffany are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Beautiful house near the creek! Peaceful and private! They will fill you up at breakfast time with wonderful food! The 2 best lil Pomeranian’s and beautiful peacocks! Leslie and Tiffany have the most beautiful, caring hearts and you can see it in EVERYTHING they do! I want to personally thank the 2 of you and recommend this beautiful house and beautiful people for your stay anytime for any occasion!!!
