This was our fourth time staying at Dan's place. As always, Shaun and Jamie were close at hand and responsive to our needs. We particularly enjoy the quiet, wooded surrounding and comfortable accommodations. Our home away from home in Kentucky. Highly recommended.

What a beautifully decorated home! The home is just as the pictures show. Our family felt right at ease and really enjoyed our stay. The location is great for walking to area shops and restaurants, and a short drive to downtown and NULU. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans. We really enjoyed the record player and the large selection of albums provided to sample. The downstairs family room is cozy and comfortable. We spent lots of time there listening to music and playing board games during our stay.

Beautiful and peaceful scenery. The host was helpful and responsive. We plan to come back next year.

Beautiful home and surroundings. We had everything there at the home that we needed. Peggy responded within minutes with any questions we might have had. It was very homey and relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

LOVED the three houses!! They were perfect for our large group. Very beautifully decorated and laid out amazingly. Everyone was in awe at the little details. The beds were all very comfy. Lots of tvs, hot tub, beautiful tiled showers.. everything was perfect! We were even surprised by a huge firework display for Labor Day. Very impressed with the property and convenience to restaurants, shopping, & the Ark Encounter.

Sara's place is a Home away from Home. This was our 4th stay at Caledonia Cottage...and definitely won't be our last. Great accommodations for a Snowcation to Perfect North. The home includes everything a family needs...the game room is a favorite for the kids. The linens and beds are crisp and clean- the kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meals. The outdoor space is serene. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The space is meticulously clean, tastefully decorated and includes thoughtful amenities throughout. Always an amazing stay.

My stay was great! I was in town for work for 2 weeks and this place was perfect. Easy access to downtown Lex and right off Richmond Rd for restaurants. Would highly recommend this Airbnb!

We were in town Friday evening for a wedding at the Soli Trees Farm so stayed one night in this renovated old bank. It was the perfect location on Main Street, was spacious, had 2 bathrooms, a comfy bed, was spotless and I absolutely loved the decor! It even had cute little, black hand towels with “Makeup” embroidered on them to use-genius! So easy to get in and out with easy parking. Cute little town that we definitely want to come back to explore some more. I absolutely recommend you stay here!!

Cozy apartment that had everything we need for a short stay in Louisville. Loved the big comfy bed. Perfect location for walking 4th street and the downtown area.

We had a great weekend at "The Kimberly " weather was beautiful definitely enjoyed the morning sun coming through windows while drinking coffee in the cozy part of Covington, Ky. I would definitely recommend staying again for summer events 👌.

It had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay, from a stocked kitchen to fresh linens and towels. Great stay totally recommend it

Adnan place was great and she was helpful throughout our stay. There was a small hiccup in the check-in process, as the door code didn't match what was communicated. But Adnan responded quickly to our inquiry and got us the correct code. The house location was perfect; very walkable to downtown and to Rupp Arena. The house was exactly as the pictures, with large bedrooms, comfortable furniture and a very functional kitchen. The back patio and hot tub were a nice added luxury.

We had a great stay at Sadie & Tyler’s home! Very private and quiet while also being a short drive to everything in town. The house was exactly as advertised and the hosts responded immediately to any questions.

We enjoyed our stay so much!! We got in late and the hosts had bacon, eggs, juice, bread ready for us so we didn’t have to worry about breakfast. There was no end to their thoughtfulness throughout our stay! The property was absolutely beautiful. It was peaceful and our kids enjoyed the animals. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and the location was close to town and red river gorge. We would love to come back. This was one of the best air bnb experiences we’ve ever had!

Stayed a couple nights while working in town. The bedroom was roomy and the bathroom was clean. The kitchen had everything I needed for meal prep and plenty of room in the fridge. The coffee provided got my day started off right. I sat in the kitchen one evening to eat and conduct some business. The host gave me the privacy I needed to make phone calls and eat my diner.

We needed a big place somewhat last minute for a family funeral, and this place was such a blessing! It had great space for all our kids, and with three families, it never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked with many tools. You could totally host a holiday gathering in this home. The only challenge was that the hot water was finicky at times, but we pretty much all got it to work eventually. Just one of those things with a big house older sometimes! Water pressure was great though. Overall, we all agreed that the house was great and that we would stay there again!

Kris was great! Very friendly and communicated fast. Beautiful place to stay and was kept very tidy and clean. Will definitely be booking again!!

Perfect little home away from home in the heart of Louisville. Nettie’s place has everything you need along with convenience of being able to get to anywhere you’d want to go while in town. Annette is the sweetest host who goes above and beyond to communicate and ensure you feel taken care of. If we’re lucky enough to visit the derby again in the future, we would definitely look at staying here. Thank you for a great stay Annette!
