My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Paulo's carriage house! It is even more beautiful in person than in the photos, with many thoughtful extra touches to make it both lovely and comfortable. While we didn't cook, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the living room area couches were sooo comfortable. While it was a little too chilly to sit outside, the patio/balcony furniture were inviting and overlook a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. Paulo was a very responsive host who communicated clearly and made himself available for any needs we might have but also gave us our space/privacy. The location is also a big plus--the neighborhood is full of gorgeous historic homes and just a block away from the main road (Bardstown), which has plenty of dining options, coffee shops, etc. all within easy walking distance. We look forward to returning and staying again!

This is a great place to stay in the capital City of Kentucky. We were so close to everything. We needed a softer bed but that is because we have a sleep number at home. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Even the coffee pot not working was replaced with a gift card for a coffee at the local coffee shop. Excellent customer service and care. Beautiful home and rental also.

This place is a slice of heaven. It’s quiet and perfect for a group of family / family friends / and for myself a bachelorette group. We enjoyed the tranquility and the feeling of right at home! The house was cute and clean. You get your bang for your buck here. My only advice would be if you book, bring a car that can climb a hill, as the home is on top of (what feels like) mountain! But makes for gorgeous views.

Ramona and Steve were fantastic hosts. They made us feel right at home. Their location is beautiful and peaceful and just good for the soul! If my family and I are ever in the area again we will definitely love to visit again!

Highly recommend! Just an hour from the Ark, and got to tour their farm, pet their horse, amazing breakfast, and beautiful scenery. Look no further.

This is the third time we stayed in Louisville and this has been the best Airbnb by far! We felt very much at home in the living space and it had everything we needed. It was close to many neighborhoods with things to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night while passing through KY. Gorgeously renovated carriage house that was quiet, private, and had everything we needed for our quick stay. We’d definitely stay again!

My favorite part of my stay was the beautiful drive there. I saw lots of deer and it was extremely peaceful. The view was a beautiful field and I could hear the birds chirping in the mornings. The coffee pot wasn’t working the first morning and they replaced it before I returned that evening. The house itself was exactly what I was looking for. Very clean and cozy.

I had a great time at Bryan‘s. Very accommodating host with a convenient location in a pretty neighborhood. The apartment had everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at Margo’s cabin! It was the perfect relaxing getaway—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the beds were super comfy, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. Margo was a wonderful host, making sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed retreat!

The stay and the place was very awesome the only thing I had a problem with was our first night we could not get our car up the driveway cause it was not plowed but other than that it was awesome.

This place is so cute- Brian & Alexandra did a great job with the anesthetic. They were so very communicative & checked on me after my arrival. I was in Louisville for a quick work trip & hope I can visit again when I have more time to explore the city. When I do, I would definitely stay here again. There are plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. The WiFi was great & I was able to work without any issues. The place was spotless & comfortable. Check in & check out was very easy. Absolutely no complaints!

We had a relaxing stay at Ponderosa! The area is so quiet and the lake is beautiful. Spring was so helpful with the check-in and check-out process and local recommendations! The cabin is spacious and homey, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Drove 5.5 hours to come to this beautiful air bnb. It was worth every penny. Incredible kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, very clean, private, and the hot tub and sauna were amazing.

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed the cute neighborhood and walked to dinner at good restaurants every night. Kellie went out of her way to help us and was a great host!

Dan and Becca were great hosts. I was in town for classes at Lost Art Press, and it was a nice, enjoyable walk everyday. It was also less than a 4 minute walk to Main Street where there were a ton of great food and nightlife options. I didn’t have to use my car once (though they give you an off street parking space) and never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. Dan and Becca are passionate about being great hosts. They are friendly, full of recommendations, and eager to help in any way. I had the time of my life, and hope to return to Covington again. And if so, I won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Had a great time. Location is great and peaceful! Plenty of room for all 11 of us. And only 25-30mins drive to many of the distilleries.

Great area, felt safe and close to everything! We drove most days bc we were traveling to distilleries further out, but when we wanted to go into the city, it was a quick lyft ride! The neighborhood was filled with great architecture too. The apt was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the wifi, which was easily fixed the next morning! We requested salt for the stairs, as it was snowy/freezing, and it was taken care of. We would definitely stay at the carriage house again! Bright, comfortable, plenty of amenities!

My second time staying here in the area for my job. It was chilly outside so I didn't get to interact with their nice dogs, but maybe next time. I had a quiet, peaceful, restful time. The cottage is cozy and inviting with a tranquil comforting atmosphere. Everything was neat and perfectly clean. The bed is extremely comfortable and I slept well. Owner Kenn is a very nice person. Washer and dryer worked great. The neighborhood is safe and very nice. I'd definitely book a third time if I come back to this area. Thanks!

Wonderful weekend get away. Great little carriage house with everything you could want/need. The house was very clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable with nice linens and extra pillows. Plenty of towels available. Nice kitchen amenities with sharp knives and abundant cookware options. Meredith was responsive and made sure we had all we needed. Close to downtown Lexington and all fun activities. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area. Thanks for a great vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at this airbnb! We loved the country setting — quite remote, very peaceful and beautiful country side. The home is extremely well maintained and very clean. A lot of attention has been paid to details, from the provided laundry soap pods to the Kleenex box! Thanks for a great stay!

Lisa's place was outstanding! We traveled with our two beagles and it was the PERFECT place for them. The space was super clean and had everything we needed. There was also a yard for our dogs to hang out in. The location was perfect, very close to downtown Lexington but far enough away that it was very peaceful. My dogs didn't want to leave! I will be returning to Lisa's place for sure.
