My Husband and I had a very relaxing mini-moon at Barclay and Jennifer’s trailer after a hectic week of wedding events. Barclay and Jennifer were on site and responded to any issues or questions we had. They came over when we arrived to make sure we got into the trailer and explained how things worked. The trailer was very comfortable with heat (which was needed during the crisp fall nights) The view was spectacular, watching the sun rise from the deck with a cup of coffee. Barclay had lots of wood for us to have a campfire and even took wood down to the beach fire pit for us. The whole trip was very relaxing and the perfect “glamping” experience. We will be back for sure!

Janice is a terrific host. The space was perfect. I travel for work and needed a peaceful place to unwind. It did not disappoint. The jacuzzi was a treat! I highly recommend booking with Janice if you want to experience this part of Nova Scotia, or if you just need a little getaway.

This place is wonderful. It is so peaceful and private. Outside you hear the river running and our dogs loved running around. The porch lights and string lights at night are perfect for going outside without flashlights. So clean, cozy, and comforting inside. It was our first airbnb experience as a couple, so we didn't know what to expect. The bed was SO comfortable, and normally pillows are a miss but the ones there were perfect and cozy. Stepping outside on either balcony was so lovely too, with the river water running and other country noises. We had rain our weekend, and while downstairs we didn't even realize until going out with the dogs, home is pretty sound proof. Upstairs you can hear it on the steel roof, but not crazy! Wonderful place with our dogs, though they are terrible with stairs - lesson learned on our end! This time of year, the dirt road was in rough shape with all the rain we've been having. Overall, Blaire and her property made it a wonderful experience!

This was a great place to stay. Everything was as expected when we arrived. It would be a beautiful place in the summer but was still nice in March. I liked the privacy as well you don’t feel as though you are impending on the neighbours. Overall it was a good stay and a great place.

The Gem lived up to it name! we have a very comfortable stay in this lovely spot located overlooking the golf course and valley beyond. The studio was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Sherri and her husband were very helpful and friendly. We would definately stay again. Grant & Ursula Cleveland.

As always so perfect. The furnishings were excellent quality. Beds were comfortable. The wood fired salt water hot tub is so incredible. The hosts are friendly and helpful.
