Large Glamping South East @ Desa Laguna Resort

A small remote island surrounded by beautiful reefs. Simple accommodation (glamping and huts at the water's edge), delicious endless meal, snorkeling, stand up boards and kayaks all included. They can also organize scuba although the price is quite steep. The nicest people you can imagine, super helpful. If you come mid-week, you have a good chance to have the island for yourself (!) Very hard to leave. Oh, and digital nomads need not despair, 4G cell service and wifi run off it is there too. 21MB/sec when I tested it so sufficient for Zoom etc. Can't wait to return.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The room was incredibly comfortable and luxurious, making it feel like a home away from home. The facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a water heater, Netflix, and more. The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shopping centers, making it super convenient to explore the area. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions or provide assistance. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

My stay at this Desa Laguna was truly exceptional and unlike any other experience I've had. Nestled on a peaceful island, it offered a perfect getaway. Feels like a second home. It’s a must visit in Jakarta. Not only that, its a eco resort. They built this self sustained island! From the warm reception and informative island tour to Saiful, the attentive manager, and the staff's meticulous attention to detail, every aspect exceeded my expectations. I'm already planning to return. The food was outstanding, making me feel right at home. Not gonna lie, my sister had 4 pisang goreng coklat; it was a great treat after snorkeling. We spent our days snorkeling, swimming, playing pingpong, and canoeing. With only 11 guests on the 400m island, our trip was incredibly tranquil. It’s very worth it for the price, given the location is very close to Jakarta main land, can't imagine going to another island after this experience. Thanks Roderick and team!

The host ensured that every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating an experience that was both effortless and enjoyable. The property was immaculately maintained and precisely as described, reflecting the host’s evident care and commitment to excellence. Their local insights and considerate gestures made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. It was a pleasure to stay under such attentive and gracious hosting. Lokasi sangat strategis , tersedia farmer market di gedung apart , makanan di lantai basement , serta tuan rumah yang sangat membantu dan proaktif, tinggal selama 1 minggu diunit ini sangat menyenangkan, untuk yang akan membawa kendaraan pribadi parkir/jam dikenakan biaya 5000 saya sarankan untuk berjalan jalan saja menikmati kota jakarta. saya sangat merekomendasikan tempat ini , akan berkunjung lagi dikemudian hari terima kasih :)

It is amazing, better than I expected, I love attention to detail in every aspect, from activities to do to facilities, the bed and pillows were very comfy. The staff was great, the food was healthy and delicious, a lot to choose from. And of course Saiful is very friendly and makes you feel like home! 1 night wasn’t enough haha

Desalaguna is a dreamy slice of heaven! It was such a healing relaxing stay, immersed in nature, surrounded by crystal waters and held in the rhythm of island life. From check-in to check-out, every step of the way felt engaging and nurturing. The team, both on the island and off, are fantastic. I can’t wait to be back.
