The place is as described !! Very responsive host. walkable distance to temple. The host made sure everything was squeaky clean. Good property option to stay with family and elders.

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront apartment! The view was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful.

Perfect stay! Close to town yet peaceful. Clean, cozy, and quiet. Highly recommend!

I stayed with family for 3 days and no hotel suite can rival this apartment, fully furnished in style and well stocked, and Swiggy delivery available at doorstep. There were many facilities which we did not get time to utilise as we were here for a wedding. We hope to visit again in future. Thanks for a memorable stay.🍺

A very cozy place to stay! The property is neat and well maintained and matching our expectations. Karin was very helpful with our checkin needs and also helped with local recommendations that came in handy. She was also helpful with arranging a rental scooter which was very helpful for moving around. One thing that the property needs is an inverter backup. Due to the peak rush time we visited, there were quite a few power outages. So power backup would’ve helped. But overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

Stay was good. Host is very responsive & helpful throughout the duration of stay. There is no dedicated car parking, visitors have to park in public parking & a small walk to reach the stay. Overall a good stay which is nearby to all the cafes, restaurants & to the north beach.

I can’t say enough good things about Biju and our stay at his apartment! He is so kind and helpful - making suggestions or helping us arrange things. The apartment is beautifully placed right in the heart of Fort Kochin, next door to the cafe where we could have breakfast every day. A very special place. We were so happy to have chosen it and to have met him.

The trip to Varkala would’ve been incomplete hadn’t we come across the Beautiful property of Shibu at Surendram Villa. Vishnu in particular ensured to help us in making most out of our Varakal trip. He suggested for most of the things in and around Varkala for a seamless experience. Hoping to visit this place again soon. And, what a friendly pet “Rocky”, you’ll fall in love with him the very first moment you meet him. Cheers and BonVoyage…

This place is the best spot to live in Alleppey. It’s literally on the beach. Plus it has a plenty of room to just hang out with the family. Great view of the beach. Extremely clean and spacious. I will definitely visit this place again. I will recommend this to anyone who plans to visit Alleppey. Also, Shuaib is the nicest host I have met. Extremely warm and easy to chat with. He is connected with the locals — can easily sort you out for anything you need around.

We had a great time at this property, Lekshmi's mom treated us like family and was super responsive with all our queries. House was very clean and tidy. Varkala cliff is very close to this property and the main town too. overall, it was a great stay and we look forward to visiting this property again.

it was a very peaceful and friendly stay. we liked the way we were welcomed it felt like home. The owner is friendly and spoke really well. additionally complementary breakfast was delicious and the place was clean.Would highly recommend this place to stay near marari beach.

We had an amazing stay at Deja Blu for my wedding! The house is designed in a beautiful Greek-style architecture, which was really cool to see—and we got some incredible wedding photos! Overall, we had a great time with family. Sara was an amazing host, always friendly and open for a little chitchat. Last but not least, the beach view was surreal, making it one of the best stays I’ve ever had.

We had a lovely time at this Mindhun’s place as a family. The house staff took very good care of us and were very kind, attentive and helpful, and the food was lovely. The house is spacious and very clean and suited us well. Host was very helpful and quick to communicate. Only disappointing thing was that we were advised that sea was unsafe to swim in - so we didn’t really get to take advantage of the beach.

Great place and great host

A great host. We expected a private and calm weekend with my family and we got it. Our trip coincided with heavy rains and due to strong winds causing power shutdown for nearly 24 hrs for the entire locality. They had a battery backup which helped us for the night and for the next day they had a generator. Breakfast is complimentary and they cooked delicious South Indian breakfast with some continental options. When we asked for some extra items for breakfast, the staff even drove to a restaurant to pick what we asked for. I'll pick them up again for my next trip without hesitation. Really friendly and caring.

We had a wonderful time at the villa, living to the sound of ocean waves. Especially because we were celebrating our brother and sister in law's wedding, it was lovely to see the place decorated for them. Robin was so helpful, thank you very much!

Very beautiful cosy place, close to the city centre and the beach. The host, Mus, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely a home in kannur, will visit again!

"A Home Away from Home" From the moment we stepped in, we felt completely at home. The way the apartment was arranged showed so much care—everything was in place, making our stay effortless and comfortable. We loved the added air cooler in hall,it really made relaxing in Kerala’s heat manageable. One of our favorite spots was the beautiful balcony—the perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy the clouds rolling by. The big-screen TV with great internet and extra speakers made our cricket match and movie nights extra special! It truly meant a great deal to us. The prayer space with a very beautiful English Bible and a small book collection for all age groups added to the cozy vibe.The well-stocked essentials and every little detail made it feel as if we were never away from our home. A huge thank you to Mr.Terry for creating such a warm and thoughtful space. If you’re looking for comfortable and a truly homely experience, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back❤️

The flat was spacious, squeaky clean, well located and simply fabulous. It’s a 3BHK with 3 bath and a fully functional kitchen. Separate living and dining area along with a giant balcony. The one off note was that the best bedroom in the flat which comes with a wonderful view didn’t have a washroom attached to it. Ayaan and Fayiz took as much care of us as they could. Only thing that bugged us was a little episode with the host Shanu. We had requested for an early check in. We flew in early and wanted to get an update if they could accommodate us sooner. We couldn’t connect with the caretaker. In the process we had to call the host multiple times. He seemed impatient and rude on the call and he interrogated my friend whether she was lying about not being able to reach Fayiz. Later Fayiz reached out to us and he was awesomely welcoming. They did give us the room at 12noon instead of 1pm which was the scheduled check in time. And as we entered the room, well it was just incredible..

Beautiful stay! Immaculately clean rooms, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Serene ambiance and peaceful surroundings. Staff were warm and welcoming. Highly recommended! 5/5 stars

we really had a great time staying here.The fully furnished apartment is awesome in terms of its layout/amenities and ofcourse the wide sea view from the 7th floor. Its well ventilated with attached bathroom with all the 3 double beded rooms, well enough to acomodate a group of 6 people. The host is really humble and made sure to help us in all aspects.Its really worth staying here if someone is planning for a nice vacation in Kannaur.Thanks
