Kerala : chambres d'hôtel

Varun’ place was a well-run small hotel right on the shore of the backwaters in Kerala. There was a pool, many different areas to relax with a book. Canoes were available to paddle down stream. Varun was very helpful in arranging transportation for us, recommending activities and pointing us in the direction of a special art biennale which happened to be taking place in Kochi while we were there. The restaurant had a nice blend of Indian, continental with vegetarian options. We are planning on staying here on our next trip and highly recommend it. Gregory and Michèle

Excellent Place To stay this Villa from comfort Nest was too well equipped with all the essential requirements. And good coordination with from Raghu as well , Maintained well and hygiene , value for money Thank you for all your support and a Beautiful Stay .

a beautiful colonial place with a fantastic romantic ambiance. The balcony overlookng the patio was our favourite place. Bathroom could use some paint. Situation is very central and quiet in the meantime. The staff is very helpfull and friendly and they serve good food in the restaurant.

Never had we stayed in a homestay before, but our stay at 4C’s little paradise was nothing short of magical. It was a great break from our daily monotonous life and staying in a cozy homely place away from home. The Rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained and you cannot not fall in love with the old school vibe of the place.Special thanks to Aunty and Sharath for taking care of us like their own family and giving us the sweetest life lessons. The Food was amazing, the breakfast is not to be missed at all. We’re hoping to be back soon!

Our stay at Clayfingers was wonderful. The hosts and helpers were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely exceptional, a real highlight of our visit. Every meal was made with love and creativity. Breakfast is complimentary. The price for lunch / dinner was 500 rupees per each meal , per person. It’s also possible to purchase drinks and snacks for an extra fee. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the stunning garden, a peaceful oasis. Unfortunately we didn't have time for a pottery class, but it's definitely something we'd love to try on a future visit. One suggestion for the future would be to offer a filtered water refill station, reducing the need for single-use plastic bottles. This would align perfectly with the guesthouse's beautiful, natural setting and contribute to a more sustainable experience. Overall, we highly recommend Clayfingers for a relaxing and memorable stay. We look forward to returning

Rooms are specious and clean. We really liked the place. I recommend this place if you want to stay for longer time in Thekkady

What Sarah and Morden have built is very impressive and Sarah a brilliant cook. Clean lodge with wildlife surrounding - great bird (and monkey) watching. Just be aware location is very remote (as mentioned) and can get a bit cold at night. But hosts went above and beyond - giving us lifts and organising transport. Glad to be supporting all the work they do for stray dogs!

I had a wonderful two-day stay at this beautiful property. The location is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a private beach that made for a peaceful and relaxing experience. The property itself is well-maintained, offering both comfort and privacy. A special mention to Robin, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. The food was delicious and added to the overall experience. If you're looking for a serene escape with great hospitality, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

A peaceful, serene property surrounded by the Brahmagiri hills. The property is kept extremely clean, and the staff on the property are friendly and helpful. A recommended getaway from the city!

The place was located on the outskirts of vythri, surrounded by lush green trees, the resort has all basic amenities and was definitely worth the price we paid. The rooms were cleaned on Day 2 while we went to sight-seeing. Buffet breakfast was decent, nothing fancy. The lapista manager and staff were super courteous, humble and never threw any tantrums and attended all our requests on time. Also gave us recommendations and a free Honey museum tour. I would definitely recommend this place. Don't except 5star services at this price point.

This place is so awesome you should plan a trip to Varkala just to enjoy this resort - the food, the staff, the location, the grounds -- amazing!

This place is AMAZING. Stunning location on the water, incredible cheap food and massive portions, lovely staff, the comfiest beds, gorgeous free toiletries, beautiful pool. They even have an onsite shop where they offer to tailor what you buy! Best place we stayed in Kerala.

A friend and I had a night to spend in Kochi, and were so happy to have found Tissa's Inn. We were greeted upon check-in with a cold, delicious ginger drink and a smile. They were flexible and understanding with our evolving check-in and check-out schedule, and we had great food in the restaurant. The rooms were spotless, the inn was nicely decorated and tidy, and the air conditioner made our room a haven from the early-summer heat outside. It turns out we were the first AirBnb guest to stay at Tissa's and were so glad we did!

Loved the stay, highly recommend staying here for a chill vacation. Staff was super sweet and accommodating.

Had an awesome stay at Nithin’s place. The photos are exactly how it looks in real. Loved the spacious room and bathroom, everything was upto the mark. All the rooms are pool facing and the what i liked the most was the spacious and huge balcony it has❤️ Overall an awesome stay i had in this place and yaa please do try their food from restaurant, it is just simply awesome 🤩 food preparation do take time as they make everything freshly once you order but it is totally worth waiting. One thing that i wanted to communicated that while booking from airbnb it does not show option for including breakfast, so if nithin could list in such a way that would be helpful for others!!

Thomas and his Family have created a beautiful, biodiverse and green getaway in the tea plantations and hills of vagamon region. We arrived by public ksrtc bus from kottayam and reached the stay within walking distance from the bus stop. Although one can hear in the distance honking busses filled with school kids blasting music through the serpentine roads, little flower farms is a perfect place if you want to get away for a few days. There’s plenty of shade to read a book on the premise and relax. We did two hikes that were recommended to us by Thomas and he was also very helpful in organizing transport to the starting point of the hikes. We slept in the “pod” on top of the premise, enjoying nice views. The only suggestion for improvement would be a new set of mattresses since especially one of them has seen better days :) Lastly, the food is very tasty and homely Kerala food, which is cooked with a lot of love by his attentive staff. Would definitely recommend staying here!

L’alloggio è davvero incantevole. Comodissimo, si trova in un’area tranquilla vicina all’aereoporto di Kochi, per noi è stato perfetto in quanto si sono dimostrati flessibili col check-in e siamo riusciti ad arrivare in struttura anche tardi subito dopo il volo. L’appartamento pulitissimo e c’è tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno per riprendersi dal viaggio con un po’ di sano relax e per partire alla scoperta del Kerala!!

Awesome stay at Gracy's place! The room was super comfy and clean, and Gracy was an amazing host. Great location too - easy walking distance to city centre. Would def stay here again!

Our stay at Emerald Isle was exceptional. The property, steeped in ancestral history as a tharavad, boasts a breathtaking view of the river. Special mention must be made of our host, Vijo, whose hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The main allure of this property lies in its stunning riverfront location and the lush green paddy fields adorning the backyard. We particularly relished cycling along the narrow roads, which stretched for approximately 4 km, offering uninterrupted views of the river throughout our journey. Despite the hot weather, the constant and refreshing breeze that swept through the area kept us comfortable throughout the day, adding to the charm of our experience. Thank you, Vijo, for ensuring that our stay at Emerald Isle was nothing short of memorable. We look forward to returning in the future.

Pristine location with a great view from the balcony. Spacious room and bathroom. Great manager who is kind and tries to address your concerns. It’s an ideal destination for a peaceful holiday.

i just loved the stay here. I was more than I expected. the host and staff were super helpful and friendly. he arranged everything as per our needs . house was clean and prestine. lots of games to play , food was just like home . just loved everything about this place , much appreciated 👍 one of the best Airbnb stays i have visited.
