Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully. Jestin family's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Wonderful place for a family gathering. Slightly far from the main market area but that's what we wanted. If you're looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle and noise of vehicles, this is an ideal choice.

Very responsive host and the property is located in a prime location and maintained in good condition. Recommended.

До пляжа на скутере можно добраться за 15 минут. Пляжи здесь восхитительные: чистые и пустынные. Однако приготовьтесь к тому, что местные жители практически не купаются. Если купаются, то в одежде. Вас не осудят, но будут обсуждать. )))) Вилла комфортная для проживания четырех человек. Мы жили вдвоем. Все отлично. Работает доставка еды. Еда свежая, вкусная и не дорогая. Огромное спасибо Babul и его управляющему Randjit. Вы окружили нас заботой и вниманием. Мы сразу почувствовали себя, как дома. Все наши просьбы удовлетворялись практически мгновенно. Это очень важно и ценно для нас. Мы обязательно вернемся. )))

Biji's place was one of the best experiences I have had in my life, and I think the others in our group of 7 would agree. You must stay here: the place is literally on the Kallada river, a boat can come pick you up from the house and take you on a mangrove tour, and you can even swim just by getting down a few steps. The setting is unbeatable. The house itself seemed all brand new, modern, very comfortable. Even the roof was beautiful, but my favourite feature was the ample 2 porch areas with fans, we basically sat outside the entire time to enjoy the views. Clean, gorgeous, and serene, this place is a must-stay. A lovely lady cooked delicious meals for us for a small extra charge, making the stay even better. Biji's hospitality went beyond all this, he even managed to find a gluten-free cake for our friend's birthday, in addition to helping us arrange cabs and boat ride. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay, Biji. We truly felt we were in God's Own Country.

(Non AC room) Elegant and slightly off the beaten path, this mini apartment is just what you need to stay connected to the centre whilst having a private space of our own.

Had a perfect stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the washrooms were super clean and hygienic—definitely a big plus. It’s a great place to stay with friends, with a cozy and welcoming vibe. Would highly recommend and love to come back again!

This was a stunning property. A large, open kitchen/living space with wide balcony let in lots of light, leading into two cozy and stylish bathrooms. Decor was impeccable, with fashionable prints and furnishings. The property was located in a residential area within easy rickshaw access from great cafes and restaurants. Security in the entrance were friendly and professional. It was a very smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out and the hosts were quick to respond with any queries. They also accommodated a last-minute request, which I really appreciated.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this Airbnb apartment. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had a warm, welcoming vibe that made it easy to settle in right away. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the apartment overall was well-maintained. The location was also ideal—quiet neighborhood but still close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The kitchen was useful and mostly well-equipped, The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check out. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Maya was the best host we had during our trip across all the stays. She made our check-in process incredibly smooth. The house was simple, beautiful, and impeccably clean—honestly, it looked even better in person. She went out of her way to guide us on where to go and how to travel around Kochi. The best part? She had stocked plenty of snacks for us, and we enjoyed them without any hesitation!

I had the most perfect stay at Tharaka's place. Located in the heart of Gokulam, it is convenient for everything, yet a peaceful oasis with a beautiful garden. I stayed on the top floor and the porch and the rooftop have beautiful views of the city. Watching the neighbourhood wake up while having my cup of tea was one of my favourite things every day while in Mysore. The room is super clean (and is cleaned twice weekly) and has a convenient kitchen, including fridge, coffee and tea and filtered water tap. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the laundry facilities were a welcome bonus. Tharaka is a fantastic host. From the moment I booked he reached out and was very warm, welcoming and helpful, making many local recommendations for food and helped me book transport to, from and around the city. Tharaka made his place feel like a home and I very much enjoyed our chats over coffee and sweets in the garden. I can't recommend this place enough and cannot wait to visit again!

I had a wonderful stay this beautiful apartment, view is amazing. The apartment is full of great furniture and well decorated with lots of interesting pictures and items making the whole place feel homely. The kitchen is fully kitted out, making it easy to cook of an evening. The bed was comfortable as too were the pillows. The location is two minutes from the beach, great view to see the sunset and there’s a large supermarket get anything you need and local restaurants near by also. If you’re visiting Kannur by payyamnalam beach I would recommend this wonderful apartment to stay. Anju and Raj were welcoming, helpful with suggestions and great hosts….. Thank you..

The stay is wonderful and located in a peaceful apartment building. Anna was proactive and made sure we had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Kottayam.

The place was very clean and accessible, we were 4 people and the rooms and bed were comfortable to stay in. Has a working TV with OTT platforms, which was good enough for some leisure time. Definitely worth the price

It’s a beautiful and spacious stay with superb connectivity to kochi city and the national highway. The apartment had all the amenities as mentioned and is commendably maintained. Jacob was always available for any help or suggestions. Highly recommended for a safe stay in kochi.

"A Home Away from Home" From the moment we stepped in, we felt completely at home. The way the apartment was arranged showed so much care—everything was in place, making our stay effortless and comfortable. We loved the added air cooler in hall,it really made relaxing in Kerala’s heat manageable. One of our favorite spots was the beautiful balcony—the perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy the clouds rolling by. The big-screen TV with great internet and extra speakers made our cricket match and movie nights extra special! It truly meant a great deal to us. The prayer space with a very beautiful English Bible and a small book collection for all age groups added to the cozy vibe.The well-stocked essentials and every little detail made it feel as if we were never away from our home. A huge thank you to Mr.Terry for creating such a warm and thoughtful space. If you’re looking for comfortable and a truly homely experience, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back❤️
