The place is as described !! Very responsive host. walkable distance to temple. The host made sure everything was squeaky clean. Good property option to stay with family and elders.

The location was surrounded by the best view of river and trees and it was very peaceful and beautiful

We stayed for 2 days at this place and the place is a superb homestay. you will find everything for your daily needs around the society, Swiggy takes 5 minutes to deliver goods, location is peaceful and prime. Temple is 3 KMs. Though the building is little old, the house is perfectly managed. we could also cook our few meals and wash clothes which was a great help for our 10 days long South India Trip. Thanks

I had an incredible stay at Thakur Cottage! The property offers a mesmerizing view that is truly a treat for the eyes, making every moment special. Whether it's sunrise or sunset, the scenery is absolutely stunning(specifically sunrise) One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing cooks at the cottage. They not only prepared delicious meals but were also incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great food and unbeatable views, Thakur Cottage is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

it was just a work trip i took with my aunt and mom ( both 60+) and the best thing i did was booking beena's place. as it was a hectic trip, i didn factor in many elements of Trip and she helped me to do that ( not like a superhost but a superfriend whom you can count on for everything and anything). her home and that peaceful vibe sweeps into you, sitting on the balcony surrounded by fruit trees, that moment made my work trip, a leisure trip. from my first contact to last conversation, she was there for anything and everything through phone.

Shijo was very helpful in showing me around Coimbatore and made my stay at the Airbnb very comfortable. Lijo was very responsive as well with checkin instructions and available for any questions as well. I very much enjoyed my stay there.

Very beautiful cosy place, close to the city centre and the beach. The host, Mus, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Definitely a home in kannur, will visit again!

We had a wonderdul stay. It was really spacious and beautifully furnished. Very neat and clean. Car parking space is available. Extra cars can be accomodated easily just outside the property.

This was my first visit to Kerala with my family, and I was searching for a friendly place to stay. I turned to Airbnb and, after a few searches, discovered a beautiful river-facing apartment hosted by Amruth. I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. Jibin was a fantastic host for our short stay in Cochin. He was communicative, helpful, and made the check-in/check-out process seamless. Extremely spacious apartment, room to run around, in fact, with ample amenities, nice surroundings with restaurants and supermarkets, and most importantly, a gracious host. It was a bit hot during the time we stayed but the air conditioning kept us cool. The surrounding environment had a bit of an exciting element to it, being Kerala and full of green vegetation. All inquiries were answered promptly by Zakir. The home was well-maintained, and provided a relaxing stopover in our travels.

This is my third visit to Mr. Thomas' place which has been one another memorable and pleasant stay here. The hosts are very responsive and helpful: clean & neat rooms. Had more time watching their garden this time. A go-to place next time I visit CBE.
