Realy nice place. It has everything that you need and more.Clean and warm.There are air conditions in every room.Nice barbekiu zone.

It was a lovely villa with 3 double bedrooms and a big veranda. It had everything needed for cooking . It was few minutes drive from the best beach in Thassos . It was on a main road leading to the town surrounded by the mountains and olive trees. It can fit 6 people plus a baby comfortably.

Der Aufenthalt bei Greg war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir wurden direkt Empfangen, als wir angekommen sind. Greg hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt und wir konnten uns immer mit Fragen an ihm wenden. Es war einfach perfekt. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den Urlaub Greg.

Would love to stay here again. We (4 adults and a teenager) made a last minute trip to Thasos, picked Elia & Meli after a quick search and were more than satisfied. We stayed for two nights and it is clear that Despoina and Sotiris are great hosts. They have provided a beautiful, completely new, vacation home to their guests paying much attention to detail. It features a nice outdoor terrace (with an outdoor table, nice landscaping, grill and nicely lit, old olive trees) facing the old church, large bathroom/shower, dining table, and a well equipped kitchen (coffee makers, panini press, dishes, pots and pans, etc). Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds, TV, AC, storage, and ceiling fans. It is in a quiet spot close to eating and the local shops, which we would have taken advantage of more if we had more time. Their communication was timely and clear and we felt immediately welcome and comfortable. Recommended to anyone visiting Thasos!

Nino and Miriana were perfect hosts. We were 7 adults and really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa among the olive trees. Bedrooms with private bathrooms were very comfortable. The location was close to the most beautiful beaches. The small beach that is 5 mins walk from the house was just perfect for a quick morning dip before breakfast. But on top of everthing, we had amazing chats with Nino and listened to his very interesting life story. They also offered us sparkling wine on our first day. For families and friend groups, it's a gem.

We chose the villa for a climbing trip in the area and we loved it. It is located on a hill side, 10 minutes by foot from the town, which is nice for an active person, looking for a quiet accommodation. The view from the spacious terrace was superb and refreshing, it was a delight to drink the morning coffee there or just lay there during the day, listening to the birds sounds. The closest beach is 5 minutes away (by foot) and was empty at the end of May, which was also a plus. We definitely recommand a stay here and we will choose it again when we return to Nea Iraklitsa.

Ev sahibimiz çok yardımcıydı. Sorduğumuz sayısız soruya sabır ve tatlılıkla cevap verdi. Evin manzarası büyüleyici. Gerçekten aşık olduk. Mutfakta her türlü alet, malzeme var. Çok rahat ettik. Ve evi çok rahat kullandık. Yatak, çarşaflar tertemizdi. Evin hemen önünde arabamızı park etmek için alan var. Eve yakın market, güzel bir fırın ve restoranlar var. Konum olarak golden becah'e yakın. Sadece yolu biraz yokuş ama araba ile gidip geldiğimiz için sorun olmadı. Muhteşem denizi olan Aliki'ye ve merkeze 20 dk mesafede. Yani tam ortada. Hem evimizden hem ev sahimizden çok memnun kaldık. A great private villa to enjoy, suitable for big groups. The garden and pool stand out, outside is stunning. Inside is a little bit old und outdated but there will be renovations soon as we were told by the owner. The billiard was a good touch. The owner is really helpful and friendly, we had a few problems and he managed to solve them. We will be back here next year!!

Our stay at this Airbnb was an incredible experience. Kostas, Vasia, Lista, and Giota were exceptionally helpful and approachable, making our visit truly memorable. The place itself is stunning, exactly as shown in the pictures—if not even better. We hosted a small traditional wedding event during our stay, and the hosts went above and beyond to assist us. They helped us find catering services, provided us with a beautiful venue, and ensured we had everything we needed. If you’re planning a visit to Thassos, this Airbnb is a no-brainer. We 100% recommend it!

Lamprini is an excellent host! Very nice and easy to communicate with. The house and the property are fantastic! Very spacious and sparkling clean. The location is right off of the main road, and within walking distance to restaurants and the sea. The pool on the property was fantastic! We had a large group with kids and it was a wonderful place for them to play! There is a beach that you can walk to from the villa, that has the beautiful water, but the beach itself was a little baren for my taste. There are stunning beaches to visit on Thassos that you must drive to from the Villa.

We stayed there for 6 nights, 4 adults and 2 dogs. The place looks nice, a bit small for 4 persons but manageable. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped but it's OK, we were able to make breakfast in the morning. The problem we encountered is that the yard is not fully fenced, is not fenced at all. It has some plants around it but for a big part of it the plants are still very small. Our dogs were able to get out of the yard with no problem. Another thing I didn't understood from the listing is that the villa is shared, is not the entire villa. Upstairs you have neighbors. Other than that, the host were lovely and considerate, we also had a small incident with our friends dog who chewed on a cable but in the end everything was good. We had a lovely stay nevertheless.

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig mit viel Platz für eine große Gruppe. Es war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll und sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Nikolaos war sehr gut erreichbar und hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Nachdem unser Flug sehr verspätet war hat er flexibel den Check in angepasst und eine perfekte Wegbeschreibung geschickt. Vielen Dank nochmals. Bezüglich der Klimaanlage ist es vielleicht wichtig zu wissen, dass nur eines der Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage hat, der Rest des Hauses wir über eine Anlage im Flur bedient.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in den Geko Suites bei Carlo. Er ist ein super freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Nachrichten antwortet und sich jeder Frage annimmt. Die Bungalows sind perfekt gelegen und bieten viel Privatsphäre. Es gibt fünf Bungalows mit Basic Ausstattung, daher empfehle ich, bei der Buchung nachzufragen, welcher verfügbar ist. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und ich kann die Geko Suites definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Ein tolles Haus mit herrlichem Blick über das Meer. Besser geht es nicht. Die Straße daneben ist relativ laut, aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

We had an amazing time at Villa Evian! From the moment we checked in (Evgenis invited us to check-in 2 and a half hours earlier) to the moment we left, we felt at home. The house is just as beautiful as the photos! It has everything you need while on vacation. We were a party of ten, of various ages and there was something for everyone to do. The pool was an extra bonus and everyone loved it. The beach was very close, however we opted to go by car since we carried a lot of things and had older people with us. Evgenis organized a sailing trip for us which was absolutely amazing! We spent nine hours on a beautiful sailboat which took us around local islands, beautiful quiet beaches, water was pristine, turquoise and absolutely stunning. In addition, Evgenis has arranged for home made food of great variety to be delivered on the boat in advance. It was delicious! The captain and his son were very sweet, we had a lovely time! This was by far our best vacation so far! Thank you Evgenis!

The villa is fantastic and the garden is absolutely beautiful! A very comfortable house that can accommodate a lot of people. We were 3 couples - one with two kids and one with a baby and the house was perfect for us. Spotless, very tidy and a lot of space including a large living room and a huge backyard. All of us loved our stay! Ilias is a very polite and welcoming person. We definitely recommend it and would love to come back soon.
