We LOVED this home. We are extremely frequent air bnb users...like every weekend almost in Greensboro and this is tied for our 1st place home. Love SO much about it. The fenced backyard was perfection and I mean it. Our pups loved it and an added plus was the precious 3 legged pup next door....neither of our 2 pups barked at the dog. They sat puppy chatting and it was THE sweetest thing we've ever seen. Love the layout, my partner is an early riser and I'm the late nighter late riser, I never heard any movement. Covered porch was great! Only problem and it's nothing, was the dog food bucket led ants inside, but I moved it outside. This home REALLY caters to dog lovers w many dog bowls in and out. We loved the 2 living rooms w large tvs. It helped wy son watching YouTube and we hate it lol. We have found a new fav. Great home

There are moments in life where you cannot describe perfection! Came down for a business trip and my mind was blown as I felt like I was just walking into my home. Would highly recommend this property and this host!! Just not while I need it! lol! Thank you so much for everything

I would say me and my family had a great time. We were only supposed to stay for 3 days but end up staying a whole week because we didn’t feel like leaving and how his place felt like home. I was very happy about my stay and I will do it here again.

This charming, fully renovated historical home was a delightful stay! (looks exactly like the pictures) Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, the home blends classic character with modern comforts. #gorgeous Check-in/check-out was a breeze, making the arrival seamless and stress-free. #easiestcheckoutever The prime location was perfect and just a short distance away. And Michael was polite and excellent with communication. Highly recommend for a cozy and convenient getaway!

Place was nice & a good break from the usual city neighborhood - we were in town for Christmas & Vickie had the home decorated for the holidays so that was wonderful for celebrating so our kids could still have gifts around the tree. Place was as described & easy to find with the direction provided.

Andrea's home was a great accommodation for me and my whole family, including the cat!, as I was moving halfway across the country! I really appreciate the stay, and having ample parking for my car and moving truck.

Another wonderful stay at Jim and Peggy Wynn's home away from home (our 3rd visit)! Their place is perfect for us and we love it here. Jim and Peggy are absolutely wonderful hosts, going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality has truly made our ongoing experience here very memorable. We can't thank them enough for making us feel right at home!

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

Nice, comfortable apartment in a beautiful house. I appreciated being able to sit on the back porch and look out into the yard. Quiet neighborhood, I walked to and from downtown every day of my stay (~25 minutes). Kitchen and bathroom were clean and updated. Perfect for solo traveler, suitable for 2. Noise from the apartment above was noticeable and sometimes distracting but not terrible. Also appreciated the parking space and kindness of the host.

A cool studio, located just off the UNCG campus. Bert's place is comfortable with room to hang out. The kitchenette has what you need for a short stay. You're not going to prepare gourmet meals here, but the listing makes that pretty clear. Besides, you have many great dining options nearby. The pictures and description are accurate - no surprises. Bert was responsive and made sure I was all set when I checked in. I'd happily stay here again.

A lovely place, we enjoyed our stay, there was a binder inside that described all of the things we needed to and could want to know about, like local places to eat, and a bottle of wine was there at check in ! Yummy ! The designated parking spot on the property was not available, we first parked on the street in the front of the house at first, we didn't know until we read the binder inside that we could park on the side street, which avoids walking up hill with our suitcase and things, parking on the side street was fine, few little steps to go up, but very close to the entrance. Enteringwh is down several, steep concrete steps, definitely pack light, if you have substantial luggage or balance issues you need to be very careful, there is no railing, that is the only thing I would change about our stay. Quiet hours from 9p to 9a were very much followed as the family lives upstairs, there are kids and a dog, but the noise was not bad at all during waking hours. We thank you !!!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I had a nice quiet peaceful stay. It is a great location for trials at Rising Star Canine Ranch. The hosts were super nice and accommodating. I hope to book this place again.

This condo was the perfect choice for our trip to Pilot Mountain. It looks exactly as pictured and is in pristine condition. Our host was prompt in responding and provided all the information we needed to feel right at home. The condo is spacious and ideally located, making it a great base for exploring the area.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

This apartment is adorable and very cozy! It was great for my weekend stay in Greensboro. It was also a 10-minute walk from downtown and about 10 minutes from a little grocery store (Deep Roots Market).

Great space and location! It was great having two full bathrooms and the updated kitchen was a bonus for cooking/prepping meals. Highly recommend.

Property is in a quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and as pictured and described. No issues during our stay. Very close to Highpoint University. Would stay again.

I stayed here for a weekend visit for HPU and Joyce’s condo was absolutely perfection! The location was ideal in terms of being in close proximity to HPU (uber was 5 minutes away) as well as being able to walk and explore around the area (local restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, boutiques, etc) while feeling EXTREMELY safe as a female who was by herself. The condo itself was exactly as described. The courtyard was beautiful and clean as well as the condo being perfectly filled with everything needed from kitchen appliances, to many clean towels, to a very clean and tidy space. Joyce herself even provided some water bottles in the fridge as well as some baked goodies on the counter! She was VERY flexible (I had a late flight that ended up getting delayed and waited up to make sure I was able to check in which was around midnight) and responsive! Cannot reccomend Joyce and this condo enough!

Dave was a terrific host - quick responses to questions and very accommodating to our needs. Condo was very clean and extremely well stocked with anything you might need for a short-term or long-term stay. My only note to future renters is to be aware that this is a 3rd floor condo without an elevator, so pack accordingly. I somehow missed that in the description, and we struggled a bit with heavier items. Otherwise, a perfect stay and convenient to restaurants, etc. Would stay here again if in the area. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
