Mara went above and beyond. Beautiful place to stay and she was very kind and responsive. Even had the opportunity to talk to her while I was walking the property.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very easy to find and in a central area. Close to grocery and restaurants but still quiet neighborhood. Parking was excellent and the house was exactly what my husband and I needed for our weekend away. Host was super responsive and I would definitely recommend this place!

Jay and his wife Wendy were amazing. Every time we reached out to Jay he responded immediately. We have a small dog and the place was perfect for him - fenced in clean yard and he was able to wander each day without a leash. We mentioned to Jay that the deck was really hot during the daytime and the next thing we knew there was an umbrella on it so that we could use it during the afternoons. The view from the deck was extraordinary and very peaceful. Every issue was addressed and resolved immediately. We would highly recommend this listing, particularly to anyone who has pets.

What a lovely stay! I was in town for just a short overnight, but the quality of my stay left me wishing I'd been able to stick around longer and check out more of what the property (the pool looks delicious!) and Kerrville have to offer. Really nice hosts! I felt right at home, and the guest house was so comfortable - great to settle down in after a long drive at the end of a long day. The next time I'm in the Kerrville area, I'll definitely try to book again! Thanks so much, Greg and Barb!

Sarah's place was exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway. The Hill Country views were amazing with zero light pollution at night. The house was clean with plenty of linens and kitchen necessities. Sarah told us about the hard water problems beforehand and she provided water for drinking and cooking. My only complaint would be the water pressure, but it wasn't that bad. I could see that being an issue if it was more than 2 people staying. Overall, the home was great and we'd love to stay again.

Came here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. This little house is the perfect serene getaway to escape the city life! The beautiful scenery and quiet of the hilltop was the perfect setting to truly connect and cherish every moment with my fiance. A very peaceful home! My family greatly enjoyed our entire stay at your place. Great river access and Kayaks were a plus! Highly recommend this beautiful home. We will definitely stay here again.
