This was our second time staying here. It is a nice location inside an older neighborhood. Kerrville has a lot of things to do for a relatively small town. No problems.

The Farmhouse was absolutely wonderful!! Everything was amazing. The place was very stocked with necessities, plenty of towels and extra blankets, toilet paper, kitchen items etc. We spent soooo much time outside! The views are amazing! There’s one funky showerhead, but two showers, so all in all everything was perfect!

The House is in a super quiet neighborhood and close to everything. It’s perfect for that girl’s weekend you’ve been meaning to schedule. It feels like home

Thank you for hosting us and our sweet goldendoodle. It is a charming and authentic home in the heart of Kerrville. Love the original photos of the home at its beginning. Great backyard and authentic furnishings. Be cautious of the slight (1/2 step) change in elevation between some rooms as it is an original adobe home. Check out Rita’s Tacos for delicious breakfast and lunch options. We went twice! Great stay!

Very relaxing place to spend a couple of nights. I loved the rustic look of the cabin. It was perfect for 2 people with plenty of room for our two pups .

The house was absolutely immaculate. The place was absolutely peaceful and quiet. Really enjoyed the home the linens the attention to detail just everything about it absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Definitely will book again.

The host was incredibly attentive and accommodating. They provided clear instructions for check-in and ensured I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The space was spotless! Every room was impeccably clean, and the fresh linens and towels added a comfy touch. Thanks for sharing the Vero Ranch with my family.

Bringing my kids to a town very close to my heart was made even better by this beautiful home. The pool, 3 bathrooms and amazing surroundings made this the perfect place to spend a summer vacation with our family.

The resort is beautiful! Spectacular views, peaceful and lots to do in the area. The apartment was very clean, and resort staff very responsive and helpful.

It was just what we always look for in a rental. very secluded, quiet and felt like we were the only ones there. It was also close to some great places to grab a bite to eat.

Very responsive host on the app, and, when I arrived, the extremely friendly and helpful park manager Omar took over and did a great job. There seems to be a great community within the longer-term guests at the park - with Omar's dauntless positivity and inclusivity being the connective tissue. The grounds are nice and there's clearly effort that's gone into making the park special.

very clean and beautiful guesthouse. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, we were never disturbed except by their 3 beautiful and well behaved dogs.The area was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit again.

The tiny home made for a perfect stay. It was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view of the river was so beautiful. We sat out on the back porch and watched the birds and deer every morning. The front desk attendant was SO kind and helpful and was very accommodating. Everyone in the RV park was friendly and quiet. We will stay here again! Highly recommended!

The location was within walking distance from my daughter’s house. Will definitely stay again next time I visit. We even had deer visit in the early morning and evening.

This is our second time out to the property. The property was just as if not more beautiful as we remember. The cabins were also very clean, welcoming, and warm just like last time. We love it out here!!!! Bruce and his lovely wife are absolutely wonderful people!!! We will definitely keep coming back!

Erin's Airbnb was fantastic as Lilly who I met upon arrival. Erin's place is exactly as photos shown and cute as a button! Great space and super clean. Excellent kitchen facility as bathroom. Bed was comfortable and my puppy, Coco little Bichon Frise/poodle was fine with space as well. There is a gated area in front and parking space right in front. Right on main street. Diagonal from a car wash and quite easy to find. Lots of restaurants close by as HEB and Walmart if needed. Lilly helps with Erin's place and is sweet as ever. I even met her little angel gal of 8 months. Lilly assured me if I needed any help or anything, she lives close by. I would recommend this KERRVILLE Airbnb to all as priced right and it is safe and convenient. Super-duper clean and fresh. Erin answered all my questions promptly. I appreciated so much. Thank you, for having such a wonderful, cute place to stay and having Lilly help you. She is very kind and was great to meet when I arrived at check in. A+++++

The stay with Brian is a Dog Owner's dream come true!! The space is perfect for a single traveler or a couple - the bed was comfy, had all the cooking utensils I needed to make my delicious vegan food, and I even made friends with someone at a nearby cabin! Kicking myself for not using the kayaks in his river space across the street (there are 4 and 3 other canoes!) but I THOROUGHLY enjoyed the beautiful trees at Cabin 4 and the use of a small fenced in yard! Brian boards dogs on property for extra cash flow but you wouldn't know it because the dogs were so well-behaved! I appreciated that. If you're looking for things to do - Louise Hay Park in Kerrville is just 15m away - very well kept, and has a swimming area in the Guadalupe! Me and some friends (who stayed at a separate location) enjoyed it so much we went twice! We hung out on floaties and just enjoyed the HUGE Cypress trees and just being in the river. 10 outta 10 - would stay here again. ESPECIALLY if travelling with dogs!

Cabin was a perfect place to reset for a couple of days! I’m sure we’ll be back again soon!

I had a wonderful girl's weekend trip at Tom's place. He has put in A LOT of effort and love into this home. It's exactly what we were looking for. Everyone had a comfy bed and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. The property is so special and beautiful. The screened in porch was fantastic and we ate every meal outside. The river is a short 3-5 minute walk down a path. We brought a cooler, sat by the water, and used the rope swing. The location feels remote and private but then there's an HEB 15 minutes away. It was just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each other's company. Tom is probably the nicest and most responsive host I've ever encountered. You can tell he truly loves this home and wants his guests to feel comfortable and taken care of. 10/10 would recommend and already planning my return.

My husband and I had a wonderful little weekend getaway. Tina is very kind and welcoming. Her place is exactly as described. We didnt have an opportunity to check out the pool but we will next time we visit. I highly recommend staying at this little place for a very relaxing getaway. Thank you so much, Tina. Absolutely amazing place! We had a guys trip away with our Motorcyle Ministry and this house was PERFECT for us. Plenty of space to relax, the pool table and cornhole options were tons of fun for us, right next to HEB was incredibly convenient. I could not recommend this place enough. We go on this trip annually and will be looking to rent this home annually.
