From the time I stepped through the door it was absolutely amazing! I had a little trouble getting in the door but they opened it remotely and programmed the code. Everything is exactly how it’s pictured. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. The neighbors are friendly and are is peaceful. Whenever we come back we most definitely will book with them. 5 stars from beginning to the end!!!

From the time we checked in to the time we left we felt right at home. The house is beautiful and just as it was pictured. We had one issue and it was resolved almost instantly. We had 5 couples and everyone had their own bathroom which was perfect. There actually was another bedroom that we didn't use. We were in San Antonio for the Final Four at the Alamodome and we had a rental van for everyone. The commute was easy and maybe 15 minutes. Great location as well! We would recommend this stay for anyone and would love to stay here again! Thanks Tabitha and Jonathan!

if you're like us and need a pool, this is an amazing place!! very clean and just as pictured, grill worked without issue. Hosts are very responsive; when we ran out of propane for the grill, they gave us a new one only w few minutes later. this is Texas so nothing is doable without a car, but having said that, it's close to SeaWorld, the aquarium and close to downtown. we stayed here as part of our spring break, and I highly recommend it to you!

An amazing place to stay! It was clean and exactly what the pictures look like. Jessica was super responsive and helpful. We were in town for my Husband’s Air Force graduation. It was perfect, not too far and great neighborhood.

Awesome spot! Everything was nice. I will say the king bed room stayed warmer than the rest. Not miserable but warmer. Many steps throughout the house that was awkward but plenty of room and local to all. Would definitely stay there again no doubt! I do question knowing Dennis Rodman lifestyle how he never had broken legs or ankles from steps lol. Solid host solid spot!! Will def stay there again if needing a large spot for large group. Great place great host!! A rating!

The place was nice for a family especially if going to Sea World, Aquatica, etc. It's very close by. The place was clean, directions were clear. The outdoor space is nice to hang out, although at the end of March the pool was too cold to enjoy but the hot tub made up for it. Note that the 4th bedroom is separate from the house which would be nice for teenagers (we didn't realize that but might not have looked closely enough at the description), so we didn't utilize it since we had younger kids. They had some good suggestions in the binder of local options. They were very responsive on the app with communication.

Beautiful house, peaceful and private area. If we didn't have the kids we would have probably stayed the whole vacation at the house. The owners greeted us the day of, answered promptly throughout the vacation if we had any questions and welcomed us back when we left. We will be coming back and we recomend this house to anyone.

There are three things that stood out. Cleanliness. Communication. Comfort. I usually walk around barefoot and only use slippers in the backyard of any home I visit. I was happy to see that my feet weren’t dirty at all regardless of where in the home I walked. It was super comfortable, my friend visited America for the first time and this was her first American home and she loved everything. The pool was clean, the lights were a nice touch, the hot tub was perfect. I didn’t use the game room so can’t comment on that, but the house was well stocked on supplies. And the wifi was great! Speeds of 150-300mbps depending on where I was so, it’s high speed. Jordan was also very on top of things, I had no issues to report but he gave a lot of courtesy heads up for pool cleaners and lawn maintenance. And gave me some solid tourist recommendations! If I visit San Antonio again I will not hesitate to book this place again. Everything was close by (by car—some by foot). Highly recommend.

Me and my family stayed the weekend. Lindsey s was very helpful and willing to answer all questions. The home was absolutely beautiful, the scenery was beautiful! The home included everything you would possibly need on the trip. It’s walking distance from the river but given its low, it was very pretty nonetheless. ☺️

My husband and I visited Fredericksburg for the 1st time to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, & the new year. From the moment we arrived - we were impressed! We are BIG on details, & they far exceeded our expectations. The theater room was so cozy & cute. The entire home was so clean. They had comfy blankets since it was cold. The sofa and loveseat in the living room were the most comfortable. They gave clear instructions on everything. It was incredibly private & peaceful. They had a nice collection of DVD’s & games. They even left us New Year headbands & the MOST delicious cookies! Everything from start to finish was perfect! The 1st night we arrived, we noticed the outdoor string lights weren’t working. We reached out to the hosts…& they were so quick to respond, & incredibly kind! The gentleman they sent over helped…& even gave recommendations to us, since it was our 1st time visiting! The only upsetting part? The fact that we had to leave! Such a perfect spot! Thank you guys again!♥️

The Rock House is quiet and comfortable and as described/pictured. It's easy to spend time there -- relax on the porch, watch birds and wildlife, see the stars (or maybe a lunar eclipse!) at night. We were glad we brought our binoculars! The location near Blanco was a good central base camp for our day trips exploring the Hill Country. Kent and Sherry are great and their local recommendations were super helpful.

We had a great location for the things we planned. House was exactly as shown and instructions were excellent. Lauren and I only had to communicate a few times, and that was just fine. Hope we kept the home just as we found it, when we arrived. Thanks again.

This was a perfect place for us when our family came together from all over for a Kerville wedding. It’s sort of three apartments: the main house with a king, queen and two double beds in three bedrooms and a nice kitchen; an upstairs to the converted garage with two bedrooms, and a downstairs to the garage with two bedrooms. In between was a great patio area with good shade and nice chairs for hanging out. Coffee in the mornings was lovely outside with lots of space.

I was visiting for 10 days as part of a cycling vacation, and this place was perfect for me. (In fact, it was probably too big - there's much more room than one person needs). Casa Girasole is spacious and well-appointed. Everything was clean and items one needs to make oneself at home. As I planned to cook my own meals, a functioning kitchen was essential, and everything I needed was there. The house is in a small subdivision on the outskirts of Fredericksburg. It is homey and safe. Mostly quiet except for neighbors vrooming by in their pickups and the roosters. C.C. and Luis are friendly and helpful hosts. They live across the street and are therefore available if unexpected things come up.
