We loved the house! Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful kitchen. Bed was also very comfortable. Clean bathrooms. Kitchen is super nice.

BEAUTIFUL home! Our group OF 4 truly enjoyed our weekend at The Ford Haus! The home is situated on a quiet street in a beautiful neighborhood with off street parking. The location is perfect for walking to all things on Main Street. The fenced yard was wonderful for my dogs, as it allowed them the freedom to run and play with no worries of injuries. Marilyn is a fantastic host! She was very responsive and provided great information on the local area and clear instructions for arrival and departure. Looking forward to staying here again!

Absolutely loved our weekend stay with our family! The home was incredibly spacious, very comfortable, and super easy to find and get in and out of. Would 10/10 recommend staying if you are visiting the Fredericksburg area!

I can’t recommend Henry’s Haus enough for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Whether you’re visiting for a short getaway or a longer retreat, this place will make you feel right at home. The back yard is good sized for the dog to play and the house was beautifully decorated and spotless. I will definitely be back!

The Hangar House is such a quiet, relaxing place to stay when visiting and exploring the area. It is so clean and there wasn't anything we didn't expect. Very easy to find and close to all the local parks and hotspots. We loved having coffee in the morning and playing cards in the evening at the door in the kitchen! We loved our stay!

what a wonderful experience staying at Graciela's! A perfect place for us to stay and explore the Hill Country and Kerrville. The space was so inviting and she made it extra special with wine when we arrived, along with other cold drinks available. The bed is super comfy, and the linens are very nice. The shower is great and there's nice big towels in the bath. The laundry facilities and iron & board were really helpful. The riverview is really awesome. Sitting out back you get to enjoy the view of wildlife on the river. Everything about staying there was great. Graciela and her sister are so very nice. They have a really nice space. Rebooking!

Such a relaxing place to stay. Far enough off Main Street to be quiet, but close enough to get too if needed. Very clean and wonderful sized backyard. I would love to stay here again.

Paul’s place was great! It was exactly what we needed, and Paul is such a great host. He was super kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t ready for us to use - it had to be drained the day we arrived (due to an unforeseen situation with the previous guests) and didn’t warm up in time for us to use as we were only staying 1 night, but Paul went above and beyond waiving our pet fee and allowing us a later check out which we really appreciated. Overall, a great house and a great host. We hope to visit again someday!

Bringing my kids to a town very close to my heart was made even better by this beautiful home. The pool, 3 bathrooms and amazing surroundings made this the perfect place to spend a summer vacation with our family.

We love staying here. It is a great location right in town, but feels like you are out in the county. Beautiful views, the place has a great pool, game room and nice kitchen with everything you need. We will be back!

My husband and I took our two dogs here for a mini-babymoon. We had a great time! The house was super clean, private, and completely stocked with everything you need (extra blankets, chargers, towels, cookware, cups, plates, dog bowls, dog crate & bed, etc.) AC worked great in the Texas heat. Wifi worked great. The view from the back deck was beautiful and peaceful (don't miss the sunrises!) Maggie provided a ton of detailed information and was very responsive to my text messages. The dogs had a great time playing in the yard. We also took them to Joshua Spring Preserve, about 25 minutes away. There's a huge dog park and decent hiking trails there! (You can also hike on Maggie's property but it was still rattler season, I'm 7 months pregnant, and their trails are a little more rugged so we decided to hit the park trails instead.) Overall great trip, great hosts, and would definitely do it again!

This place is AMAZING! Colleen and Sabino greeted us and our dogs on the other side of the fence when we arrived. Super welcoming and friendly! The place is even better than described and pictured. The cottage is adjacent to their property, with a large gravel parking area outside the gate. The yard surrounds the house, with chain-link fencing on the sides, and privacy fencing where it backs up to another property. There was PLENTY of room for our two small dogs to explore and go to the bathroom, but not so huge that you’d worry about where they went. The fencing was very secure and we never worried about our dogs getting out. (Pooper scooper and bags provided!) The place was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was stocked with soaps, Q-tips, razors, face wash, lots of towels, hair dryer, poo-pourri, and tissues. Shower is large & spotless. Great hot water! And the toilet flushes well! Sliding farm doors on all the rooms are cool! So lovely sitting on the patio!

The Kingsby Cottage was the perfect weekend escape from the city and work-day grind that my husband and I needed. The cottage was charming, clean and well designed. Our stay extended into part of the work week, so I was relieved that the property had a strong Wi-Fi (fellow work-from-homers can attest to the stress of finding a place that will allow for 8 hours worth of dreaded zoom calls. Ha) We loved watching the free range chickens, lambs, and resident goat that would wander up to the house. We had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was so friendly. He took the time to chat with us, share his vision for the property, and even brought us farm fresh eggs and grass fed beef from his meat processing company. Definitely check this place out.

This was our second time to stay at Amy’s place! It is the perfect place for a family looking to get away for a long weekend or hunting trip. Having acreage for the kids to run around on is a game changer! Highly recommend booking Amy’s house!

From day 1 it was extremely peaceful, so quiet. It was a great place to come back home from work and chill on the back porch or the fire patio. The host was an amazing person who helped make us feel at home. I couldn’t say anything bad about the whole stay.

Words cannot describe how beautiful,cozy,comfortable and clean is Dana’s beautiful cottage. The attention to every detail was incredible. Upon arriving the check in process was so simple and you feel right at home. The most beautiful detail she welcomes you with cookies, water and juice in the fridge. My husband and I wish we were able to stay a little longer but for sure we will be back very soon. We have never had such an amazing relaxing few days like we did. This place really helps you disconnect from the everyday fast life. Thank you again Dana for your wonderful hospitality.
