Andrew was really communicative and made everything so easy. The house was nice and tidy and nearby the city centre with nice places within very easy each. would recommend!

Fabulous lodge, beautifully decorated for Christmas with a lovely festive welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. The beds were comfy and a good size unlike other lodges we've stayed in. Peaceful site which is close to plenty of restaurants and other amenities. Good communication from the host. We had a perfect family Christmas staying here and enjoyed it so much, we've already booked another stay.

Janet was great and really accommodating and friendly, the room was really nice, everything spotless. Would definitely recommend :)

I’m sad I only got to stay for one night! Sarah and her beautiful family welcomed me into their home and made me feel so incredibly welcome. Such attentive and friendly hosts. Including unlimited doggy cuddles. The space was just beautiful - so much space to hang out, immaculate bathroom with a great shower, and a super comfy bed. The breakfast nook and coffee machine was perfect. Free on street parking right outside. I’ll definitely recommend to a friend and will stay again when I’m next in Lancaster!

Lovely cosy cottage in good location to discover lake district. Friendly pub less than 10 min walk in Greystoke village. Jontti really helpful and pleasant surprise gift of champagne and chocolate for our wedding anniversary. Also basics supplied of bread, milk, tea & coffee. Very comfortable and clean accommodation. Recommended.

A real home from home. Everything you need is here. The house is spotless, fully equipped and beautifully styled. Couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Also thank you for snacks, we really appreciated them after a long journey. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house and host - 5 stars all the way.

Kittys Airbnb stay was absolutely lovely. The views, area itself and how clean and tidy it all was, it had everything you needed. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting family. Did not want to leave!

We had a great stay in Grange, doing multiple walks from the door in the beautiful countryside and hills. We had everything we needed - comfy bed, hot shower, parking. Netflix was a bonus as it let us watch a couple of things we don't have access to at home. As other guests have noted a couple of oddities - no coat hooks by the front door, and no blind in the master bedroom with a door that is also glazed, so the potential for some light disturbance if you are sensitive to that (not an issue in the single bedrooms) - but these didn't impact our visit. Definitely on our list to stay again if we return to the area. Thank you!

Exceptional! The accommodation was spacious, quirky in a good way, surprisingly well equipped, and no expense spared. Our host Ivan was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to. We plan to return!

Had a very comfortable stay in this beautifully renovated barn, with beams still remaining. Great location able to mooch around Cockermouth and easy to get out into the beauty of the lakes. Free parking and inclusive breakfast were great extras,also thoroughly enjoyed a cocktail in the bar downstairs .

We stayed at Julie’s annex for two nights whilst in the area for a wedding! It was super easy to find, very clean and comfortable. Dufton itself is a lovely little place, The Stag pub was great! Julie provided us with some breakfast bits and a Victoria sponge which was a lovely touch! She was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend booking!

Beautiful cottage in great location in the centre of town and handy for the Lakes. Spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished with lots of lovely touches like a beautiful bunch of flowers and goodies on arrival. Highly recommended.

What a lovely find for a last minute get away. Very easy to book and communication was excellent. We were greeted by Martin, who offered to help with our luggage, quirky followed by Howard. Both hosts were friendly, chatty and welcoming and were available if we needed anything during our stay. Howie provided us with a parking permit, a bargain at £5 and Martin showed us to our suite to make sure we were happy. Recommendations for places to visit were also given The suite was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay. Bed was super comfy, fluffy towels and it was great to have a living area to relax when we returned later in the evening. On leaving the following morning, Martin came to say bye and again offered to carry our luggage. We had a lovely time, great hosts and will definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Thanks Martin and Howie.

Made to feel very welcome by Erik. Accomodation is great and in a lovely quiet spot. It has everything needed for a stay over with breakfast items also included. Good location for Lancaster and exploring the coast. Will be back.

It was brilliant to get to stay with Marianne in her family home. She was very welcoming and friendly and showed us around her home and all of the amenities. Once settled in we made the short walk into the centre of town. We were able to come and go as we pleased. Marianne provided a delightful continental breakfast which was generously sized and set us up very well for the day. We shared stories and it was great to learn about eachother. As someone new to Lancaster, she also gave us some helpful insights into the area. She was a natural host and very sweet and accommodating. Thank you 😊

Had a peaceful nights sleep, Jacqueline and Geoff are friendly warm welcoming hosts. And Geoffs home made granola was heavenly, thank you so so much. The room was warm cosy perfect 💚✨🌳

We stayed over valentine’s weekend for a night and all I can say is itwas incredible, the location , and the host! The cabin/lodge was AMAZING so clean, so cozy, roomy and gorgeous interior. The cabin/ lodge had heating and underfloor heating (amazing when it’s cold outside), a full shower that had warm water and was very lovely and in general it was just so comfortable! The host was lovely gave us some great ideas on where to go for walks and where to eat in the near by towns. The location was amazing with so many walks to do and very close to pen-y-gent! Overall this was one of the best stays we have had with a lot of brilliant little touches within the lodge itself such as fresh fruits and breakfast things, slippers and robes just allowing you to feel right at home! It was perfect!!!!!!!!!!

Really lovely place, right in the heart of the peaks, Jill and Steve are clearly really passionate about the local area and gave us lots of tips. Very genuine and active hosts. The cooked breakfast was perfect the day after a long day doing the 3 peaks challenge! Can also highly recommend pie at the Station Inn just up the road! Leah :)

Jayne and Karl are the most wonderful, welcoming and friendly hosts I’ve met. From the moment we arrived soaking wet from walking all day along the Hadrian’s Wall Path in the rain Jayne gave us a friendly welcome and offered to dry our wet boots. The rooms were warm, the beds VERY comfortable and the views outstanding and the peace was wonderful too. The home cooked food was tasty and cooked with great care and we opted for a packed lunch to take with us too. If you’re walking the Hadrian’s Wall Path find a way to stay here! Thank you Jayne and Karl.

Our second time staying, but this time with two toddlers as well. Helen and Peter couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We felt very so welcome and they really looked after us. We all enjoyed the lovely breakfast provided and slept well in the peaceful and comfortable room. This is a perfect b&b and we would highly recommend.
