When you stay at an Airbnb there are always expectations about the space you’re staying in. Jennifer is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered. The house is charming and was in a great location for our visits to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and visiting family North of Dayton. The house really felt like home and there wasn’t one thing I felt like I truly needed. I contacted Jennifer a couple of times during our stay and she is responsive and genuinely kind. For our family of five with an Airedale, this was perfect. What a great stay! 10/10 recommend.

A great home base for our daughters’ horse show at WEC. So close to the facility and with all the nice touches of home so we could enjoy some family time together in the evenings. Our hosts checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Looking forward to coming back in the warmer months and being able to enjoy the big back yard and shade trees.

Matt and Keri are very responsive and helpful. The house is nicely appointed. The beds are indeed very comfortable and I slept better than at home! We had some crazy weather and we barely heard it! The cleaners are top notch! As a fellow Airbnb cleaner I appreciated the vacuum lines and the immaculate clean! Wonderful! I will admit I was concerned about the neighborhood when we drove in. You can tell it is an older neighborhood that needs some love. But by day 2 we were comfortable enough to walk to the coffee shop. The house is nicely renovated with a huge main bathroom upstairs. Thank you for having us!

If I gush too much, you won’t believe me. Stop looking and book this one! (But I hope it’s available when we visit Dayton again.) Ty & Jess have created a beautiful place and have thought of everything. It’s in a pretty neighborhood. And they have great communication. Love their place!

My daughter got married at the Bicentennial Barn a few days before Christmas and we had all of our extended family in town for both the wedding and Christmas. Maria's place gave us a comfortable place to sleep, rest, relax, and connect between all of the festivities. It was located just a few minutes from the wedding venue, family member's home, and everything you could ever need for last minute Christmas shopping! The kids especially loved the game room, which was really nice on days where the weather wasn't conducive to being outside. We will absolutely stay here again and will recommend to any of our friends looking for a great place to stay in the Dayton area!

Lovely place. Kitchen fabulous! and made home cooked meals. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and slept well after a long flight. Felt at home and would definitely recommend and will stay again when I return to Hamilton. Thank you Michael and Patricia!

This was our 2nd visit as the location cannot be beat. So walkable and dedicated parking. The hosts checked in and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. They even allowed us to have a later checkout so we could have more time to explore the city. Would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the village, although a little too cold to walk there. It was 2 min drive to my son's dorm. We just needed it for the night, so my daughter could tour the campus, but would have enjoyed a longer stay if needed.

A Place of Zen Mark and April’s place was just that. A nice comfortable place to relax and enjoy while I visited the town . It was clean , stylish comfortable, & had the supplies I needed for a comfortable stay. Their instructions were perfect, useful , and there was good communication between us . Thank you .

Nana’s Nest is wonderful and cozy. Next time we’re in Wilmington we will look to stay here again.

This our second time staying at April’s. The place was very clean and April is very responsive. The weather was beautiful for our stay. We enjoyed a great hike in the John Bryan state park. The restaurants are very good and walkable from Aprils place. She has a great place and is an exceptional host.

We had a wonderful stay. Paul was so welcoming and helpful. I and my future daughter in law stayed at this sweet apartment and it was perfect. We were able to visit with my sons and play games in the sitting room. I loved that we could walk to the local coffee shops, church and to campus. And we did all of that! Beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed. And when we had additional requests, Paul went above and beyond to accommodate. I look forward to returning here again!

So clean and comfortable. This home was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Newly renovated and impeccably maintained. Hosts are professiobal and helpful.

WOW! This place was perfect for us - conveniently located to the University of Dayton where we were attending an event. The townhome is adorable - well appointed, clean, easy to find and easy parking. We would stay here again in a minute!! Highly recommend! Oh and of course Lynn is just great - so responsive, proactive - she made everything super easy for us!

This is the second time we have rented from Heath and Trish and once again we have nothing but great things to say about them. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends travelling to the Wilmington area.

Once again lovely stay at the Tranquility. Location is wonderful and close to restaurants and WEC! Bed is so comfortable and much needed after a long day at the horse show. Communication was phenomenal and the place was so clean when we arrived. We had the best stay!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Marcia's place was great! Exactly what was needed. Liked all the amenities provided. Nice quiet older/historic neighborhood. Definitely would stay again.

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming from the moment we pulled up and entered the home. Would stay again.
