Visited as a family of 6. Kiah Villa proved to be a great place to stay. Great location, peaceful surroundings and very helpful staff. Came here to unwind, spend time with family and go to our favourite restaurants. The villa had big bedrooms, clean restrooms and two bedrooms opened to the lawn.

The stay was beautiful, beyond what we envisioned It was a perfect getaway for us, splendid view and super comfortable stay. The bungalow is much more beautiful than what the pics are in Airbnb... When we entered the home...The only expression I had was "WoW" & when we went to the balcony and looked at the view...my jaws dropped and it was a "double WOW" Words cannot explain the serenity and tranquility around.. The swing and the hammock added to the relaxation. Now...coming to the way the bungalow has been equipped with all amenities is the best that I have experienced until now. And I am a frequent Airbnb visitor. All rooms were made Cosy, comfortable and had all the amenities for a stay. The living hall with the fireplace was just perfect to enjoy the weather! The TV room is what we loved too...in the evening as we did not want to go out it was a perfect place for us to Cosy up and watch movies. A very special mention to the delicious food that Mukesh and Rubina cooked.

Meena, our host was amazing. She was helpful and clear from the start. She was clear with the details of the place and amenities that would be available for us. The place was clean and neat. Lot of place to sit inside and has nice verandah as well. Bathroom was neat and clean as well. Location is about 1km from nearby restaurants and stuff. Walkable as well. Parking for two cars with shed and other one more car that can be parked outside. Nice place for families and bachelors as well.

Wonderful Stay in Ooty – A Memorable Experience! I recently had the pleasure of staying in Balacola, and it was truly a delightful experience. Nestled in the beautiful Nilgiri Hills, the accommodation provided the perfect blend of comfort, scenic beauty, and excellent service. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a day of exploring. The décor had a cozy, rustic charm, and the balcony view was simply mesmerizing. Housekeeping was prompt and maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout our stay. My stay in Ooty was nothing short of magical. From the scenic beauty to the excellent hospitality, everything exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway in the hills. The serene environment and the lush green tea gardens was a real feast to our eyes. If you want to spend some days amidst nature without any disturbances this is a perfect place to stay with a responsive host.

The stay was absolutely fantastic! The views were incredibly realistic, immersing us in the beauty of nature. The route to the stay from Ooty was stunning, making the journey itself a memorable experience. A special shoutout to Gokul Sir, who was incredibly calm, active, and always responsive. He ensured everything was arranged perfectly, including serving us food right on time—even amidst the dense fog. Thank you so much for your exceptional help, Gokul Sir! Tip for future guests: Try ordering food before 5 PM. The meals are prepared fresh, and even the ingredients used are of premium quality. Planning ahead will make the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and well-managed stay!

We were 8 adults, 1 infant & 2 cats. The property is perfect for a large group as it has ample space both inside & outside. The hospitality was impeccable. The food, even better! it was so good that we ended up having breakfast & dinner for 2 days from Sunshine itself. Although Venkat doesn't stay in the property, he was extremely helpful till the day we checked out. Must visit if you are looking for a pleasant stay with family/friends.

Great place and location in Mountain View, helpful staff, kitchen amenities were very helpful. Everything was good we enjoyed alot with bone fire.
