I could go on and on and on about this experience but I only have 1000 characters! Let me start with the place - the cottage was modern, charming, warm and in a great location. Everything in it was top notch - linens, bedding and especially the kitchen contents. Copper Harbor is a special place. If you hike, mountain bike or paddle you will be in heaven. Everything in The town is walkable. Just so charming! Jenny was an exceptional host. The care and consideration she gave us was over the top - in the best way! She was so excited to give us hiking, kayaking, shopping and eating recommendations. And I understand why - everything we did based on her suggestions was amazing! This was truly a memorable experience and we will definitely be checking in with Jenny again!

So many good things to say… Location was amazing, near Mt. Bohemia and surrounded by Michigan’s most dynamic landscapes. For the host, Karin had very clear instructions and quickly responded to any questions/chats. Karin and her co-hosts could teach masterclasses on running AirBnbs. We brought everything with us that we could think of (air fryer, rice steamer, nonstick pan, disposable coffee cups, etc.) and she already had every item ready for use. We took notes for updates on our home because this place was amazing. A summertime rental would probably be insane. You could tell the place had the outdoor area going on but we were there mid-February. Kudos to this place and its management!

The location of this place could not be better. Own private beautiful beach. Hardly saw other people the whole time we were there! If you want a place to get away from it all, this place is it. Lake Superior is a magical place and at Anna’s place you have it all to yourself. We spent the entire time at the lake and it was amazing.

This was my fourth stay. Will stay again next year. The perfect base camp fir a ski weekend in the UP.

Exceptional! We were so comfortable in every way. Donna and her husband were extremely kind and responsive throughout our stay. The house had a well stocked kitchen, everything was in great working order and seemed brand new. The place was so clean! We never had problems with enough hot water for the four of us. Beds were quite comfortable, got better sleep here than I’ve had in a while. We love spending time in the UP and look forward to many more stays at this location. Thanks for a terrific stay!!

Our stay was a top-notch experience! Here is a list of the features we loved! 1) Extremely easy check-in/ check-out with simple to instructions 2) Large spacious bedrooms (3 large king rooms and 1 room with twin bed and private bath) 3) Beautiful hardwood floors (both smooth and clean - great to stretch out on after a hard day of riding) 4) The bathrooms were plentiful (3 half baths and 1 master bath - no one needed to wait for a restroom!) 5) Dining area had plenty of seating to eat, converse, and play cards! 6) The living room was furnished with comfortable furniture that was arranged in a fashion that encouraged socializing with your group in a relaxing environment (dinner, movie, playing cards, etc). Top Notch - Best in Class accommodations for those wanting to stay in the Calumet Area!!!!

Jon and Pamela's home was perfect for our ski trip to Mt Bohemia. The accommodations were clean and comfortable making it an ideal place for our trip. I especially appreciate their responsiveness whenever we had questions. Great place to stay!

Great place to stay when visiting the Copper Country, especially if you’re snowmobiling or SxS riding. Plenty of parking and it has easy access to the trails. Karen’s house is always clean, comfortable and well equipped. I’ve stayed here 3-4 times and will surely be back again. Daily snow plowing was a plus during this last visit.

Great place to stay during a weekend session at Mount Bohemia. Really enjoyed being able to unwind & recoup at the Copper Coast.

Fantastic place and wonderful host. A true gem of a spot in the Northwoods. Perfect location, great views, and all you need. Walk the beach with the dogs…I’m calling the place “the octagon”:) Or maybe “the gazebo”.

We absolutely LOVE the place have come multiple times.

Although this was a very short visit, because our hosts were so responsive and provided valuable information about sightseeing in the area, we were able to maximize our time to devote to the areas we most valued to explore. Tom went out of his way to provide kindling for the fire when we arrived, so that was a totally special feature of this cabin. The back yard was very dark so we could see the Northern Lights the last night of our stay.

Such a private and relaxing location. Our last two nights we even saw the aurora over Gratiot Lake! Make sure if cloudy days are forecasted you conserve power! We had no difficulty utilizing the amenities and when we had questions Rebecca was responsive and helpful! The roads in are sand/gravel so we would recomend using a vehicle with high clearance. We had a wonderful stay here!

We had a great stay. Our host Travis was very helpful and always responsive. The cabin was clean and comfy!

Sweet and comfortable Cabin. Very quiet and private. Wonderful path through the woods to hidden lake. A short walk down the rustic driveway to Lake Superior where there was lots of rock climbing and comfy places to sit. The cabin was cozy - had everything we needed. We had a couple of power outages during our stay as there was 35 mile per hour winds outside, it was crazy but fun at the same time. We kept a hot fire going to keep it warm. Leanne was very helpful during this time - it was not her fault as the entire town was out of power. We thought of it as an adventure. The beds were comfortable, in fact the bedroom upstairs was my favorite spot. Everything was great and we enjoyed ourselves.

Dean was a wonderful host! I had made our reservations incorrectly and Dean was great on correcting our date range and having availability. The cabin was so cozy, clean and we felt right at home. The lake view was gorgeous. It was perfect for our weekend getaway!
