Ross’s house was in a beautiful location, and he has many beautiful photos all around to study. The windows in the back of the house were so fun to look at the waves, ice formations and aurora borealis.

The house has breath taking views. We were able to experience the northern lights. The sounds of Lake Superior were very relaxing. Our family enjoyed our time there.

Place was clean, parking was exceptional even with all the snow. Only issue is google maps are off by a few hundred yards and we turned in to the wrong place on our arrival. Should put a note that says when it says you have arrived to go to the next driveway on the left.

We stayed at the Solstice Cottage for a few days in February, and the place served us well. The check-in process was straightforward, and the house manual was clearly written. The place was clean and spacious enough for a family of four. We hope to stay at the Cottage again soon!

Kelly’s place was perfect for a winter visit! It’s about 20 minutes from Mt Bohemia and right across the street from Eagle Harbor Inn, where we enjoyed a meal. The house is spacious and bright, but also cozy. There are great xc ski trails about a mile down the road. The house is very well built, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Kelly was quick to respond when I had a question. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Cabin was clean, cozy and thoughtfully decorated—had everything we needed for a long weekend. The view of Lake Superior was gorgeous!! Loved the sauna. The cabin was a quick drive to the town of Calumet and close to so many other things to see and do in the area. Phillip was an excellent host, very friendly and responded right away. We will definitely be back again!

The location of this place could not be better. Own private beautiful beach. Hardly saw other people the whole time we were there! If you want a place to get away from it all, this place is it. Lake Superior is a magical place and at Anna’s place you have it all to yourself. We spent the entire time at the lake and it was amazing.

Although this was a very short visit, because our hosts were so responsive and provided valuable information about sightseeing in the area, we were able to maximize our time to devote to the areas we most valued to explore. Tom went out of his way to provide kindling for the fire when we arrived, so that was a totally special feature of this cabin. The back yard was very dark so we could see the Northern Lights the last night of our stay.

I enjoyed everything about my stay! The one thing that threw me off was the house with pool and foosball was not attached and we had to heat it up with a wood fire by ourselves. But the sauna was great and we enjoyed this location a lot.
