We stayed here for Spring Break with our kids and 3 dogs. Location was great, short drive to the beach. House was very clean and as described with a cool outdoor patio area and outdoor shower. We really enjoyed this pet friendly home!

Sharon was a great host! Very nice and responded quickly. The house was incredibly nice and comfortable.

The house was perfect for our work crew, there were 6 of us and we all fit comfortably. The garage was big enough to fit our trailer and all 5 trucks inside. I could see how this would be a great location for fishing as well, it was 30 minutes from Port A as well as Chorpus.

Although we didn’t actually end up staying in this place, rather another unit because of unforeseen damage to this house prior to our arrival, Linda gave us a beautiful alternative and exactly what we needed. Was so close to everything, great fenced in back yard for our tiny pups! Loved the outdoor spaces too! We will Definitely be back next year but will stay much longer! Linda was great to work with and always responsive to our needs (ie, smoke alarms going off in the middle of the night!).

We really appreciated the communication and opportunity for an early check-in, without even asking for one. Easy to follow instructions before and upon arrival, made for quick access to the property to begin enjoying the impressive dock and outdoor space on the beautiful bay. The space was perfect for our group of 6 (age range from 17-85). There was plenty of comfortable seating both inside and outside, cozy beds complete with extra bedding in the closet, a well stocked kitchen (and outdoor grills) to prepare and serve meals. The privacy of the downstairs bed/bath/game room was the highlight for our late teen/early 20 year olds; they liked that they had their own "apartment." (Note for parents with younger children: this space is only accessed from outside on the ground floor). The neighborhood felt safe, was quiet (during Spring Break). No luck fishing, but we enjoyed watching the birds, ducks, dolphins, and sunsets. Easy 45 min. drive/ferry to Port Aransas beaches. We'd rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the coastal mint. Walking distance to the beach and other attractions. Nice private fenced back yard for furry friends! Place was clean and quiet at night, we all slept great.

The home was perfect for our family for our week long stay. It had everything we needed. The location was great, close to the beach and close enough to town. The little neighborhood was nice.

The house was fantastic, the yard was fantastic, our stay was fantastic. Darla was super responsive to our questions and had really good suggestions.

This is the perfect home to getaway and relax. It's spacious with quiet surroundings and the pool is amazing. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the evenings. We will definitely book again.

Very happy with our stay here. The golf cart was a major plus for going to the beach and grabbing dinner. Kids kept themselves entertained with the pool and the arcade room. Very good time, we hope to be back next year.

Seaside retreat exceeded our expectations! It was super easy to checkin and checkout including flexibility with Michelle. We had everything we needed and more. The pool was a hit with my kids and the entire club area was great to explore. The pier is beautiful and well kept. Sunrises right outside the entrance we’re breathtaking. 2 king beds were super comfortable and perfect amount of space. By far my favorite part of Michelle’s beautifully crafted home was the eclectic beach decor. I could tell each piece was thoughtfully curated and not just a bundle bought of everything in a big box store aisle. She really celebrates the art and history of this beautiful town! We will gladly stay again!

I booked my birthday vacation here it was great!! Thanks to the amazing host they were super helpful. Extremely quick to respond and very accommodating to my needs. It was super nice and clean inside made me feel right at home. Outside was beautiful too very spacious. The beach is a quick little drive, everything was really close. My friends, family, dog, and I loved it. Definitely worth the price and will most definitely book here again.

Take the kids get away from the busy world and just relax. Fantastic backyard ran around with my kids. Great space simple and it was exactly what the family needed. We decided to have Christmas here I highly recommend it! The whole neighborhood was peaceful ran into a few neighbors while on walks some of the nicest folks. The host was wonderful with communication and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend!

Scott was an exceptional host! He was available at all times and he was very responsive! We loved the house . It was absolutely perfect for the 4 young adults and myself. The master upstairs was a private little sanctuary away from the group when needed 😉. I will be sure to book this property again. Can’t wait to go back for another getaway ☀️

This is my favorite place stay in Rockport! The location & view are fabulous. Has everything you need for your to stay, especially if enjoy to cooking.

Julie’s Backyard Bungalow is a great place to stay! It is in a convenient location for Port Aransas, Rockport, and Corpus Christi. We had a peaceful, quiet stay here and we very much enjoyed our slow mornings drinking coffee in the beautiful gardens Julie has created.

My little family, 2 dogs and I absolutely loved our stay. It was peaceful and quiet and we will be staying here again for our next visit. Our dogs loved having a place to roam around and be fenced in. The place was very relaxing and cute.

Great place to stay first time visiting rock port! Wasn’t too far from everything. Love to cook and kitchen had everything I needed to do so.
