Beautiful location. Lots of relaxing by the pool. Some great live music at the Tiki Bar. Close to many great restaurants. Bed was super comfortable. Coffee machine in lobby was amazing, great to have each morning. Ice machine and laundry room were good to have close by! Can’t wait to return one day!

Amazing! We had a wonderful trip! Chris was very responsive with any questions and gave us clear and easy check in instructions. The resort was exactly as described….very beautiful. I would highly recommend!

Chris's spot in Marathon exceeded all expectations - the view from the balcony looking out onto the ocean was breathtaking with beautiful sunsets every night. Great restaurants nearby including a tikibar behind the property. 10/10 stay and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in Marathon.

Great place. The pictures don’t do reflect how large and well appointed the condo is. Plenty of rum for a family of 5. The owner was excellent in communicating with us as our plans changed by a day. The extra laundry pods, trash bags, dishwasher and dish soap were a welcome touch. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are high end. Great view from the large back deck! TV was easy to connect and had almost any channel you could ask for. The storage room had beach chairs and pool accessories. The condo also comes equipped with beach towels. The pickle ball court and pool were very nice. We are planning on renting here again. 5 Stars

We spent a wonderful few days in-between Christmas and new year eve. As a family with toddlers it was truly a great experience. the restaurant is great and has live music and great view.

This is a great location, right in the middle of The Keys. Lots of things to do locally plus a great pool to come back to. I love that it is heated so we could get in even in December. The added amenities of dishes, refrigerator and coffee maker helped so we could snack at our own space. Thanks for helping to make our Christmas getaway so much fun! 🎄🎅🏝️☀️⛱️

The stay experience exceeded our expectations. The only recommendation would be to have a listing of recommended restaurants, beaches, boat rental places, etc to go see in both Marathon and key west. We visited key west and found out afterwards where we should have gone.

Such a wonderful location! We were looking for a location that offered quietness, safety, views, and we found it here at KCB! Canal view across the street. Mile to mile in a half walk to Sunset Park, 5 min walk to The Glunz Beach Resort. We all loved that the rental came with access to the beach resort!m- perfect for our two teenage daughters. Beautiful white sand and blue water. The rental was very nice, and felt like home away from home. Also really like that KCB has law enforcement, and they were always present. We would definitely stay at this location again if we’re to visit KCB again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We recently stayed at a wonderful AirBnB in Colony Key, and it exceeded all our expectations! The house was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location was perfect, situated in a lovely neighborhood and close to all the local attractions. Everything in the house was spotlessly clean, which made us feel comfortable and at ease right from the moment we arrived. The hosts had thoughtfully equipped the house with everything we needed, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We had a fantastic time during our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this AirBnB to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-located place to stay in Colony Key.

Located in the middle of Marathon. Handy distances to other Keys and just about 1/2 way from mainland to Key west. Home was clean and ready for a week of vacationing. Kitchen had appliances you’d want for a short stay. On-demand hot water so everyone got a nice shower. House has laundry machines which came in super handy and allowed us to pack light with only carry-ons. Kids loved the pool and pool table. Beds were comfortable and AC was in every room for a comfortable crash after adventures in the sun.

We loved our stay here! It’s the perfect location - incredible views, right on the ocean, and not far from great restaurants and things to do with the family. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed. When we weren’t exploring, the pool was the perfect place to relax. We didn’t get to enjoy the spa during our stay, unfortunately, but we had a great time swimming in the pool and visiting nearby beaches. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Marathon!
