Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

We booked this home last minute and now have our go-to vacation spot in Marathon! Alida is a friendly host with great communication. The home is very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The kayaks and paddle board made our vacation even more special! The steet is very quiet and peaceful. The setting in the back yard is very private, as is the long dock. We had a 23' rental boat for our stay. The view is amazing and the sunsets are a special treat each evening. I very much appreciated the ample, comfortable seating everywhere - inside and outside of the home. Thank you Alida. We made great family memories here!

We will be back! We loved it! Clean, comfortable with lots of room. We loved being able to keep our boat behind the house and the trailer in the driveway. We loved walking around Keys Colony. The Cabana Club and Sparkys Restaurant were both within walking distance. The kitchen had every gadget you could imagine. The dining table was perfect for dinners and card playing. The beds were comfy. No allergies whatsoever! Thank you so much!!

Great family friendly island, all homes have canal access for boating. Quite, private and had a great time

This was an awesome home for our family of 4 + dog. We felt right at home for the week! The pool was perfectly warm, and the kids had so much fun playing by the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to dock it easily. Honestly, we hardly used the other amenities in the home because the weather was so nice, but if it rained we probably would have loved the game room too! Overall this was a great home for our family. The neighborhood isn’t super walkable, but the grocery store was just down a little footpath, allowing us to walk to get groceries as needed. Loved this!

The house was really nice, clean and a real home away from home. It accommodated my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was located on a canal where we were able to enjoy the manatees and pelicans. It was centrally located and only a short distance from the beaches, snorkeling, wind surfing and excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay again if we visit the keys

This is a fantastic property! Right across from Sombrero Beach but still peaceful and private. The house and yard is like an oasis. Host and management company are WONDERFUL! Highly recommend!

Great Choice in Key Colony!! We were two couples and everyone enjoyed the stay - place was immaculate, eating outside looking at the canal, watching the birds/pelicans. We did have a manatee visit one day as well. Easy drive over to Sombrero beach and many very nice restaurants around. Having access to the Cabana club and the pool was an added benefit/interest. The place does have two bathrooms which I wasn't sure of when renting. Jorge was very nice.

I will look to stay here again when we return to fish or do any visiting. Having a private dock, Great! Pool, Great! Fishing, Great! Animals allowed, Great! Sunrises, Great! ......

Great house, lots of room and good set-up. Beautiful backyard vista of lagoon/canal and mangrove trees, with flying fish and lots of birds. 5 minute walk to a very pretty beach. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and other. Peaceful.

Great home for a family vacation. Enjoyed the pool and all that Marathon has to offer. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Great decks and the tiki hut was a perfect place to hang out when you wanted to be outside but not in the sun. Bert was incredibly helpful and responsive.

Greg's place was amazing! I loved being outside, sitting by the water, and looking out at the beautiful view. It is very quiet and peaceful, you feel like you are the only people around. We loved looking for sealife from the dock, and watching the boats go by the canal. The living room was comfortable and clean, and made a cozy place to enjoy the evenings. It was especially nice to have both bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms, and suited our two couples perfectly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had ten guests who enjoyed our stay at our Marathon air bnb! We very much enjoyed the pool- we used it every day and loved being right on the canal for fishing and manatee spotting! The home was equipped with enough bathrooms so many can be in use at once, the beds were comfortable and it was very spacious. We also enjoyed the outdoor enclosed patio and the little tiki hut for another shaded option. We had an iguana who stayed right out front during our stay and he was very peaceful. Kitchen was equipped with all appliances needed to cook throughout the week including a grill! We had a great time and felt safe during our stay! Will definitely book with Jay in the future!!

I recently stayed at this beautiful home, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the host was responsive and welcoming. The house itself was clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The living space was cozy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable furniture, perfect for relaxing. The location was also a huge plus—nestled in a nice neighborhood but still close to great restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities. The backyard space and pool were a highlight, offering a peaceful place to unwind and have fun. The bikes, kayaks and stand ups boards were an added bonus and something we truly enjoyed. Overall, this rental was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.

This place had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation prior to the crazy Holiday season. we only had 6 people but it would easily accommodate more. Monica was responsive to any questions or concerns. The location was perfect. Easy access to sombrero Beach and Marathon amenities: bars, restaurants, and activities. we were able to experience a turtle release on Sombrero Beach from The Turtle Hospital. Highly recommend renting from Monica again and on Marathon Beach.

We stayed here for a whole week and it was very awesome everything way exceeded our standards and we cant wait to come back!

Perfect spot for 4 couples- each having our own king bed and bathroom was awesome. The pool is lovely, and plenty of outdoor space to hang. A perfect house for a relaxing vacation. We saw manatees in the canal from the dock! The only drawback of this place is proximity to the airport- there is a lot of air traffic noise during the day. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but is worth mentioning for those who want absolute quiet. Otherwise, the property is private and peaceful. Lots of good restaurants nearby, and Sombrero Beach is worth a visit, although it does get a little crowded. We would rent again!

We had the perfect vacation! Love the location and the amenities of Key Colony Beach. The place was great for relaxing. I only wish we brought our dog..

We really enjoyed our stay at Keys 2 Joy. It's located right in Key Colony Beach with access to anything you need within a quick drive. The house was very clean, decorated nicely, owners communicated clear directions and entrance instructions, and everything we needed was provided. They even had some toys stowed away and my 2 small kids loved it. The layout of the house is different than expected with 2 entrances that come into bedrooms, but it wasn't an issue since we put the kids in the middle room. Kitchen had anything we needed, fridge had an ice maker, there's room for a boat, and even a few poles to fish off the dock. We had our dog with us also and they neighborhood is super walkable and friendly. Would stay here again for sure, thanks!

Just want to write an updated review since most of these are older. The previous reviews about the house AC being hot in the downstairs bedrooms has been fixed. The house has two brand new AC units. House was immaculate and in the perfect location with all the amenities you’d need. Only issue we ran into is the Wi-Fi does not work. They are actively working on it but the Sonos speakers did not work outside and the TVs were in and out. All in all this house had everything we needed and more

Very overgrown landscaping from the road that you won’t be able to appreciate until night time when it was lit up absolutely beautiful! Closet door was broken and all cleaning supplies were locked in a cabinet. If your staying for a week it would be nice to have provided cleaning products to maintain the place. Stunning views while drinking a 6am coffee out back are second to none! Dock was deep enough for a 24” draft all hours of the day regardless of the tides. Plenty of provided beach towels bath towels and kitchen supplies. By far the best stocked kitchen we have ever airbnb! Thank you so much for hosting our family on your beautiful property!! We had a great time! Place was clean and lots of room for our party. Loved sitting on the porch having coffee in the morning. Will definitely come back.

Excellent accommodations, everything was available for swimming boating and fishing activities. So convenient to attractions and restaurants. Walk out on same level to pool was the best feature. Enjoyed the quality in pool and bath towels.

Literally all you need to bring are yourselves! Everything else is already here! Great location to explore the Keys. Enough space, kitchen utensils including margarita maker, and comfortable beds available. The best part is the backyard. Pool, hot tub, fishing off the canal, grill, etc. available. Manatees swam by almost daily. Gail was amazing...great communication, recommendations, and so helpful. A brief, minor issue with the pool was taken care of immediately. Will not hesitate to return!!
