Booked a last minute getaway with a large group of friends. The home was clean and spacious. Nestled perfectly in natures surrounding, every angle of the wraparound porch provided a picturesque backdrop. We had a great stay and would recommend this home. The bedroom/bathroom count provided for great privacy for our large party. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub, but man we wanted to. As mentioned in other reviews, the altitude sickness was real. Every member of our party experienced different symptoms at one point or another. As regular travelers to the mountains, this was odd for the bulk of us. The heater in the home was on and working but struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. All of the bedrooms were fairly cold at night. Maybe ask for additional blankets if you’re visiting during the frigid months.

So incredibly cozy and special! The hot tub overlooking the creek and location are what made us book initially, but we were met with so much more. The views through the mountains on the way in from Denver were incredible and accessibility to state parks and surrounding towns works out perfectly! You truly feel like you’re in a secluded world of your own while conveniently being right off RT 70. Our host was responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. I would recommend booking to everyone, from families looking to go skiing or hiking to couples looking for a romantic weekend in. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks again!

Wonderful place. It’s a little distance (30mins) from Breckenridge if you’re skiing, but a gorgeous drive. It’s close to Como , which is historically fascinating and interesting. It was peaceful on the property and quiet. Pretty sure we saw a female grey wolf!! We also saw a moose! The hot tub was so very relaxing and really took away our aches and pains after skiing. They have spices and syrup for pancakes, which the kids were happy to see because I’d forgotten . It’s a beautiful place and we had a fantastic stay. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Mountain Escape Anna’s home was everything we hoped for! It was immaculate, cozy, and stocked with everything—from a fully equipped kitchen to high-quality soaps and shampoos. The garage was a huge plus for keeping our car out of the snow. The sunrises from the patio were breathtaking, and the hot tub under the stars was the perfect way to end the day. The location is peaceful yet close enough to Fairplay and Breckenridge for day trips. Anna is an exceptional host, providing a great guidebook with local recommendations and being super responsive. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-stocked, and relaxing getaway, this is it! We can’t wait to return.

Nice big house that’s 30 minutes from Breckenridge. Nothing to do in town though. The driveway was super icy when we got there so we had to park further out and bought some salt to help it.

Loved our view, loved that it was quiet and secluded. Albeit more remote than we anticipated it was perfect for a weekend away together to recharge and reconnect!

What a beautiful cabin! Perfect base camp for Copper, Abasin, Keystone, Breck etc. The views from the cabin, sauna and hot tub speak for themselves! Also so lovely how private this feels, while also being able to walk around the neighborhood and 5 min drive from shops, restaurants and groceries of downtown Silverthorne. One of my favorite BnBs so far! Hope to come back soon :)

Christopher's place was just wonderful! We went as a family of four to celebrate our two children's birthdays. The house was cozy, peaceful, relaxing and had everything we needed to prepare meals the entire 4 nights we were there, I was even able to make two birthday cakes! I did bring my own cake pans and just in case but this house is so well stocked- air fryer Crock-Pot, hand mixer, blender, toaster coffee maker French press... you name it, it's there. Christopher is a very responsive and helpful host, we thoroughly enjoyed our time, my children were sad to leave and for me one of the highlights was the cute little fox visitor we had hang out on our deck for 15 minutes. if you're thinking about booking this place just book it, you'll be glad you did.

Perfect location for those who want to visit Breckenridge but also want the quiet and privacy of a cabin off the grid

We picked the Aspen House based on a recommendation from a friend, and we were so pleased that it was as wonderful, if not more, than they had described! We spent most of our week enjoying the outside of the cabin and all its wonderful amenities! We will definitely be recommending the Aspen House tobased more friends and family!

Great location - private, but a short drive into the charming town of Fairplay. Great space for a couple.

Anthony's place was awesome! Perfect for our group and easy access to Beck - about a 25-minute drive.

Cannot recommend them enough! Close enough to all the Leadville activities and beautiful calm interiors. They even brought us a dog bed and bowls!

We had a wonderful time at a beautiful place! Jesse was great communicating all the details coming and going. Great amenities and beautiful space to enjoy some quality family time. Close to great skiing and downtown Breckenridge. Would highly recommend this place and I’m sure we’ll be back!

My family and I had the best Christmas ever!!! Danae’s place felt like home, my kids loved it specially because we had never seen the snow and we had a lot of it. The place was super clean and cozy with beautiful surroundings that we’ll never forget. Thanks Danae for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home and have the greatest time ever!!!

This place was amazing! Such a small hidden gem that truly makes you feel one with nature. From the clear starry nights in the Hot tub, to the windy nights which the fire place came very handy this place was a great little home. The location was great for us & Fairplay had some great places for drinks and food. We hope to be back again!

This cabin was the most beautiful place for a getaway to unplug from the world. The view was the most stunning thing to take in and enjoy. Just bring your favorite food and she has necessities to make a meal to the best view for your partner or family. The stars at night and the sunset makes the drive there worth it 1000%. We will definitely be returning in the summer. I’m so glad that we chose this. One tip for sure that’s important is to be there before dark because the drive is really dark and to make sure that your tank is full in Colorado Spring before arriving.

We actually had to cancel the day of due to a family emergency. We never made it to Jared’s cabin. However, I am writing this review to let everyone know how amazing Jared was in dealing with our issue. He was extremely fast in responding to me and went above and beyond in making sure I got a full refund even when the listing said no refund. I’m sure Jared’s cabin is as wonderful as his listing and looking forward to reserving it in the future. But I’m here to let everyone know that Jared is a standup guy and dealing with him was a pleasure even in the middle of a difficult situation. Thank you, Jared!

Our stay at this cozy cabin was wonderful! The host left great instructions and even made sure to let us know about the driving conditions during our winter stay. The beds were very comfy and the cabin felt like home. They had all amenities listed plus more! Great place to stay with a family or with a few ski buddies!

The cabin is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. We loved the fireplace! The cabin is private, but within an easy drive to the town center. It was a great stay!

This cozy Breck cabin exceeded my expectations! It's perfectly situated for easy outdoor access south to Hoosier Pass and Alma/Fairplay or north to Breckenridge. Being a high elevation (10,500'), this spot was perfect after a few days of acclimating at lower elevations and as a jumping off point for nearby high peaks (13ers and 14ers). I cannot recommend this space enough and hope to rebook should I be in the area in the future. Thank you for making a dream of mine (living in a high mountain cabin in winter) a partial reality!!

Charley went the extra mile to make my dauguter’s bday special. He took decorations up the day before! Cabin was clean, well appointed and overall great. We had a blast. Would highly recommend either cabin on the property. Highly recommend this experience!!!

We had a great stay at this mountain cabin! Eric was super transparent and easy to communicate with, especially when it came to making sure we knew a four-wheel-drive vehicle was recommended for the drive up. The road was snowy, wet, and a bit muddy, but honestly, it wasn’t as treacherous as we expected—just part of the adventure! When we arrived, we were greeted by about 10 turkeys hanging out around the cabin, which added to the “in-the-wild” experience. The views were beautiful, and the cabin itself was cozy and comfortable. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. I’d definitely stay here again!

Our group of 4 couldn’t get over how fantastic this place was. Haley was so quick to respond to all my inquiries and even went out of her way to text me and give our party the opportunity to check in early. The house was adorable, the kitchen well stocked, plenty of indoor entertainment and space plus the large hot tub we got in while the snow came in. Being from south Texas, the beauty and fun we got to experience was 10/10. We would definitely come back.
