We had a great stay at Jill’s place. The house was very clean and had enough furnishings that we were able to make ourselves comfortable. Our dogs were able to enjoy the fenced in yard. The bathroom had tons of countertop space and the heated floor was a bonus, especially on a cold weekend. We were able to walk into town. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Leadville.

Nice place. Good amenities. Very good communications with guests. Walking distance of grocery store. Driveway was nicely shoveled off. Close distance to both SKICooper and Copper mountain- about 30 minutes.

John was very helpful and always responsive. The house was great and we had a fantastic stay.

We had a great stay with 4 couples and 4 kiddos! Plenty of space with 4 master bedrooms with bathrooms in each room and kids separate bunk bed gaming area! Easy to all eat together, play games, parking etc…

Janet’s place was exactly what our family needed. With bus access from the driveway, getting to town, rec center or skiing was a breeze. It felt like home away from home, having everything we would need for our week. 10/10 will stay again every time we come to breck! Thanks Janet and Dave!

Definitely the cabin to stay at while in Breckenridge. Close to the town with a wonderful view outside. Absolutely loved waking up to the view of the mountains and tall trees.

Very nice historic home in Leadville. Great Mountain View’s from kitchen & front room windows. Good off street parking. Close to downtown Leadville. Everything worked, plenty of plates, utensils, etc. comfortable beds.

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

This was a great place to stay for skiing at Breckenridge. It was only a 15 minute drive to the free airport lot and we enjoyed coming home each evening and relaxing in the outdoor hot tubs. Everything was very clean and the location was near downtown Frisco, which had nice restaurants to try each evening.

Jaime, Sam, and Hugo were wonderful hosts! It was exactly what I needed for my quick trip to Breck. Really enjoyed the flannel sheets as they kept me nice and toasty at night! One day I was out later (still in my snow gear) and they made sure I got home safely. As a solo female traveler I really appreciated it! Sadly did not see any moose in the back yard but now that’s just an excuse to come back and stay with Jaime, Sam, and Hugo again!

We had a very nice stay at Ira’s place while beating ourselves up skiing every day! No surprises at his apartment since it was well documented and photographed in the listing. Hot tub was very nice after a ski day and the big hot tub towels appreciated. Easy walk to Main St for dinner options. All in all quite comfortable for the two of us. We recommend Ira’s place!

This was such a cute and cozy home! It was the perfect size for 4 people. The location was incredible, so close to the Main Street and the home was in a quiet neighborhood. I would absolutely stay there again, it was the perfect spot to bring my friends who were visiting from out of state

This location was ideal being in town and close to many ski resorts! The condo was cozy, clean, well stocked and the host was very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Brian was wonderful to work with on our stay in his condo in Breckenridge. Every step of the way, he was very thorough and proacive in making sure that we were well prepared for our stay. He was super responsive with any questions/concerns that we had (which were very few). The condo is wonderfully decorated, clean and very cozy for our family of four. The location is excellent and a short walk to the Quicksilver lift at the base of Peak 9, while also being a 5 min walk to downtown Breck. Though we had a vehicle the only time we used it was to get some food from the local supermarket. The kitchen is well stocked with really anything you can think of, so you’ll likely only need the food and ingredients if you’re planning on cooking at the place. There is plenty of extra bedding for those that would like an extra pillow, sheets or blankets/comforters. We found plenty of towels and the showers were great. Overall: 5 out of 5 stars and we’ll stay there again without a doubt.

We came for a wedding and needed a place to stay. All the hotels were booked because of spring break and we found this listing. it was more expensive than the hotels around but I will say that the view was worth it. they had a fire place right by the back doors and it was a great view from the w a I'm comfortable balcony. Will be staying again next year.

Location and the little things! Great location to access several ski resorts, hiking, anything outdoors in the mountains. Shopping for anything is less than 2 miles away from condo. The little things; 1. Custom door combo just for us. Easy to remember. 2. Endless hot water for showers. 3. The best cotton sheets on all the beds. 4. Beefy, heavy duty towels 5. Lotion and Kleenex 6. A lot of cooking staples available We will stay again and recommend!

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

Thanks to Katie for a well maintained and well equipped condo. The place was great for our family (parents and two adult sons). Skiing in was great, with only a short walk across the street at the end of the day from the 4 O’Clock run. We figured out after our first day that the shuttle to a main lift (2 stops) was better than the short walk to the Snowflake lift. The shuttle stop is across the street from the condo building entrance. And it’s walkable to lots of restaurants. We instead used the free parking lot that was less than a quarter of a mile away and right in the middle of the activity. Highly recommended place and host.

Great spot!! Close to town and clean and spacious

Great place and Sarah was a very good host. Had a small issue with the battery powered lock, but Sarah helped solve it asap. The duraflame logs for the fireplace were an awesome touch that we took advantage of each night. Overall a very pleasant stay!
