Ashley’s place is just as described. Lots of room. The basement and upstairs bedrooms all remolded and very well appointed. It was great having a hot tub. The views are amazing with all the new windows. Great location right off of 70 but far enough away that you don’t hear it. Very clean. Ashley very responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

Okay first off, pictures do not do this air bnb justice!! It exceeded our expectations. Tricia was hands down one of the best air bnb host I’ve ever had. She brought us aloe and made us home made cookies our last night. I know people might get nervous with a large group when host is on site. Do not sleep on this air bnb. Tricia made this bday group trip amazing.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

This is a great place walking distance from Leadville! Very good also for people that like to save money by cooking some meals as the house rather than go out for everything!

Great place, great location, feels miles away but so close to breck. Of note - there is one full bath (two sinks) shared between master and kid room. Half bath off kitchen.

Great stay! All the amenities are great along with location! We did have a long stay before we arrived so maybe the cleaning people didn’t have much time before we arrived. Regardless such a great home, would stay again

Our month long stay in Silverthorne for March skiing was incredible! The location provides easy driving access to many ski resorts, has lots of hiking in the backyard, and the place was perfect for two people working from home. Buying a month pass to the amazing rec center is a must. We had issues with some heating pipe noise, but Chris was prompt at addressing it and I believe it will be fixed after we left. Thankfully we were able to stay in the other room to avoid the noise. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay for the ski season and enjoy multiple resorts.

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Great place to stay on 4 o'clock run. Easy checkin and close parking. There was some building maintenance/construction (April 2024), but was not loud or very noticeable in the condo.

This 1 bedroom condo was immaculate and very comfortable. It was well equipped for cooking and had an incredible view of Lake Dillon. Location and accessibility to shops, restaurants, trails for walking and skiing were unbeatable. Would definitely return for another long term stay.

Hayley and Mike, Your place was a pleasure to stay at, it was actually right next store to my Son's place. it's so nice to stay somewhere that feels like home!

This was probably the best stocked vacation rental I have ever stayed in! There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and most importantly - everything you need to make all types of meals. The kitchen had tons of pots, pans, containers, bowls, utensils, etc., so it was very easy to make several breakfasts and dinners during our stay. The condo itself was spacious for our family of 4 and all of our ski stuff. The hooks and bench by the door were perfect for dealing with all our winter/ski gear. The 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom were great for my kids, who cannot share a bed. The location was an easy walk to town. But, if you are coming to ski/snowboard like we did, know that the shuttle stop is a walk across the condo complex's parking lot and then across the street. It's not bad but not as close as I thought based on the description. I chose to walk the 1/4 mile uphill to Snowflake lift. Coming back on 4'o clock, you have to walk across the street and parking lot, which is easy.

Had a wonderful stay in Leadville with Penny. She was extremely kind, friendly, thoughtful, and caring.

We had an incredible stay at William’s Airbnb in Leadville! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was easy, and the place was spotless, cozy, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The home itself had the perfect mountain-town charm, with stunning views of the surrounding peaks. It was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—close to downtown Leadville, great hiking trails, and ski resorts, yet peaceful and quiet at night. William was an outstanding host—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. He made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Whether you’re visiting for outdoor adventures or just looking for a relaxing getaway in the mountains, this Airbnb is the perfect spot. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Exactly as described! Enjoyed our stay! Hot tub was a bit busy on Saturday, but that’s to be expected.

We loved Blake and Angie's condo! It's clean, has a wonderful kitchen with all the amenities and it's only a short drive to the mountain resorts of Summit County. It also has a gorgeous view of Dillon lake and the surrounding mountains. Thank you both for your hospitality!

The condo was as described, well-equipped, and was the perfect landing spot for our little family ski vacation.

We stayed three weeks at Gordon's condo and had a great time. The unit was very accessible to the mountain and town. We walked and rode the shuttles everywhere. The condo was clean and comfortable. Gordon was very quick to respond and even went out of his way to provide a few needed kitchen item replacements. We will not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved our stay at Mary and Alan's condo. The property was so beautiful and had lovely pathways and trees. The community pool and hot tub was so pristine and so close we enjoyed a hot soak after skiing. The condo was so bright and spacious we loved the space. Had many lovely nights in the large living room with the fire. We would love to come back and stay here hopefully next year!! Thanks again Mary and Alan!

This is our second time staying here and it didn’t disappoint! The central location is great, the layout convenient, the views beautiful, and overall a great place to stay! We will be back!
