Our month long stay in Silverthorne for March skiing was incredible! The location provides easy driving access to many ski resorts, has lots of hiking in the backyard, and the place was perfect for two people working from home. Buying a month pass to the amazing rec center is a must. We had issues with some heating pipe noise, but Chris was prompt at addressing it and I believe it will be fixed after we left. Thankfully we were able to stay in the other room to avoid the noise. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay for the ski season and enjoy multiple resorts.

Jill’s place was exactly as described but be aware it is on the third floor and there is no elevator so if you are a flatlander you might struggle a bit with the stairs and altitude. Take your time.

Had a great ski trip! Location in the resort square was great and the communal hot tub/pool table were nice amenities. Definitely would stay again! Check-in was at a different building but is very easy to find and has easy instructions.

We've stayed at Jeff & Heidi's multiple times and always have a great experience. This stay started a little rough (no trash bags, several light bulbs out, microwave broken) and I was very impressed with how quickly they responded to all our concerns. Even coming in to replace the microwave while we were out. I highly recommend their place and I'm sure we will be back!

Jaime, Sam, and Hugo were wonderful hosts! It was exactly what I needed for my quick trip to Breck. Really enjoyed the flannel sheets as they kept me nice and toasty at night! One day I was out later (still in my snow gear) and they made sure I got home safely. As a solo female traveler I really appreciated it! Sadly did not see any moose in the back yard but now that’s just an excuse to come back and stay with Jaime, Sam, and Hugo again!

This 1 bedroom condo was immaculate and very comfortable. It was well equipped for cooking and had an incredible view of Lake Dillon. Location and accessibility to shops, restaurants, trails for walking and skiing were unbeatable. Would definitely return for another long term stay.

This stay was terrific! When we booked, the host confirmed whether our needs were aligned with their space, and for our family of four it was perfect! They’ve thought of all the details from consumables to decor. We found small and thoughtful gestures from condiment packets to creamer, from tea to popcorn. We appreciated the full suite of coffee options—drip, french press, and k cups. The dishes and cups were easy to find, and our 6 and 9 year old kiddos appreciated the full suite of easy to reach and kid-friendly dinnerware. The decor was just as thoughtful with comfortable dining and bar chairs, plants throughout, lamps in all the right places, and plenty of plugs on the nightstands. They even had a little framed note to describe how to turn on the shower! This house is in a convenient location, and the hosts have made the most of the small and cozy space. We look forward to coming back and exploring other rentals from the hosts. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Jill’s place. The house was very clean and had enough furnishings that we were able to make ourselves comfortable. Our dogs were able to enjoy the fenced in yard. The bathroom had tons of countertop space and the heated floor was a bonus, especially on a cold weekend. We were able to walk into town. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to Leadville.

John was very helpful and always responsive. The house was great and we had a fantastic stay.

This is a great place walking distance from Leadville! Very good also for people that like to save money by cooking some meals as the house rather than go out for everything!

Perfect place for our family ski weekend at Cooper. Kids loved the game room and movie nights on the big couch downstairs while parents played cards at the bar and watched the Nuggets game. Cooper is 15 mins away which, walk anywhere on the main drag, and of course we had a beer at the Silver Dollar Saloon that is right across the street. Bill was easy to work with and made everything a breeze with detailed instructions and info about the home and area. We'll be back for sure!

This was our second stay at Paul's place. It has become our favorite in Leadville. The home is updated and very well-cared-for. It is very clean and comfortable and is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Amenities are excellent.

Dellynn's place is incredible! It was so peaceful, the house was clean and comfortable. Being right by the river was so peaceful and perfect for a weekend getaway. We'll definitely be back 😁

Hollys place was the perfect location for our family ski trip to Loveland. The house is easy to locate, clean, and exactly as the listing describes. The house in conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed walking down to the homemade candy and ice cream shop located just a block from the house after a long day of skiing for some ice cream in the evenings. Overall would definitely recommend and might even look into rebooking in the future for our next family ski trip!

Very nice. Perfect for the kids and the pups. Kitchen was one of the best stocked ones we’ve stayed in.

Getting in and settled was easy and uncomplicated - John and Sara communicated just what we needed and were responsive. The location is central and easy but not too busy. Spacious accommodations and well-furnished and stocked with usable stuff for the kids. Everything was well cleaned and tidy. The 4 hot tubs are common, and a 5 min walk, but manageable. We used them multiple times. We would definitely rebook this location.

Amy’s place was a great location for our trip since we had plans at peak 8 and at the Nordic center and it is so convenient to both! The condo is nicely furnished and had what we needed, the overall building is a bit on the older side . Only complaint relates to the set up of the building, from the master bedroom you will hear other skiers stomping up and down the stairs a lot, and we got up at 7 am each day so…it was early.

We came for a wedding and needed a place to stay. All the hotels were booked because of spring break and we found this listing. it was more expensive than the hotels around but I will say that the view was worth it. they had a fire place right by the back doors and it was a great view from the w a I'm comfortable balcony. Will be staying again next year.

Great stay! The unit is very centrally located along Main Street in Frisco. Thus, aside from the short drives to the area's ski resorts, we were fully pedestrian for the balance of the stay (walking distance to plenty of restaurants, bars, shops). The unit was very clean and well appointed, making the stay very comfortable. Its space and 2-bedroom layout made it ideal for families. The hot tub in the shared space outside was just the icing on the cake. Also, Daniel is clearly a thoughtful, friendly, organized, and proactive host... which made the rental steps very clear and stress-free. We would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

Location!!! We skied every morning. Easily came home for lunch and back out for the afternoon. Outstanding convenience. The sofa bed was comfortable for the other adult in our party. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans and utensils for cooking dinner, etc. The balcony is accessible from either the bedroom and/or the living room. It can serve as a happy hour location or for drying clothes from the day's skiing. One block of walking gets you to the towns Main Street.

This condo is perfect for 4! Could easily do 6 too. The place had such a personal feel which made it so comfortable and cozy. It is up to date, very clean and organized. Centrally located. Beautiful views. Great covered porch. We enjoyed the record player in the morning having coffee! Will definitely stay here again. Next time hope to have more time to just enjoy the space.

Wonderful host and wonderful stay. Place is great (pics are accurate) and can’t beat the location! Close to restaurants, shops, and the slopes.

New building, hot tub with a view, spotless everything and tastefully decorated. What more could you ask for. We stayed as a family of five and loved our time at the condo. Dedicated parking spot, use of the garage made everything easy. Hosts were communicative and helpful. Kitchen was well-stocked and the location made everything easy. Everything is pretty new and in great shape. We would highly recommend and would stay again.
