We loved staying here and definitely would stay here again. There place is right on a river. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water. There is also a walking path right there so it was easy to walk to restaurants. The house is well equipped to make cooking there easy if you like to do that. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is right outside there place which was convenient after hiking all day. Chris was very responsive to questions and check in/out was very easy.

Shannon's condo was exactly as described. The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed making breakfast and dinners in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

The views were outstanding! The hot tubs were nice and with 3 of them, it allowed our family to have one to ourselves. The bed (primary) was very comfortable. Justin contacted us well in advance of our arrival to send us the information on the unit.

Arrived early and was able to check in early. Great location! Right in the middle of all ski resorts, restaurants and activities. Great view of the lake. The rental was very clean and in a nice area. 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for my family of 4. Everyone had enough room and we did not feel crowded. The heated garage was excellent. We didn't have to unload ski equipment every night to keep it from freezing. Maintenance happened to stop by during our stay to check on an existing service request. He was very friendly and helped with the fireplace operation. I would stay again and highly recommend it.

Great location. Really enjoyed our stay here. We never had a problem parking and location to snowflake chair and 4 o’clock run was great. The carpeting in the unit seemed brand new which was great since we had 3 little kids with us. It was a nice single level unit and we would absolutely stay again. Nice and quiet despite being in a condo complex. Our kiddos really enjoyed the sleds that were provided by the unit and everything was well stocked. Only other note with kiddos is the coffee table and another side table were solid stone, we were able to move the coffee table and wrap towels (which there were lots of) around the other tables edges to reduce risk of head collisions with the littles running around. Kristy’s place was perfect for our three night stay in Colorado. The apartment was clean, fantastically well stocked (with everything well labeled) and beautiful views from the back of the flat. Kristy provided clear instructions and communicated clearly. All in all, a great stay

The balcony views are priceless! The area is accessible to whatever activities you’re visiting for. Short distance to restaurants and shops as well. Quiet and peaceful area.

Perfect spot for a mountain getaway! Beautiful lakeside location yet close to town and an easy drive to keystone. Well kept condo, very clean and nicely decorated. Look forward to coming back!

Russ’s place is great. Very spacious and clean. Convenient location for mountain adventures. Also a great place to stay with kids as you are in walking distance of a playground and the rec center which has a very impressive indoor pool area. Russ was very responsive to all my messages and super helpful. When we arrived, the pack and play was missing and he had a new one brought to us within the hour which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

All of my friends and I had a great time at this place lots of places to travel to and around the area the locals are very nice and friendly as well ask them anything and they usually answer any questions you have. Great view at night even if it’s dark as long as you enjoy nature.

I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his home! This was the ideal stay for three couples in town for a short skiing weekend. The house was very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed including plenty of dishes and towels. The community has a nice trail you can use to walk to nearby restaurants. We are all looking forward to staying here for our next ski trip!

Great place, great location, feels miles away but so close to breck. Of note - there is one full bath (two sinks) shared between master and kid room. Half bath off kitchen.

This was a great house for two families with older kids. The location was central to skiing at several different resorts, while also being easily walkable to Frisco. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub with its privacy and nice view of the creek. The house itself was very clean and easy to access. We would stay here again if we do a similar trip.

This home was perfect for a large group on a ski vacation. Kitchen was fully appointed with ample and quality wares. Great proximity to Keystone and a very good value relative to other Colorado ski resorts Would definitely book here again.

This condo was very comfortable for our family of 7. This includes 2 sets of parents and teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with quality dishes/pots and pans, as well as condiments, and coffee. It is also only 15 min to Keystone, 20 min to Copper Mt and 25 to Breckenridge. Loved the location!

our group of four adults enjoyed our stay at Allison's for a snowy weekend. great location, easily walkable to restaurants and bus. well stocked kitchen, comfortable, nicely decorated. slight cons - there wasn't a place to easily store our skis, so we kept them in the car.

We had a wonderful stay! Half way between shops and skiing. Plenty of space and amenities for our family. Beautiful views. Lots of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

This was a beautiful stay, three minute drive from Keystone. There was so much to do in the surrounding area. Check in was simple, similar to other Summit County rentals we have done. We never had trouble finding a parking spot. The room was a perfect size for two of us going away for the week, with beautiful mountain view’s overlooking a nice frozen lake. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Bathroom had a heating lamp, which was nice on chilly days. Bed was comfy and warm. Dining area was a cute little spot surrounded by windows. Fireplace was nice, and if you are sore after skiing, the side door of the property connects to the Keystone Lodge, so you can walk right from your room to the adjoining Lodge to use their sauna, pool, and steam room. Overall, super great stay!

Great find of a place centrally located to multiple ski resorts. This is our go to place for skiing in Colorado and looking forward to coming back next year!

Wonderful location, right at the base of mountain house in keystone. Not walkable to restaurants but just a short drive down the road. easy check-in process and amazing views of the mountain.

This is our third stay at this condo, which is the best endorsement for you to stay here. I cannot say enough good things about the condo. It's huge, large enough to comfortably house 6 people at once. It's extremely clean and tastefully decorated with lived-in furniture. It's a real home. If you cook, you'll find a fully-stocked kitchen, with more than enough of everything to make countless meals. The location is amazing. You are 15-30 minutes from either Keystone, Copper or Breck, and while we haven't been here in summer, I can imagine how much there is to do in the area. The scenery is breathtaking, surrounded as it is by mountains, lakes and forests. Frisco and Breckenridge are charming towns with plenty of nice restaurants and shops. Finally, the hosts are really the best, nicest people. Shawna, the host's daughter, with whom we dealt exclusively, was always responsive and extremely accommodating. Two thumbs up!
