L'appartement et la résidence sont très bien entretenus, et la piscine est un véritable atout. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Toutefois, il est important de noter que l'appartement est un peu éloigné du centre-ville, surtout pendant les heures de pointe.

Definitely 10/10 space. Apartment is recently built and every furniture and equipment is new and sparkling clean. Also, there’s a gym, coworking space and pool so you don’t need to go out. It’s located in a quiet and safe area and Aeon Mall is 15 minutes away by tuk tuk. Lastly, the host, Sokkunthea and Vibol are so kind and well communicated. I’m fully satisfied!!

We had a great stay in the apartment. It was very clean and we felt at home. Would say it was the best condo we have stayed in whilst being in Cambodia for 6 months.

The bed was comfortable, internet was fast, hot water and everything was good condition. The swimming pool is busy but pleasant, and it's nice to hang out by the pool and feel a bit of community. Soyorn was very helpful, polite and very fast to respond if I had a question. The only issue was that the person in the room next door played music a lot during the day and sometimes until midnight, but inside the bedroom with the door closed, I couldn't hear it. I would definitely stay here again.

Bien situé, proche des commerces et divers restaurants. Accès sécurisé par badge, l'immeuble est gardé par des gardiens 24/24H - 7/7J. Accès à la piscine, au jacuzzi et salle de sport au dernier étage. Hôte très proactif, réponses presque instantanées. Petit point négatif : absence de TV (il y a bien une télévision connectée au WIFI, mais il y a pas d'antenne pour la réception de chaines).

Easily located, extremely friendly and helpful staff their office is located in the middle building as soon as you walk in. Private and spacious room with a beautiful view with pool and common area. I’ll be back again for sure 10/10
