Khánh Hòa : locations de vacances avec terrasse

The apartment has a magnificent sea view, has a lot of spaces and the building is quite new. The host is very responsive and responsible. Technology equipments work well and new. However, the bathroom, the blanket in the bedroom and the front door has an unpleasant smell (I guess due to moisture). The floor feels a bit crusty and sandy when we first checked-in. Other than that, my staying was pleasant :)

Квартира большая, светлая, чистая. В ней приятно жить и проводить время. Только для меня и моего мужа там был большой минус: очень твердый матрас. Было тяжело спать на таком твердом матрасе, приходилось подкладывать одеяла для смягчения. В остальном все понравилось, все точно также, как и описано в объявлении. В квартире не было ни тараканов, ни любой другой живности. 2 туалета и 2 душевых. Если хозяева поменяют матрасы, мы с радостью останемся там снова:) также я посоветовала бы купить капсульную кофемашину и посудомойку.

皆さんにこのアパートをお勧めします。 LinhさんとKhanhさんの対応は素晴らしかった。予約前の質問には迅速に情報提供をくれた。 チェックインは通常セルフチェックインのようですが不安なのでお願いしたら2人で出迎えて下さり、部屋の説明をしてくれました。また滞在中のいくつかのお願いにも迅速に対応してくれた。 立地は最高で有名なドム市場のすぐそばで、近くには地元の人が通う安くておいしいレストランがたくさんあります。スーパーのロッテマートやニャチャンセンターにもゆっくり歩いて１５分程度です。 また寝室からは海が眺められ、ベランダからの眺めも最高です。 設備がまだ新しく食器や寝具類はとてもきれいでした。。 残念なのはただ一つで、曇りの日が続き最高の眺めを十分楽しめなかったことです。 今度は天気の安定している季節に来たいと思います。

The AirBnb was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Clean and spacious. The view of the beach is spectacular. The studio was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The Lotte supermarket is right next door making groceries and getting anything else you could need super easy. The Airbnb even had rice cooker so I was able to prepare my own meals during my two week stay. Host was always responsible, quick, and helpful. This place is incredible value and I will definitely book it again next time I return to Nha Trang.

An apartment was extremely clean and also there were all necessary house equipments, that made it so convenient for me to live. Furthermore, location is extraordinary as well, each room has a sea view and around the building are plenty of restaurants and also shopping mall. I recommend it to everyone.

Very nice place, view of beach in all rooms. Place is in the middle of every thing, within walking distances.

Gia đình mình có thay đổi kế hoạch và nghĩ thêm ở Nha Trang, bạn chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình tư vấn và đề xuất mình ở trải nghiệm thêm căn khác và gia đình mình nghĩ cũng khá thú vị. Và mình nhận thấy, đội ngũ bên bạn này rất nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ mình chu đáo trong việc chuyển đồ đạc. Đặc biệt là căn hộ này rất mới, sạch sẽ, thoáng. Mình rất hài lòng, có dịp nào đi công tác ở Nha Trang mình luôn tin tưởng quay lại.

가족여행에 딱 좋은 숙소예요! 방 2개라서 좋고요. 방음이 엄청 잘 되더라고요. 다음에 나트랑 가면 또 가고 싶어요. 담시장이 가까워서 걸어서 가기 가능 롯데마트도 걸어서 갈 수 있습니다. 숙소 주변에 먹을데도 많고요. 위치가 너무 좋아서 굿굿

더 코스타 써있는 입구로 쭉 걸어 들어와서 제일 안쪽에 있는 숙소입니다. 에어비앤비 주소 복사해서 넣으면 구글맵에 이상하게 뜨는데 더 코스타 아파트먼트 냐짱 The Costa Apartments Nha Trang 이라고 검색하시면 됩니다. 체크인할때는 호스트님에게 메시지를 드리면 1층으로 내려와주시고, 키 2개 주고 설명해주십니다. 숙소 거실이 넓고 더블베드2개, 화장실(샤워실포함)2개 있었습니다. 세탁기 있고, 세제는 챙겨가셔야 합니다. 옷걸이는 많이 있고, 바깥에 널어두니까 햇빛이 세서 잘 마릅니다. 수건은 3박 묵는데 처음에 1인당 2개씩만 비치되어 있었고, 메시지로 요청드리니까 하루에 1인 2개씩 더 챙겨주셨습니다. 드라이기는 1개 있고, 바람 세기가 조금 약해서 머리 긴분들은 따로 챙겨가시는 걸 추천드립니다. 콘센트는 한국꺼 그대로 쓸 수 있습니다. 수영장과 휘트니스는 2층에 있고, 온수는 아닙니다. 해 떠있는 낮에 수영하기 좋습니다. 전반적으로 맘에 들었는데, 번역 때문인지 소통에 문제가 있었습니다. 레이트 체크인이 되는 줄 알았는데 방이 예약되어 있어서 급하게 짐을 뺐습니다. 다행히 호스트님이 같은 숙소 다른층 작은 방으로 옮겨주셨습니다. 당황스러웠긴 했지만 호스트님 자체는 착하신 분입니다.

Now I understand why all the good reviews. I gave 5 stars to everything too because: 1) space is so big and clean please future guests keep it clean as well!! Also all the furnitures are working very well 2) host is very reactive and always reply within minutes for any questions 3) kitchen is very well equipped 4) fridge is big 5) washing machine is super new and big there is also a space where to hang your clothes 6) elevator is very fast 7) fast check in and check out I couldn’t ask for more during my amazing stay.

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

Everything was nice and smooth with this apartment. The check in was easy and the apartment is exactly like the pictures. Beautiful view from the room and balcony.

Good apartment with a spectacular view. Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, fast WiFi. The kitchen could be equiped a bit better, at least some additional plates. The host is very friendly and nice person.

это замечательные аппартаменты с видом на горы и закаты. очень просторные и удобные. есть все необходимое для долгого проживания, даже с небольшим холодильником было комфортно. Отличное расположение комплекса, вокруг есть всё, что может понадобиться. нам здесь очень понравилось и мы заметили, что соседние номера намного проще, нам очень повезло, что мы нашли именно этот вариант.
