It was a wonderful stay at Santosh Property, the flat was vert neat and clean, a perfect hygiene maintained inside the flat, Flat is having all the amenities which are required for a comfortable stay, Very Safe & secure placed with 24×7 security & cctv surveillance, Santosh is a great host & a very genuine & downtoearth host, checkin & checkout process was seamless, swiggy, zomato & ola, uber services were very fast, grocery, medical shops & Atms are just outside the society gate, Balewadi highstreet is very closeby, i highly recommend this property to all who wants clean, hygienic, comfortable & peaceful stay in Pune, i will visit again very soon !! The apartment was neat and clean and perfect for two people to stay. All the arrangements inside the apartment was upto the mark While the apartment was easy to access, the location where it was situated was unfortunately little disappointing, as the transport (uber and ola) was not easily accessible. Also, due to some fun-fair took place, while we were on our staycation, it was extremely tough to move out and go elsewhere. I was expecting from the host to at-least keep us communicated about it, but unfortunately it did not happen.

The moment we entered the place we liked it. It is very cozy with spacious living room, plenty of sitting area and pleasant decor. The kitchen and dining area is open and that makes the living area even bigger. The gallery also has a nice view of greenery. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and bedrooms and bathrooms are functional.

Hi, I had a great stay, beautiful house. the owner was very decent and helpful. Best place so far, if you are looking for a peaceful uninterrupted place then hands down this is it. everything was PERFECT. surely will visit again

We have booked this stay just after our Weekend trip of lonavala As we were exausted we need a place to just relax and cool our minds which this place gave us . I would definitely recommend this place. And special highlight is the video game that we can play in the TV.

Good location, peaceful, amazing views, good amenities

Aditi is a superhost and was always available when something was needed. The apartment is in a gated community and very safe. It is in a busy area and small shops for all need are just around the corner. Several small local restaurants are also within walking distance. We stayed for 2 months and it was walking distance to the DPU University where my wife participated in an exchange programme. We recommend staying with Aditi and would not min coming back

What a wonderful experience! Ajay was an outstanding host, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, very hospitable and we got to share and experience a lot. Was really patient with explaining things around the house, entry exit, and all the other stuff. And he owns an amazing place, maintained really well. It was my first time trying airbnb, and I had a peaceful time here, Felt just like home. Would definitely plan a visit here again. Highly recommended.

While the neighbourhood itself is quiet and peaceful, this property takes it to another level…The moment you enter the plot, you are instantly teleported to another world…A world where nature rules and everything else including the building and yourself are all subservient to it. The architecture of the place does justice to the setting…At no point trying to be at odds with nature. The natural palate of materials used (exposed bricks, neutral grey shades resembling concrete, wooden windows and doors) with vines and creepers happily taking over the building simply all feel in perfect harmony. You wake up to the sound of birds chirping and the smell of freshness that’s hard to explain. The terrace is another world with its own ecosystem. Kranti has grown things like lemons, pomegranates, chikoos in grow bags on the terrace. What has remained with us is the early morning we spent on the terrace sitting on the amphitheater there overlooking the vines and the mountains. Great experience!
