Shyam's apartments was a true escape from the busy streets of Pune. Sitting on the balcony was peaceful as well as a treat for the eyes. I particularly loved the style of furniture that adorned the space. Of all the apartments in the building this one's character stood out.

Well-list, posh-interior, cozy and comfortable. Had a ball, house was well kept. Bathroom amenities like hand shower, faucets and clogs should be fixed, but all-in-all, had a great time with friends. Durgesh is very professional and responded super quick, giving clear instructions. Whole endeavour went without any hiccups. Good stay!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Ava. We felt very welcome and at home. The caretaker, Nitin made us feel at home and he took good care of us. He made us food, kept the house tidy, organized laundry services, and deliveries. He made us feel cared for and was very kind. The setting is beautiful and has lovely birds. The yard was great for us for doing a bit of activity and we were able to hike on the hill behind the water park. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Nikki was an exceptional Airbnb host! She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, helping with every need we had. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we could ask for. Nikki made sure my kids felt right at home, which meant the world to us. The location was great, and the entire experience was seamless. I highly recommend Nikki’s place to family and friends—truly a gem!

Was just a few hours stay but was a pleasant experience and wanted to extend with friends. Looking forward to stay over a few days on next visit to Pune.

Such a perfect venue for our little get together! Peaceful area and you really feel like you are private and secluded. Garden area was beautiful and everyone loved the pool! Caretaker was amazing and set up our BBQ which really helped make life so easy! Hosts were amazing, so resposive and helpful. We will 100% be back!!!!

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic experience at [Rajeev]'s place! The apartment was just as described – clean, cozy, and stylishly decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to. The communication with Rajeev was seamless, and they were very responsive to any questions I had before and during my stay. The amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable bed to hall and kitchen . I especially appreciated Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely book again if I'm in the area. Amazing location and beautiful views of the river. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for 1 night. Loved the huge terrace it gets nice in the evenings when cool winds start blowing. Spent most of my time for meetings on the terrace. Bathroom was also clean.

Great Place , the main attraction was the view from 15th floor which was really amazing with a very cosy and comfortable environment.

I checked in at Ranjana ma'am's place on 8th June. I didn't feel like I'm coming to a bnb or something, I felt right at home. Ma'am and Sir were so kind to us and went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. From getting us breakfast to evening tea, it felt like I'm at my close uncle/aunty's place. The warmth of the hosts, their welcoming nature and the conversations we had, I'll remember it all. Definitely worth a stay if you want a home away from your own home. Thanks to both Sir and Ma'am

Very Pleasant stay. Lots of natural light made the place very likeable to me personally. Would highly recommend if someone want to Work from here.

Everything is just perfect. Apartment is on 2nd flr of a bunglow. Clean, spacious, peaceful. Nice terrace ... 3 balconies. Bunglow is inside a colony .. good security ... very safe. Easy parking for car. Shops at walkable distance. Hardly 10 minute drive from mumbai-banglore highway. Nice and helpful host. Aprtment is on 2nd flr ... and there is no lift. Separate charges for AC and extra guests ... charged directly at the property. It is a great place ... very different experience than staying in a building.
