Host was excellent in terms of comms. Very clean and tidy and very spacious. No negatives to state about the place. Location very close to overground trains and Starbucks/7-11 within 2 mins walking.

We had a wonderful stay- the location is excellent, the house is clean and very spacious (major plus for our family of 6)! We had a little difficulty finding the location- but Nam was very responsive. Highly recommend. We were in Bangkok during the earthquake- most people had to evacuate their buildings- it was nice to have a place to go during the commotion. Sending our prayers.

Very spacious clean house that can accommodate a lot of people. The beds and sofa are not very comfortable but other than that we liked the house. Clean pool. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Recommended

5 Stars – The Sweetest Host Ever! Jenny was truly the highlight of our trip to Thailand! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home. She kindly offered us an early check-in, which was such a relief after our long journey. To top it all off, she greeted us with the juiciest, most refreshing watermelons—such a thoughtful and sweet gesture! Her local recommendations were spot-on and helped us discover some hidden gems nearby that we would’ve totally missed otherwise. Every interaction with her was smooth, warm, and helpful—she gave super clear instructions and was always just a message away if we needed anything. But more than anything, Jenny is just a gem of a person. Genuine, kind-hearted, and full of positive energy. If you’re lucky enough to stay at her place, you’re in for an unforgettable experience. A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

Location is excellent if you are traveling in a group of adults, if you are with children this might not be a good location. I have a group of kids age 4 to 8 years old so travelling out from a home must call grab, walking with kids to train almost impossible. After all, this is a nice place. Will book again with no kids on our next trip

Beautiful place and value for money! As it was near the BTS we found it really easy to get around. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating to our requests as well. Will definitely recommend to our friends. :)

The house is clean and tide, located in a peaceful neighborhood, can walk to 7-11 nearby. Ballon is a warm-harted host who helps us to find the lost items and give them back to us.

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful history and responsive and caring owners. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again next time

The hosts were very kind and responsive to our needs. The house is located in the center of Bangkok and very close to a train station, Ploenchit BTS station, which makes it very easy to get around. Yet, it is in a quiet alley. It has two parking spaces making it convenient for my friends and family to visit. A great place to stay overall especially with my big family of 9.

We had a great stay overall! There were plenty of beds, so it was super convenient for a group, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The only downside was that the first floor had quite a bit of hair and dust. We tried to use the vacuum, but it didn't quite work. If that gets fixed, we’d totally stay here again!

Loved it, didn’t want to leave and it looks exactly like the Photos. Host was very responsive & kindly set up transportation for us.

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

had a great stay during our business trip in thailand, full of amenities and all amenities and facilities are in good conditions. the location is around 5 minutes walk to nearest bts station, on nut. which connected to shopping places, so it's easy to find something you need especially food. host also really ensure our stay is comfortable and always responsive. overall enjoy our stay especially the massage chair.

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

We had the best stay at Ohm's canal house - there is a reason it's always booked out! You'll get the real experience of living on the canal with local people in a beautiful location. The neighbourhood is vibrant and surrounded by a large temple complex that only adds to the serenity. We spent our mornings on the balcony watching monitor lizards swim the canal, followed by walks to major landmarks (Wat Pho & Grand Palace), then back for a rest in the ice cold air con rooms of the house! Each evening finished with great food, company, and even karaoke (currently on Thursdays) at the remarkeable Baan Ploen Dee restaurant! There are a number of great local shops along the way serving food and coffee (we loved Priscilla's for ice cream and fried dough on the corner). Alice and everyone on Ohm's team were extremely responsive and caring, helping us arrange a must-do sunset boat tour. We had the pleasure of meeting Ohm and his colleagues and couldn't ask for a better host and stay!

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The house itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

The first day we didn’t like the small living room and want to switch to a different Airbnb, but the owner was very kind and understood our situation, even willing to refund the rest of the stay. We ended up staying. And liked the place more and more each day. The place is very charming and the location is very convenient. We had a great time. And recommend to whoever traveling to Bangkok.
