I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

I had a really good stay here. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to public transport and plenty of places to eat and shop nearby, which made things easy. The guesthouse itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated after a long day out. It’s a simple, comfortable space that worked well for my trip. For the price, I think it’s a solid value — nothing fancy, but definitely good for anyone looking for a practical and affordable place to stay. Overall, a smooth experience and I’d consider booking again if I’m back in the area.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

6명의 일행 모두 한결같이 별 여섯개로도 모자랐다는 의견입니다. 저희가 공항에 도착한 시간이 공교롭게도 미얀마 지진으로 방콕시내가 통제되어 숙소에 접근할 수가 없는 상황이라 걱정이 컸습니다. 하지만 Host님께서는 끝까지 책임질테니 걱정하지 말라고 지속적으로 소통하셨을 뿐만 아니라 심지어 공항근처에서 잠시 쉬면서 대기할 수 있는 호텔방을 직접 잡아주셨고, 마침내 저녁 8시에 VAN 차량을 손수 보내주셨습니다. 여행객이 놓인 어려운 상황에 대한 공감력, 직업의식과 책임감에 일행 모두 큰 감명을 받았습니다. 뿐만 아니라 숙소는 쾌적하고 편리할 뿐만 아니라 감성넘치는 인테리어로 일행 모두를 놀라게 했습니다. 각 2개의 Bed를 가진 6개의 방은 어느 하나도 부족함 없이 여유있는 공간을 가졌고, 1층 거실과 주방의 대형 테이블이 있어 호텔같았으면 경험할 수 없는 공간이기도 하고, 덕분에 매일 일정을 마치고 즐거운 담소를 나누기에 너무 쾌적하고 아름다웠습니다. 아속역이나 터미널21까지 도보로 5분도 안 걸리는 위치이고, 매일 아침 계란과 식빵을 채워주셨습니다. 무엇하나 부족함이 없는 완벽한 공간이었고, 무엇보다도 Host님의 호의와 세심한 배려, 그리고 친절을 경험한 기억은 오래 잊지 못할 것입니다. 기회가 되면 꼭 다시 이용할 생각이고요 다시 한번 Natt님께 진심으로 감사드립니다! 정말 최고였고 다른 분들께도 꼭 추천드리고 싶습니다.

I had an amazing stay at Pimmada House. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and transport. The host was outstanding—very friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Their recommendations for local restaurants and activities were spot on! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle-free stay. I would definitely book again in the future!

Great accommodation with easy access to public transport facilities to explore different parts of Bangkok. Both Sunee and Suree are great hosts and made us feel welcomed and at ease. Accommodation has all the equipments and facilities you would need. Would certainly stay there again and would recommend to others visiting Bangkok

We had a great stay at Sal's place, as a group of 10, consisting of three families age 3 to 75 and coming from three different continents, it was great to have such a spacious apartment to enjoy together, perfect for our group! Sal was super helpful with recommendations and very understanding when we misplaced the key card and left some belongings in the apartment, we have arranged to collect from Sana when we return to Bangkok before our flight home - tha k you so much! Some of us managed to use the gym and pool. which were both a great size and easy to access and we found the shuttle to the mall and BST really useful, although it's also walkable, but was appreciated after a long day sightseeing! Would have no hesitation to recommend Sal's place, thank you for having us!

Лёгкое самостоятельное заселение. В квартире много мелочей, для уюта и удобства. Много посуды. С балкона действительно очень красивые виды на закат. Просторный тренажёрный зал. В бассейне не многолюдно, в основном люди приходят на закате, а до и после можно плавать в одиночестве. Очень тихо, соседей вообще не слышно. Получила удовольствие от проживания, была бы рада вернуться следующей зимой.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Es war alles wie auf den Bildern. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Host lief reibungslos. Vielen Dank!

I stayed at Arial's place for a month. It is very comfortable and clean with amenities for a long stay. Through it is small, it does have a private bedroom with a door, which a liked. The view from the high floor is also nice. The location is very good. It is away from the main tourist areas, but with very fast and easy access. Arial is a great host; she is very kind and polite, and she responds promptly to all requests and concerns. I highly recommend her place.

Everything was perfect! And the hosts were very responsive and accommodating to out requests! Would love to stay here again when we visit Thailand again in the future!

The apartment is clean and spacious, and check-in was smooth. The doorman and office staff were friendly, and the neighbors were nice. There’s no elevator between the first and second floors, but the doorman helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out. The host was very responsive, quickly addressing any requests. I really appreciated their honesty in informing us about nearby construction before confirming our booking. Thankfully, the noise wasn’t as bad as expected—mostly the sound of moving steel bars, not loud foundation work. The layout is great, well-ventilated, and the firm bed was perfect for us. The host even provided welcome snacks and instant coffee. If I had to nitpick, there was some dust on the headboard, and the kettle was a bit old. But overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The place is great if you want to be really close to the BTS (Phloen Chit) station. It’s basically a 5 minute walk under covered area if you need to go to the BTS. Apiradee is always helpful and responsive as well. I would stay here again.

Mihael’s place was in an ideal location—just a 10-minute walk to the BTS and close to malls, restaurants, and bars. The apartment had all the essentials for a pleasant stay, is located on one of the highest floors with unobstructed views, and the building amenities were great. Most importantly, Mihael was an amazing host: attentive, proactive, and caring. I would highly recommend him!

Was great experience in bangkok. I took grabs so a little bit far from other famous sites but if you take bts, it will be great location. Everything was clean and above all, the hosts responded so fast with kindness. Love to stay here again

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!

Xenia is echt een superhost! Ze gaf veel tips om te doen met kids in Bangkok, ze maakte heerlijk ontbijt/dinner voor ons klaar, was flexibel in het bijboeken van een nacht aan de helft van de prijs omdat we heel vroeg in de ochtend aankwamen in Bangkok en ze reageerde snel op vragen en handelde proactief (zoals het spontaan gaan aankloppen bij de buurvrouw op vrijdagavond om stiller te zijn). Echt geweldig!! Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden, maar dan echt alles: speelgoed voor de kinderen, badproducten en andere verzorgingsproducten, een babystoel, eten in de koelkast dat we mochten gebruiken,.. en het was superproper! Het appartement ligt buiten het centrum, maar de metro is vlakbij en maakt het makkelijk om alle hotspots in Bangkok te bezoeken. Er zijn veel indrukwekkende malls in de buurt en een leuke nightmarket op 5 à 10 min wandelen. Het zwembad was ook echt zalig om te verkoelen (en de glijbaan was den hit bij de kids).
