Our stay at Amm’s place was truly incredible. Apartment is clean and fully loaded with all the necessities (soaps, microwave, fridge, etc). Amm is also very responsive and the check in instruction is clear and easy to follow. We highly recommend Amm’s apartment if u decide to explore thong lor or bangkok in general.

Thunder war ein herausragender Gastgeber. Sowohl vor unserer Ankunft als auch während des Check-ins nahm er sich viel Zeit, um uns alles Wichtige ausführlich zu erklären und die drei miteinander verbundenen Gebäude zu zeigen. Der Komplex bietet drei verschiedene Pools, einen Entspannungsraum mit einer großzügigen Regendusche, einen Whirlpool sowie einen Eisraum. Zudem gibt es einen privaten Kinoraum. Obwohl wir eine Stunde vor dem offiziellen Check-in ankamen, durften wir unser Gepäck bereits im Zimmer abstellen und uns direkt an den Pools entspannen, während das Zimmer noch gereinigt wurde. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ik heb hier een hele fijne tijd gehad! De kamer was comfortabel en het complex werd altijd goed schoongehouden. De locatie is perfect: vlakbij een BTS-station en slechts twee haltes van Kasetsart University, waar ik studeerde. De omgeving is ook leuk, met veel eetgelegenheden en winkels in de buurt. En binnen 15 minuten met de BTS ben je in het centrum. Land is een fantastische host die altijd klaarstaat om te helpen. Hij heeft me geholpen met mijn visumverlenging en is zelfs meegegaan naar het immigratiekantoor. Daarnaast bracht hij me naar het vliegveld voor mijn terugreis. Hij had altijd goede tips voor de omgeving en nam me zelfs een paar keer mee naar de beste restaurants. Tijdens mijn verblijf van bijna vijf maanden zijn we goede vrienden geworden. Een betere host en verblijf had ik me niet kunnen wensen! Ik zou deze plek zeker aanraden aan iedereen die naar Bangkok reist!

The apartment is beautiful, located on the 25th floor with great views of the city. The pool and common areas were fantastic. Location wide, it is located in the Asok Rama 9 area, close to shopping centers and the new Jidda Fair location, very convenient!! Would recommend!

amazing, however please be aware of laws in the kingdom concerning air b n bs so that youre not blindsided...Gocce was very informative and was up front and knowledgeable about laws concerning condo rentals.. her place is amazing...phenomenal views

Perfectly convenient stay to BTS, 7-11, and even Lotus Supermarket! Apartment is well equipped and sufficient!

the host was very responsive and helpful . location was superb with many restaurants and 7-11 nearby. My only issue was the steep staircase up to the rooms, gotta be extra careful while climbing up/down.

Nous avons trouvé ce logement très agréable et très bien situé. Nam s’est montré réactif lorsque cela a été nécessaire. Ce logement est situé en plein Bangkok, donc les personnes sensibles aux bruits, prenez des bouchons.

Amazing stay, great place, and very calm

We sought a centrally located place and found this unit, which appears to be a former storefront converted into a 2-storey rental. It comfortably accommodated my family of 8 with clean beds and bathrooms (one resembling a dormitory bathroom with 2 shower stalls and 2 toilets). As we did not have a car, we didn't need parking facilities. The street leading to the unit is quite narrow. We had to supply our own toilet paper and a few other bathroom and kitchen essentials. The kitchen had packets of instant coffee and bottled water in the fridge. There is a cute patio area and a washer/dryer. Be aware that the unit is on a busy intersection, and traffic noise can be heard throughout the night if you are a light sleeper. We had to pay for our electricity during our duration at the unit. Thank you for hosting us!

The stay was so clean ,comfortable,beautiful and luxurious! Everything was there that we needed . We even had someone who brought us from the airport to the place :) It was so perfect we didn’t want to leave . 7 Eleven near by and great food . Very safe to stay in this Appartement (they have Security) and the area in general is very clean . Thank you very much for this 12/10 stay ! PS : THE POOOL WITH THE VIEW WAS INCREDIBLE !

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

BeeBee is very helpful with her guests, always responsive by message. We had a good time in her fresh and modern apartment; a bit far from the city center but in a quiet neighborhood with the metro accessible within a 5-minute walk. We had all the necessary equipment, even a hand fan gifted from her. Thank you very much!! (Your home perfume smells so good)

Santi’s place was incredible. The best I’ve ever stayed in was clean. Efficient check in and check out and Santi is a very hospitable host. I will ensure all my friends who travel to Bangkok in the future stay at Santi’s. The amenities were unbelievable. 10/10 stay

Our stay at Toshiaki’s penthouse was nothing short of incredible! The view from the penthouse was absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was in pristine condition. Every detail was well-maintained, making it a truly luxurious experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. We would love to return in the future!

back again for 2nd round on interview and a early AM one so decided to use this lucky pad - thanks again for the clean, quiet and peaceful accommodation on the center of everything and just 5 min from the Skytrain station Onnut. Usually the place is for Long term but on request Host is accommodative, esp for repeat guest.

Even before our trip, Peter checked in to understand our needs and remained super responsive throughout our stay. The moment we arrived, we could see the care put into every detail—spotless, cosy, and stocked with thoughtful touches like snacks, fruits, water, and even laundry detergent. The panoramic sunrise views were breathtaking! Midway through our stay, Peter even asked if we needed anything topped up, which was so thoughtful. The condo is secure, family-friendly, and perfect for concertgoers (near Impact Arena), medical visits (many good hospitals around), or those wanting to stay close to Don Mueang Airport. Shopping and dining options like Lotus’s, Charn The Avenue, and Big C are just 10 minutes away. Peter and his wife are passionate, genuine and kind, and go the extra mile for their guests.
