Very nice and quiet property with a swimming pool. The neighbourhood is nice, with restaurants and a rooftop bar not far. The only thing to keep in mind is that it can take a bit of time to reach the main highlights such as the Wat Arun, especially with young children.

Listing was exactly as described, being next to the 7-eleven was perfect and it’s on a walkable street that is filled with food vendors, cafes, and restaurants. Host was very respectful but does not speak English so u will have to use google translate but no problems my entire stay!

Excellent logement, dans une rue paisible et proche de tous les commerces. Le quartier est top et on peut faire beaucoup de choses à pieds pour découvrir la ville. L’immeuble et la chambre sont d’une parfaite propreté et le rapport qualité prix est imbattable ! Pour ma part, j’ai aussi profité du toit terrasse et je me suis raclé grâce aux bains de soleil ! La femme de ménage et hôte d’accueil est adorable tout comme le propriétaire prêts à vous rendre service ! J’y retournerai dès que possible

Thank you for a pleasant stay, the apartments are great for a longer stay, they have everything you need for a longer comfortable life, as well as a part of the terrace that gives the feeling of home. Shopping mall right by an apartments which is did stay more comfortable and easygoing. The price also corresponds to the quality, a little far from the center, the journey is about 30 minutes, but there is a sky train right next to it, which allows you to travel without traffic jams 👌🏼 I had a little inconvenience with the payment, but the owner agreed to wait and trusted. Exceeded all expectations, thank you and good luck

This is my home away from home. I’ve stayed more times than I can count. The host is great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to stay in the real Bangkok away from tourist but only a train ride to tourist attractions, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION

Absolutely amazing two-bed apartment in Bangkok - really spacious, very clean, superb views over the river, just wonderful. Stella herself was super responsive to all our queries, and was really helpful when my friend realised she’d left something in the apartment a few days after checkout. Highly recommended.

Perfect for Groups – Amazing Location We absolutely love this place! The house is super roomy. The room size for both 2 floors are more than enough for 8 people. Each floor has its own living room, bed room and bath room—everyone had their own space to chill, and the beds were really comfy. The huge sofa in living room was perfect for big groups to get together. The location couldn’t be better. There’s a 7-11 and Starbucks literally outside like 20 steps away, plus tons of great nice restaurants in the Soi. The skytrain BTS is also an easy walk. Such a convenient spot—would totally stay here again!

Can’t say enough great things about the places run by this host or about the host herself. I have been coming to her apartments for over seven years. As a business owner and as a human being she has always gone above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. These are fun, clean, and practical rooms. The ones at House 22/Charoen Krung are in a quiet alley right off the main road. Be mindful that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep when booking the room. A short walk to everything from convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the light rail station. I would and often do suggest this place to any visitor.

It was a great stay—the place was very clean, and the location was very convenient, especially since it was close to the company I was visiting for my business trip. The surrounding area also had great amenities. However, the noise from the neighbors at night was quite loud at times, with occasional sudden noises, and the soundproofing was not very effective. Overall, though, it was a great place. The only downside was the very narrow staircase, which made it inconvenient for large luggage.

Nice clean modern apartment. Im not sure i would stay in a duplex next time as i find it annoying going downstairs to the toilet at night but thats just me. Sadly it was very noisy as i could hear every bit of traffic and the ac was loud too. The fact its a hotel apartment ok but that meant it was quite busy. The rooftop bar is very nice though. The option to have a buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant was nice though, costs about 350 baht.

One of the best accomadations i had in Bangkok. The location is real nice and quiet, you have a private balcony with a little bit of a skyline view. The host’s were one of the nicest people i met, great hospatality, comminucation was super (reacted and helped right away after a text)!!! Would recommend this🙏🏻

Ruj’s place is clean, spacious, and exactly like the pictures. We loved the furnishings and the character. Ruj himself is a warm and helpful host, always pleasant and responsive, and helped us out with some trouble even late at night. Highly recommend. Please note that the apartment itself is beautiful but is located in a street with adult entertainment complexes down the road. The apartment is definitely an oasis and is not affected by that.

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

Great place near the airport and good value for money. A bit out the way from MRT, but could definitely walk around and explore a bit.

Sirithorn&Félix sont des hôtes d'une gentillesse rare . le personnelles est attentif , serviable et redoutablement efficace. les logements proposé est neuf , meublé avec goût et bien entretenus bien ..... le bâtiment se trouve dans une rue calme et non loin des tout se que vous pourrez avoir besoin . j'y reviendrais avec certitude.
