The place is modern and brand new. The staff is nice and pleasant. There is a mini mart that makes buying things convenient. It is small but cozy and I enjoyed the view from the balcony.

My take on Lim's place: Pros - Good area for food, convenient stores, vegetable vendors if you cook, etc. - Excellent plates and other utensils. - Very easy to enter and leave in general. - A lot of privacy. I rarely saw anyone in the large place. - Very clean and comfortable bed, bathroom and room. - No bugs with plant scenery and a cat. - Great host, helped me find the place by waiting outside on arrival. - Towels, toilet paper, soap, dish liquid, etc, were there for me. Cons - Internet could be better. Averaged 10 Mbps. - Gate Key sometimes took long to work going in/out. - 1 time per day washing machine. - Water pressure acts strange from low to suddenly high. - At night, dark area going up small flight of stairs requires phone light. - Long narrow stairway up to the room so caution with heavy luggage. - Air conditioner wasn't that good. At max settings (16C, Fan level 5) it strangely only hit the bed or couch so you'll sweat in other areas. Overall, I had a good time.

The host is a generous and kind person. You should definitely book a room in this hotel, which is closed to the airport (700m) and is furnished with everything you need.

My stay in this apartment was very comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, there is a supermarket where you can buy groceries or ready-made food. Additionally, the building has a small food court and several cafés where you can have a meal, drink tea or coffee, or enjoy other beverages. Pannarith was a very welcoming and extremely polite host. He was a great help in getting me settled, as this was my first visit to Cambodia. He provided all the necessary and very simple instructions on how to check in and use the appliances in the apartment. He also gave me useful recommendations, such as which SIM card to get or which app to use for booking taxis. Additionally, he told me about the places around the condominium, making it much easier for me to get familiar with the area. I recommend this apartment!

The place was really nice and the staff was so nice and friendly! The rooms were big and very clean! We loved that the kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking supplies so we could cook for ourselves.

My hosts were extremely friendly & helpful. They were always available. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was amazing, I haven't slept that well in a very long time ! Very convenient: the hosts offer a 2-wheeler/scooter rental service for those in need. The only inconvenience is outside of the hosts control: neighbors are very noisy especially on weekends. They sing their hearts away, cranking the volume up to max.
