It was so convenient to have the pool and beach at our doorsteps almost. It was very pleasant walk to get there and this was particularly appreciated given we stayed here with 3 kids under 7 years old. Poipu is a great town.

Great value for a two bedroom, two bath condo. Great location. Could use a poolside bar. Condos are warm but manageable without the $20 a day AC charge.

Jason is an absolute gem of a host - open line of communication with very quick and timely responses; super informative and helpful with suggestions/recommendations. His listing was exactly as posted :) We will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

Place was wonderful! Super close to Hanalei Bay and lovely to be on the north shore. Plenty of space for our group of 4 to spread out in the place, and the resort amenities were wonderful. We do recommend bringing ear plugs for the chickens that are outside because they can be quite loud at night, but think this is just a reality of all the Hawaiian islands :)

Just as beautiful as the pictures. Very responsive to questions and the location can’t be beat! Kids loved the pool and the whole family had a wonderful time.

We loved our stay here! The boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs and towels were a huge perk for us! The queen suite was a perfect space for just the two of us and the space had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. I will say though that we were surprised that the room/space didn’t have A/C. The fans definitely helped but we definitely slept very hot. Overall it was a great stay.

Great! Right next to the pool with a beautiful view of the mountains from the Lanai. The house was extremely clean and welcoming upon arrival and it was very nice to not stress about trying to find parking because you have your very own space! BBQ with neighbors at the pool, soak in the hot tub or go for a walk on nearby paths. I love the location between beautiful beaches and great restaurants in Hanalei. I went with my daughter, but this could easily fit my husband and son too. My daughter loved the spiral staircase and I loved having my own washer and dryer - so we can come home with everything cleaned. I book this last minute and Larry was very responsive and the directions for everything were simple and not complicated at all. Thank you Larry!

My boyfriend and I had the best stay at Stephanie’s place we could have imagined! The location is beautiful, extremely walkable to the beach, and totally worth every cent! It made my 30th birthday stay in Kauai so memorable

Robert’s place was very comfortable in a quiet complex, fully equipped for our 11 night stay. Very large space, good WiFi, easy parking, nicely furnished, separate bedroom and not far from shopping and beaches. Ground floor, nice lanai and just a few steps from the pool. A very good value for the area.

The CUTEST place! So nice, so clean! Kitchen & being able to do laundry was a must for us & we were so pleased! Thank you Meg for the great place to end our trip on the magical island! Mahalo! ( :

Love the north side of the island and this place was perfect!

If you're a regular to the island, you'll know that many properties consist of tired carpet, old drapes and musty, moldy smells. That's why it was such a pleasure to walk into the Cliffside Retreat - so clean, new, fresh - lots of light, full kitchen, comfy bed, two smarttv's (tip: use the Spectrum app for full cable), but you really won't need that since the best show in town is on the large lanai - with direct views of the breaking waves below (you are on a cliff so the view is amazing!). But if that view's not enough, get your steps in and walk for a coffee over to 1 Hotel. 40 minutes each way with breathtaking views as well. Great stay, will return!

Excellent home base for exploring Kauai. Very close to Hanalei, which has tons of restaurants and shops) and several lovely beaches, and it's easy to drive anywhere on the island within 2 hours. Shelby was a great communicator and the condo was super comfortable, especially the bed! Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved Josie's place. exactly what the Doctor ordered. Peaceful, clean, beautiful view of the ocean and the beach just feet away! It was perfect for us. The extra bar was very helpful making food. We had breakfast with mimosas on the lanai as well dinners. We would definitely stay again!

This place is incredible! Such a peaceful and spacious yet cozy apartment surrounded by greenery and epic mountain and waterfall views! The area is super walkable. There is a trail along the golf course that leads to beaches, restaurants, amazing views, and a foodland and shopping center for groceries. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about the Princeville area. This property has a great pool and hot tub view as well and the parking is really close to the unit. Make sure to drive down to Hanalei with amazing coffee shops, Taro fields, mountain views, and a great place to paddle board or kayak. The unit is about a 30 minute drive to Haena state park and the Nāpali Coast hike. Stephanie was an awesome host! She is very kind and responsive. She gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be coming back!

For Todd as a host taking care of my reservation had been great and good communicator. We appreciated him greatly as wonderful host. Yes we had fabulous time in Kauai ... all good weather!

We loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious condo! It was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located on the golf course with stunning views. Waking up to nene and albatross outside was a treat, and the provided beach gear was a great bonus. Ian and Melissa were fantastic hosts, super responsive, and full of great recommendations. If you’re looking for a peaceful and well-maintained spot in Kauai, this is it. Can’t wait to return—highly recommend!

Ryan thought of everything! From beach chairs, snorkeling gear, sun umbrella, backpack cooler, kitchen full of items to help you make a great meal if you choose to cook. All you need is to bring your Aloha spirit! Perfect host! Ryan made us feel right at home!

I absolutely enjoyed my time at Jared's place - the bed is incredibly comfortable and the balcony is delightful! It was the perfect place for me to stay for a couple of days. Jared is incredibly communicative and since I checked in later than normal, there wasn't parking in the immediate parking lot, but Jared pointed me to the a good bit of parking behind the pool. Just something to note in case you're running late for check-in after an active adventure day! I stayed in March so the fans were perfect to keep the place cool. Very nice and cozy space!

My mom passed away right before our trip to Kauai and we were thinking of cancelling. I’m so glad we didn’t. This clean, well stocked, beautifully open space was just the healing that we all needed. Princeville is lovely, the neighborhood quiet and safe, amazing beaches and the quaint town of Hanalei are only minutes away. We left feeling so peaceful. Thank you:)

In One Word WOW!!! The view from the lanai is spectacular! Enjoyed our morning coffee from Positive Coffee watching the birds & light change on the mountains The bed is super comfy!! And the beach gear provided was great!! The pool was nice for an afternoon dip!! And so worth the walk(or you can get transportation) down to the beach for the sunset. The grounds are amazing with beautiful plants and flowers and both restaurants were enjoyable on the property. One of my favorite places I have stayed and we will be back again!!!:)
