We have stayed at Peter’s place several times and we love it. It is perfect for our family of 4. The walk out to the grass is awesome and the palm tree lined view of the Pacific is a dream. Kiahuna Plantation is safe and you can rent snorkel equipment and beach umbrellas for a daily or weekly price. There were two set of snorkels and masks in the unit so we only needed to rent fins. We will be back! Thank you!

We had a fabulous time, wanting for nothing! All of the cooking and serving ware we needed to cook and serve a nice meal was in the large kitchen. But when we didn’t feel like cooking we ate at the on site bar, we even had a meal delivered to us poolside thanks to their handy app! Speaking of the pool… plenty of beach towels were provided for use at the pool or beach. I It feels like everything we needed was there! Definitely will come back again!

The unit was very nice and walking distance to nearby restaurants and the beach. Vicki was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again! The only possible complaint would be getting woken up by the sound of power tools outside every day.

The highlight was the breathtaking view, making every morning feel like a dream. What really stood out was Briana's outstanding communication — she responded promptly to all our questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The resort itself was well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The location was exceptional and all of the amenities made the stay very enjoyable. The toy box was particularly helpful for outside activities (beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach pads, umbrellas and more) that people flying would be forced to buy or rent if they hadn't been provided. Absolutely perfect!!! Jared was responsive, the air bnb was very equipped with the essentials you would need everything from silverware to beach gear. Location was great. We have absolutely no complaints...Would highly recommend!

We had the best week for Spring Break with our two boys at this condo in Kiahuna Plantation. It was clean and private and just a short walk to the beach. Parking was just steps away and we always had a parking spot. The lanai was private and we enjoyed drinking our coffee there. The washing machine was a great amenity for our family. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. We used the pool at the athletic club across the street, the kids loved the slide at the pool, we spent a day there. We would definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us!

Andrea was a super host, proactive with lots of information. Location was amazing, so beautiful. Probably goes without saying, you need a car to get to 90% of places, but even then a few spots you can walk!

Wish I was able to extend here. Private, quiet yet still super close to everything in princeville. Loved the fully stocked kitchen / washer & dryer. Made this an easy choice over the hotel down the street. Would definitely come back and plan on doing so! Hosts are super responsive and check in was seamless. Thanks!

You can't beat the view at this spot. I would wake up every morning and just open my eyes to see the sunrise. I love having my own kitchen to cut down on costs and save time in the morning. Cash provides the things you need for the beach, plus some snorkel things and lots of great guide books. I love the North Shore – it's a bit more down to earth, and the surroundings are lush and beautiful. The downside is that because of all that moisture, it can be hard to find a place to stay with no mold issues. Cash's place is mostly renovated (no carpet is a must in this area!), but it's not like staying in a fancy hotel (that's a plus for me). Recommended: the Drive Kauai app and the Hawaii Revealed app for Kauai (you can cancel when you leave so you don't continue to pay the monthly fee).

We loved staying in the condo . Particularly the view of the ocean from the lanai . We sat there with our coffee in the morning and wine at night. Beautiful gardens around the complex and access to close beaches was convenient.

This is hands down one of the most beautiful places. The room was super spacious, way more than the pictures show, the view is just incredible even better than pictures can do justice! The room is a bit of a walk if you don’t get a golf cart ride, but well worth it for the views. Parking gets full rather quickly, but the resort and valet staff take care of it. Overall very happy with the place and would definitely rebook if (hopefully) when I’m back to Princeville!

The location of this condo along with the views, the spaciousness and overall cleanliness were all terrific. The price is lower than most of the condos in the area, so it is a good value. The basics are included such as beach towels, boogie boards, a small cooler, coffee maker, AC in some rooms, etc. However, it is lacking use of a washer/dryer and "extra" niceties. The parking was close by and the community pool area was lovely. We had a great vacation on the North Shore!

We loved staying here! The view from the unit is absolutely breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed and was well equipped. The unit is located on a lovely beach, and is walkable to a great grocery store, restaurants and shops, and Wailua Shaved Ice. The pool was really nice and my kids loved the water slides. The location on the island was ideal. Very nice unit and very clean. We definitely plan to come back!

Absolutely loved our stay! It had everything we needed in an amazing location. It was SO much nicer than a hotel for a large group. There were card and board games available, umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and even a wagon which made everything easier. Sheri was so easy to work with, quick to respond, and made everything seamless! We would love to stay here again!

Wow!!! Such an amazing home! Everything was as described on the site. It was everything we needed for my husband, myself, and daughter. I really appreciated the attention to details. I loved the Hawaiian flowers on the greeting table and the palm on the outside table. Nat was so accommodating and allowed us to check in an hour early. It was quiet and very peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean and very walkable. We felt safe and will for sure go back. The pool area was perfect. The temperature of the water was refreshing and was very clean. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We made amazing memories!

Our family stayed a week and loved it! Joel was so great to work with and responded quickly anytime we had any questions or needed help with anything. The house was gorgeous and we absolutely loved the location! It fit our family of 5 perfect. My favorite thing about the house was probably the master bedroom and bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and I loved how big the bathroom was and loved the bathtub! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Arthur's place was perfect for our week in Kapa'a! Cute & comfortable, walking distance to many things including restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy. We found the pool to be quiet, located just outside the lanai! Arthur was helpful and responsive, we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We had a wonderful few days in Princeville. Diana’s team was very responsive trying to get us an early check in (it only ended up being 30 min but I appreciate the effort)! The condo had a smell of bleach when we arrived….not the nicest smell but at least we knew it was clean! The garage was stocked with bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella which was super useful. The AC worked well and it was always cool enough for us. The kitchen cabinets could use a fresh coat of paint but that didn’t bother us. We loved how the pool was basically right out the back patio, which made it so easy with two little kids! There is a nice playground about 15 min walk away and only a short drive to lots of restaurants, beaches (Anini Beach was our fave!) and Anaina Hou community park (mini golf and playground). We were worried about rainier weather in the north but we only had a few sun showers (and rainbows)! Would definitely come back again!

Sandi’s place is in the best location on Kauai. I love the north shore. The views are beautiful. We loved that she had all of the beach gear so we didn’t have to rent anything. The view from the large windows and lanai are breathtaking. Sandi was so helpful and gave us the best recommendations of places to eat and go along with things to do during our stay.
