This house was amazing and very accommodating my family of 4. The kitchen was beautiful and a very open concept, in which I love especially during vacation to talk to my kids and spouse when needed. All of my basic essentials that I didn't even think about packing was provided, to name a few bug spray, hydrogen peroxide in which my kid needed bc he cut his foot on a rock at the beach, 1st aid kit, aloe, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, handsoap, extra toilet paper, and many others that I cannot even think on the top of my head. I also love the master shower that had the digital temperature and water pressure. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely come re-book if I come back to Kauai.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Matt communicated with us right when we booked our stay about a year in advance, a week before we arrived with detailed instructions, the day of, and during our visit. We visited with our adult children, and the home was ideal. The bedrooms are large, and each has a bathroom. The living area was large enough for all of us to gather, but we also had plenty of privacy when we chose that. I cooked a number of meals, and the kitchen was stocked with what I needed. It was an ideal location for our vacation.

Very comfortable home in Princeville that has all of the amenities for a great stay. Beds were very comfortable; and the fans and air-conditioning contributed to a wonderful stay. Safe and quiet neighborhood; and located within walking distance to markets and shopping. Highly recommend!

Pam’s place is a lovely home in Poipu, peaceful and near great walks. We’ve stayed here twice and would love to come again.

Loved how this sweet little cottage was snuggled into a neighborhood away from the busy touristy areas. Close drive to anywhere on the island. Loved it!

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, blending, etc. Bathrooms were sparkling clean (could have used more toilet tissue) We loved the view and having the surf right across the street. Would definitely recommend this property to groups or families.

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

Sarah's apartment was great! It is a spacious apartment with everything one needs, from paper towels, toilet paper to oil and spices for cooking. The location is in the middle of Princeville, which is a great place on the north shore. However, the bedroom faces the main road of the Sandpiper community, hence it can be quite loud at night. The walls are very thin, thus you can hear conversations from neighbors. However, given the great value of the apartment, I would still highly recommend it.

The location was excellent, just a 2-3 minute drive from Foodland Market. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for two people. Our host was incredibly friendly and regularly checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was beautiful, featuring a pool and hot tub. They also provided wristbands for access to the gym and tennis courts. The only downside was the connecting door to the neighboring room, which wasn’t very soundproof. We could hear the neighbors at times, making it feel a bit less private. Overall, our stay was amazing. we loved our vacation here and would definitely recommend it to friends!

Great place with plenty of space and a gorgeous big yard with covered and uncovered seating areas. Well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of basic cooking equipment, some oils vinegars, spices, sugar etc likely left by previous guests, and a propane grill that was in good shape. Very comfortable bed, and I'm fussy about beds. Everything you could possibly need for the beach except surfboards. Absolutely loved the 7pm check-out time! Super nice owner (I met Adam, but not Beata). They live upstairs, but were very quiet. Speaking of quiet, this property seemed to have a lot less roosters than most places I've stayed on Kauai--I didn't need to use my ear plugs. I would absolutely love to come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

Die Unterkunft war super! Alles so wie beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar besser. Es gibt zwar keine echte Küchenzeile aber im Schrank sind alle notwendigen Geräte die man brauchen könnte. Ausreichend Handtücher, bequemes Bett und Snorchel-Equipment. Ich war ohne Auto da, und zum Princeville Shopping Center ist es über den Park hinterm Haus nur ein Gehweg von 10min. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

This little spot was perfect get away. Quiet and close to everything we needed. Comfy bed. The kitchen was well equipped to make most anything and we were able to buy fresh fish and veg at local farmers market ( which were in the great guest guide). The response of host was amazing. I highly recommend this spot fora perfect Hawaiian get away. Mahalo!

Our stay in the Coco A unit at Fern Grotto Inn was one of the highlights of our Kauai vacation. Why would I state that? Well, for starters, the grounds are amazing. Paul has gardeners that are constantly upkeeping his immaculate gardens. The facilities are top notch and include use of bikes and kayaks as well as all the beach necessities. We used the kayaks and were able to start paddling literally 10 ft from where they are stored. The location is centrally located with a 45-minute drive to the north side of the island and a bit longer drive to the west side. There are plenty of activities in the immediate location but Costco/Walmart, etc are not too far away. The bed was very comfortable affording us a good night's sleep after the day's activities. The A/C works great, but we did not have to put it to use much as there were ample windows to allow good air flow. Some reviews complained about road noise or roosters crowing. We were not bothered by either. Rating it a 10/10

Susan's home was exactly as described. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. She communicated with us prior to check-in, which was a very easy process. While we were there, there was internal maintenance scheduled on the property, which we were not made aware of. Pua was on top of it immediately and handled the situation very professionally. We loved the little shopping area and golf course down the road from the house. Very safe area and great walking paths. The house is on the other end from the pool, but we didn't mind as it made for a quiet area. Susan had plenty of beach towels and games in the cupboard as well, which was nice to have. I would highly recommend this home! You will not be disappointed.

All of these reviews you're reading are well deserved... this place is in a perfect location, just a bit removed from Poipu and the crowds at the resorts. If that's what you're after, it's an easy 4 minute drive or 20 min walk, but nice to be able to walk back to this condo for the more quiet atmosphere. There were plenty of turtles to see cruising the shallow bay right off the lanai, Whales could be seen further out if you spent a few minutes looking. The constant crashing of the waves put us to sleep every night No need for air conditioning, the temperature was perfect. All furnishings were comfortable and clean, everything was immaculate upon arrival. We had a few questions and hosts were quick to respond. Nothing but praise for these folks and the property. 2 Local food recommendations For vegetarian / vegan / plant based - "That Indian Place" and "Anatta's" Thai food truck, both within walking distance.

This was a great family vacation spot for seven people! The location was perfect, we were able to walk to three different beaches that are close by. The pool and hot tub were perfect after spending the day at the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances to use which made it so easy for us to make breakfast and lunch. The place also had two coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, and so much more! Everything was very clean when we arrived and they left a vacuum which was great for that pesky sand that we track in after beach days. The beds were all very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and they have plenty of towels for everyone. Having laundry in unit was also a great plus as we were there for two weeks. We took advantage of the pickleball court which was awesome. I definitely recommend this place for your next vacation!

We loved our stay on Kauai! Christoper gave us tons of local recommendations along with detailed instructions for check in. The condo was very clean, with a great pool, and walkable from Koloa beaches. Easy 5-10 minute drive into Poipu beach area. Easy drive to all the activities on the island! The WiFi worked well, AC is a functioning window unit, bed was very comfortable, and kitchen had basic supplies needed for a beach vaycay. Parking was slightly confusing at first, but we found accessible parking in the back garage on the first level with signage and that was actually closer to the condo. We would absolutely love to visit again in the future! Thank you again Christopher!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, it's pretty much the center point for traveling the entire island. We would definitely be willing to stay here again when we come back someday!

Great rental! Would come back in a heartbeat. This place is great, but what I think makes it standout is how well equipped it is. The house had washer/dryer, kid toys, beach essentials, cooking basics, bikes, stroller, snorkeling gear, I could go on. If you have a baby and or/toddler definitely check in with Dan (who is very responsive) if the house already has it. I even saw a baby monitor there. Having access to all these things made it so easy to pack light and enjoy Kauai to the fullest while feeling right at home. I also have to mention the host, Dan. He was very helpful, not only answering our questions, but also recommending rainy day activities. My family and I had so much fun even in the rain and this place was a huge reason why. Cannot wait to return.

We had a great stay at Casa’s place. Beautiful, quiet, nice for morning walks, fun pool right nearby, restaurants walkable. The place looked nicer than the pictures! Perfect for traveling with a little kid- tons of toys, floaties, dishes, and more that made it really kid friendly. Overall I would definitely come back. Thank you!
